I really appreciated Joyce’s friendliness and accommodating nature. The studio was well equipped, tidy, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also top notch, just a stone’s throw from the much loved Onze Lieve Vrouweplein.

Sleep can be somewhat disturbed by noisy guests coming in and out of the building, particularly when doors are opened and closed or guests walk up the stairs.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmerapartement war angenehm ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld und Wasserkocher sowie Nespresso Maschine. Kleine Küche eben. Wir waren oben und hatten schönen Blick Richtung Maas. Ein Balkon war dabei.

Zimmer ist nur über steile Treppe zu erreichen. Daher nichts für Menschen mit Handicap. Sonst ist es okay.

Spacious studio apartment, large windows, lovely view, lovely balcony, attentive staff, the whatsapp chat function is great.

Internet signal was quite weak. A microwave and toaster is needed. Light switches were confusing, some lights didn't work at all, others flickered on and off. Biggest problem was the multiple large spiders living around the front door. They are crawling all around and dropping on you when you open the door. Nobody cleans away the spiderwebs, there are even some in the entrance hall.

Het is een mooi hotel en de ligging is perfect.

Het enige minpuntje waren de kussens, wij vonden de kussens vrij hard liggen.

Wat een heerlijk hotel op echt een top lokatie. Alles binnen handbereik en parkeren om de hoek. Prachtige ruime wow-kamer.

De gordijnen voor verduistering was minder, waardoor het al redelijk vroeg wat licht was op de kamer.

Our room was very large and comfortable even though the ceilings were very low which was a problem for my 2m tall husband. The location was excellent, right in the old town.

It all looked very chic and designer but it was a bit form over function. Friendly staff but only on duty until 3pm in the afternoon. No lift to our room on the top level of the hotel, had to get special assistance with our baggage, up and down. Not real luxuries anywhere, just basic!

I was book one room double, extra large and they give me 2 bed for 2 person and the quality of bed very but very bad, the swimming pool dirty…and the price very high…

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Swimmingpool ist zum abkühlen und erholen sehr geeignet.

Es gibt keine Beanstandungen.

De locatie is geweldig, naast het o.l.v.-plein, de leukste horeca op kruipafstand en toch heel rustig. De kamer is bijzonder ruim en de bedden liggen heerlijk. Ook het zwembad was leuk tijdens een uurtje dat het regende en met heerlijk warm water. De communicatie met het hotel verloopt heel snel en goed. Aanrader!

Wij hadden de studio nummer 10. Heel mooi ruim op een goede locatie

Je krijgt maar 1 handdoek voor zowel douchen als het zwembad. Het bed was doorgezakt en er waren een aantal faciliteiten op.

Heerlijk rustig hotel. De locatie is perfect! De kamer is groot, lekker licht en de gordijnen sluiten perfect af. De bedden liggen heerlijk.

Great location in the heart of Maastricht. Nicely designed and stylish room. Comfortable bed.

Was very good. Just needed a few minor tweaks such as more choice in pillows and more places to hang one’s towels. Also if you message staff online, you might get an AI that can misinform you - I think they should be more transparent about the fact that it’s not a real person answering.

The location is great, in the old center near the river. The studio had a river view. The room was clean, towels, soap and coffee were provided. Checking in was flexible. The beds were good and it was silent at night. There is a parking garage nearby, costs round €35 per day.

The hotel is not serving breakfast. There are soms restaurants in the neighbourhood, serving breakfast from 9:00 in the morning. We slept at the 3th floor, when you are over 1.85m you cannot stand up straight everywhere. My parents rented the studio, which was super, but definitely needs a new pan for baking. ;-)

Onderhoud laat wat te wensen over (ventilator afvoerputjes). De handdoeken zijn ronduit versleten.

Tágas, kényelmes apartman, tiszta, jól felszerelt, kiváló elhelyezkedés. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész.

Harmadik emelet, meredek lépcsők, de ez itt elég általános Hollandiában.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons loué un studio qui était tellement propre, moderne et confortable. Localisation exceptionnelle dans une rue piétonne à 2 pas des restaurants et des commerces. Personnel très sympas et très bonne communication avant notre arrivée.

Il nous a manqué un bon petit déjeuner, cette prestation n'est pas proposée par l'hôtel malheureusement. A part ce petit détail, rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié.

Die Lage war perfekt. Wir waren zu einem Andre Rieu Konzert da. Sehr schöne Restaurants und eine tolle, ruhige Gegend .

Kaum Möglichkeiten seine Klamotten unterzubringen. Zimmer sind klein. Die Terrasse“ eine Katastrophe. Da ist Nix. Rezeption verwies gerne auf einen Whatsapp Chat für Öffnungszeiten des Pools - 8 x 3 zum erfrischen okay.dort findet Schwimmunterrichtei statt), auch die Preise für die Minibar waren nur per Chat zu erfahren. Es wirkte zumindest als nicht organisiert.

