Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück hatte zwar keine große Auswahl, war aber sehr lecker. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist super und bietet auch ein frühes Abendessen. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption bieten einen tollen Service und sind sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Möbel waren (bis auf das Badezimmer) modern und in gutem Zustand. Die Rezeption ist toll eingerichtet. Es werden gute kostenlose Parkplätze angeboten.

Das Badezimmer war etwas altbacken, es hat aber alles gut funktioniert und war sehr sauber. Die Lage punktet durch einen tollen Blick, ist aber dadurch von der Stadt zu Fuß 25 Minuten entfernt. Der Weg zurück führt etwas bergauf. Das hat uns nicht gestört, sollte man aber vorher wissen.

The staff were amazing, every single one we encountered were helpful and friendly. The rooms were so spacious which was appreciated after being in quite small rooms before. the view... OMG - exceptional.

Bel hôtel avec une très belle vue. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable et la literie de bonne qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose de très bons plats et la qualité de service est excellente. Le parking privé gratuit est également un atout.

Le petit déjeuner est assez moyen, l'offre en sucré étant insuffisante.

Très belle chambre avec vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes que l'on peux apprécier depuis la chambre qui a des grandes baies vitrées. Très calme.

Contrairement à beaucoup d'avis le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce qui est attendu

Ruhige Lage oberhalb von Cangas de Onis. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sehr sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant und eine Bar.

Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt. Alternativen im Ort sind viel hochwertiger.

Me gustó especialmente la ubicación (las vistas inmejorables), la comodidad de las habitaciones y lo limpio que estaba todo. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento, y enseguida te ayudaban con recomendaciones y rutas para conocer Cangas de Onís. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y recomendable.

No tengo ningún pega acerca del hotel, me gustó todo!

El silencio y la calma que se respira. El personal es encantador y atento. Las zonas comunes son ideales.

Camere ampie e comode con bellissima vista sulle montagne. A pochi passi dal centro. Parcheggio presente in struttura. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile.

i paid extra money for my 5 years old toddler but didn't get towels for him, one day we even stopped getting towels for adults (the hand/hair towels). We had to asked them specifically for it to get them after giving them a chance...breakfast was ok (not sure if I would pay again extra for it to be honest) but staff not most friendly as i was personally looking forward to come to Spain where people are normally nicer than in the country where i currently live. Bathrooms outdated, got least nice view from the room (most had balconies, we had a small window- with nice view indeed- but barely any light was coming)

Diefstal van twee ringen twv 3000EUR uit onze badkamer. Geen werkende kluis in de kamer. Camerabeelden van de gang toonden enkel vier kamermeisjes die die dag binnen zijn gegaan. Geen reactie noch compensatie van hotel. Formele klacht ingediend bij de guardia civil.

Big room, amazing view, clean, free parking which was super convenient.

I think value for money is ok but not amazing, breakfast is ok, service was nice but not that attentive for the price of the room. Unfortunately no pool or gym.

What a beautiful place to stay! Really good location on the outskirts of Cangas with great views over Cangas and the mountains! The views from the restaurant and terrace were great and what a place to have drinks and dinner. The rooms were very comfortable as refurbished somewhere over the last years with good beds. The staff in restaurant and bar were simple great!

Facilities and communication in lobby were OK, but didn't feel those to match the price level of the hotel and general hospitality levels in Spain. As indicated the staff in the restaurant and bar were great, and that is the level the whole hotel should strive for. The breakfast is due for an overhaul to match the service level the hotel is striving for.

El alojamiento es precioso, su ubicación es perfecta estando cerca del pueblo pero apartado, aportando tranquilidad y descanso, y tiene unas vistas increíbles. La habitación, en nuestro caso suite junior, tiene unos ventanales con unas vistas preciosas. Muy amplia y comida en todos sus sentidos, especialmente la cama. En cuanto a la limpieza, impecable. Y el servicio es muy profesional. No puedo dejar de hacer mención especial a Pedro, que nos ha atendido en el bar, restaurante y el desayuno todos los días: impecable, muy profesional y a la vez cercano y amable, un gusto haber tenido la suerte de que nos atendiera estos días.

Nada. Todo es muy positivo. Si tuviera que hacer un apunte de mejora sería que actualizaran los cabezales de la ducha…. Demasiado básico y desactualizado, y aunque cumple perfectamente su función, podría mejorar.

Neuwertiges, komfortables Zimmer, Balkon mit Glasfassade (Zimmer in der 2. Etage wurden modernisiert - sieht jetzt anders aus als auf den meisten Hotelbildern). Viel Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber und wertig. Große Betten. Effektive und leise Klimaanlage. Super Aussicht auf Ort und die Berge wenn das Wetter gut ist. Große Walk-in-Dusche. Frühstück: Guter Kaffee aus zwei verschiedenen Automaten. Automat, mit der man Orangensaft selbst pressen kann.

Balkonbeleuchtung ist zentral gesteuert und schaltet erst ca. 1:30 ab. Man könnte das Zimmer zwar mit dem Vorhang verdunkeln - aber für was hat man dann viel Geld in ein sehr gutes Zimmer mit Aussicht investiert? Tür zwischen Zimmer und Bad fehlt. (Tür zwischen Bad und WC aber vorhanden) Frühstück: Bacon leider kaum gebraten. Butter nicht kühl gestellt - schmilzt fast, wenn man diese direkt neben dem Toaster anbietet.

DOS COSAS: 1) ESTUVIMOS ALOJADOS 9 DÍAS Y NO CAMBIARON LAS SÁBANAS NI UN SÓLO DÍA, CREO QUE POR 2.000€ QUE ABONAMOS PODÍAN HABERLO HECHO ALGÚN DÍA AL MENOS 2) ACUDIMOS A RECEPCIÓN, PORQUE ÍBAMOS CON UN BEBÉ DE UN AÑITO, Y EN LA HABITACIÓN DE AL LADO EN LA TERRAZA A VARIAS HORAS (9:00AM, 11:00 AM, 18:00 PM, 21:00 PM Y MÁS TARDE, PERO A ESAS HORAS YA NO DECIMOS NADA PORQUE EL BEBÉ ESTABA DORMIDO) NO PARABAN DE FUMAR MARIHUANA, SE METÍA TODO EL HUMO Y OLOR DE MARIHUANA EN NUESTRA HACITACIÓN, NO PUDIENDO SALIR A DISFRUTAR DE LA TERRAZA Y TENIENDO QUE ESTAR CON LA PUERTA CERRADA DE LA TERRAZA POR EL BEBÉ, ACUDIMOS HASTA EN DOS OCASIONES A LA RECEPCIÓN A COMENTARLO, NOS INDICARON QUE SE LO DIRÍAN A LA GERENTE PERO NO HICIERON NADA PORQUE LITERALMENTE HASTA EL ÚLTIMO MOMENTO ANTES DE IRSE ESTABAN FUMANDO, Y ESO NOS ESTROPEÓ 3/4 DÍAS DE LA ESTANCIA, DECEPCIONADOS EN ESE SENTIDO.

We loved the room, we had lots of space. There was air conditioning which was super useful with all the humidity and is not very far from town if you like hiking a bit.

- Los baños con Moho - Todos los días en la noche el AC no funcionaba - La solución q nos dieron es que abriéramos la ventana y al hacerlo entran insectos, al decirlo nos dijeron simplemente ESTO ES ASTURIAS; imposible descansar así. - No tiene personal de mantenimiento y eso es inadmisible en un hotel antiguo - Los desagües de baño semi tupidos - Los precios de las Habitaciones que nos asignaron no se corresponden con la relación calidad-precio que debían tener. - Nos ubicaron en las habitaciones del último piso con buhardilla sabiendo que tienen todos esos problemas que nos encontramos. - En recepción nos informaron que en Booking conocen todos esos problemas. - teníamos una reserva de tres habitaciones y en mi opinión no nos trataron con la consideración necesaria pues somos fieles a Booking 100% - para ser totalmente honestos debíamos ser compensados por todas las incidencias comentadas, fundamentalmente por la imposibilidad de descansar ante las situaciones mencionadas. - Quiero señalar que el Personal de cafetería fue amable y dispuesto. Ontbijt kan beter voor deze prijs. Pas om 8h ontbijt wat laat is om in de bergen te gaan wandelen. Er is geen zwembad.