Schoon en locatie

Amazing location, really in the city center and close to everything, but still in a quiet street. The swimming pool was very pleasant and warmer than we expected. The room was spacious and it had a working A/C that could go down to 16 degrees! Very rare in this country. The staff replied through chat to any questions we had in a very prompt matter.

Since there isn't staff during the whole day at the reception, it's not very convenient to drop off baggage and come pick it up later on checkout day.

위치가 좋았고 비교적 깔끔하고 주방이 객실과 분리된점이 좋았음.

식기세척기에 전 사용자가 넣어둔 식기가 그대로 있었고 식기세척기 세재가 없어 기계를 돌릴수도 없었음. 곧 이를 호텔측에 알리고 조치를 원했으나 대답뿐.. 우리가 다음날 퇴실할때까지 아무런 조치도 없었음. 주방 조명 세 개중 한 개는 안 계지고 두 개는 계속 깜빡거려 도저히 주방을 사용할 수 없었음. 주방을 이용하기 위해 예약한 숙소였으나 전혀 이용하지 못하고 우리는 외식을 해야했음. 게다가 멋진 수영장이 있다기에 기대했으나 작은 목욕탕 수준.. 이점도 매우 아쉬웠음.

Fantastische locatie, midden in de stad, maar toch rustig gelegen. De studio is ruim en comfortabel.

Er ontbrak een toilletrolhouder aan de muur in de badkamer. Het slot van de toegangsdeur naar de studio kan wat onderhoud gebruiken.

I was confused by the fact that I couldn’t check in until 3pm - which was also the time the reception closed? I was further confused by the fact that my room was in a completely different building and I had to drag my luggage over the cobblestones to get there with a funny little map. I think it would be a good idea to mention all this on the website…. I loved the apartment I was given but feel it would benefit from some hooks in the bathroom and also something to put shampoo and soap in when showering… i had to put them on the floor.

The property was very central to everything. Very clean.

The hotel is perfectly located, just few minutes from the hearth of the old city. Check-in was very UNcomplicated with a code - I liked it. The room was very white - everything was white - floor, celling, walls, furniture, bathroom - makes it very bright. There was a pool too, but we didn't have time to give it a try. WiFi was very strong. You can park your car at Q-Park Stadspark 2 for 14 euro per day.

Can't think of anything negative. Maybe that our room was on the second floor with a bit complicated stairs, but it was OK.

Prijsverhoging terwijl ik al geboekt had. Opeens van te voren afrekenen. Anders wordt er geannuleerd. Schoonmakers geen woord nederlands geven handdoeken en laten de boel de boel. Veel drempels mijn moeders heeft er een blauwe plek aan over gehouden.

Tolle Lage mit gehobener Ausstattung .

Geen ontbijt, maar vonden wij prima leuke eethuisjes of restaurantjes voor te ontbijten.

Trappen en even waarschuwen voor boven dat er een ongelijkheid op de vloer is even waarschuwen of beter aangeven. Hebben wij doorgegeven als aandachtspunt

Locatie is prima - in ons geval uitzicht op de Maas, dus lekker. Voor standaard booking mooie studio gekregen. Flexibel aan de receptie, fijne mensen.

Minimale tegenvaller - afstandsbediening deed het slecht en dus TV niet echt gebruikt (Tour / WK). Maar weg van huis is dat ook niet het beangrijkste.

Loved the pool! The suite was well laid out, clean and very comfortable. Great size room and bathroom. The kitchen had a stove, dishwasher and fridge - cutlery and crockery in the cupboards too. 10min walk to Vrijthof for Andre Rieu!

Alles is helemaal prima, heel grote studio, mooi ingericht, functioneel, air conditioning, schoon en perfecte locatie in het centrum en ook nog heel erg rustig.

The property was exceptionally well located with a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main square and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. It is in a quiet, cobbled street but there are a few cafes/restaurants nearby. The additional attraction was the swimming pool in the beautiful old vault below the building. The building itself was old but the rooms were extremely modern, airy, open, clean and very comfortable. We arrived late but the communication from the hotel was excellent in providing us with the means to enter when it was all locked up. We paid an extra tourist tax on top of the booking.com fee but it was only 4 euros which was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A couple of minor criticisms - there really should be a hand towel next to the sink in the toilet. While there was a coffee machine - it would have been nice to have had some decaffeinated coffee capsules to choose from. Also a small kettle for those that do not drink coffee and perhaps some larger cups - we had to "borrow" some larger china cups from reception as there were only small glasses available in the room.

Mooi ingerichte kamer, rustig en modern. Super centraal gelegen aan mooi en rustig straatje in het centrum.

Ontbijten doe je buiten de deur.. wat overigens uitstekend is op het geadviseerde adres op 300 m afstand, maar je moet er wel voor naar buiten.

die generelle Sauberkeit war gut, im Detail gab es leider etwas zu beanstandungen. Konnte aber direkt abgestellt werden.

Grossflächiges Studio, super ausgerüstet, grosser eigener Garten, völlig ruhig.