Eerste dagen geen gedekte tafels bij het ontbijt. Enkel heel kleine bordjes ter beschikking. Ontbijtzaal wat gedateerd.

Que no funcione el aire acondicionado en pleno julio y que te digan que hasta el día siguiente no lo pueden arreglar sin poder dormir en toda la noche. Ninguna disculpa ni compensación por no haber podido dormir en toda la noche. El buffet muy pobre para costar 16€

Heel fijn hotel, grote kamers, zeer comfortabel. Een perfecte plek om het gebied verder te verkennen. Parkeerplaats met voldoende plek naast het hotel. We hebben een paar keer naar het dorp gelopen, dat is te doen maar als je net een wandeling in de Picos achter de rug hebt, dan is het ook wel fijn om even met de auto naar het dorp te gaan. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid dus je hoeft niet bang te zijn dat als je terugkomt dat je niet kunt parkeren. Ontbijt is qua keuze heel goed, er is ook altijd voldoende aanwezig. Hotel ziet er verzorgt uit, hier en daar een wat bijzondere design keuze maar dat is meer persoonlijke smaak (behang, vloerbedekking, etc.). Maar zeer verzorgd. Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel is super!

De ontbijtzaal is een beetje gedateerd, niet echt gezellig. Het uitzicht maakt echter veel goed.

The bedroom 4 was large and clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. There was a kettle and coffee machine and fridge with a freezer compartment in the room. There was private parking at the hotel and some spaces were undercover. Great location just outside town overlooking the mountains.

It didn’t live up to the 4 star rating. Staff looked miserable and receptionist was unfriendly. Never asked if we had a nice stay. The room was nice but they had locked away the toilet rolls which was a bit strange. See photo. There was only one bin in the room. The breakfast was really poor for 4 star. The buffet was in a little hot room and you had to collect your things on a tray and take it through to the dining area. There wasn’t even cutlery set up on the tables. The table cloths were a sticky plastic. Very little fruit selection and bread was basic hard buns. There were flies around the hams and they were sitting out in this warm room uncovered. There were signs up saying taking food out of the dining room was forbidden. There was nothing worth taking away! We had dinner here but my salmon was undercooked and swimming in some brown gravy. The cod was meant to be with a pil pil sauce but it was more like a mayonnaise. Not nice. We tried the brownie but it wasn’t a brownie. More like a dried up chocolate cake. Very disappointing. It was the most expensive hotel we had stayed in but not one of the best.

In order to get the view the hotel is at the top of a hill! In the heat is was a long uphill walk back however soooooo worth it!!

Poor reception with little advise when asked on local information No customer service when arriving or departure with luggage, staff just looked on when seeing us struggle carrying luggage in and out. Unbelievable response when requesting additional tea bags to the one breakfast tea provided in the room, replied it it is only provided on a courtesy basis, and reception staff had to ring a manager to obtain authority to provide me with one additional tea bag, Truly an unbelievable experience Breakfast meat and cheese was all sweaty in the heat, congealed scrambled eggs, signs everywhere to say don’t remove items from the breakfast room with a member of staff policing the entrance watching everyone, with no sense of customer care looking completely disinterested.

Great quiet location on the outskirts of the town (only 10 minutes walk into town) with fabulous views. Easy secure parking. We had a deluxe suite with huge balcony which was nice to sit on late afternoon. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return when next in the area.

Quarto com pouca luz.

Frühstück mäßig, Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln, war zu kalt. Es gab kein Informationsmaterial über Wanderrouten und über die Stadt. Über die Verkehrslage, große Teile der Stadt waren wegen einer Rallye abgesperrt, wurde nicht informiert. Es war schwierig, die Stadt mit dem Auto zu verlassen.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación comentándonos los empleados que no había ningún problema y que estaba operativo. Al día siguiente cuando hicimos el checkout nos confirmaron en recepción que la máquina del aire se había roto y que tenían ese problema con varias habitaciones. En ningún momento nos plantearon cambiarnos de habitación, la solución fue la de dormir con la ventana abierta. No creo que esté a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas con un precio elevado para el pueblo en el que se ubica.
