Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Nothing!! Arrived but did not book in. The room allocated was not the room booked and paid for. After 8 hours travelling this was shocking!!! We left the property and booked in at another hotel 60km away!! Be very careful when you book with these people.

Stayed on the 2nd floor so no elevators was the only negative.

Tv had bad picture with very few channels, not even one channel showed soccer world cup games since it's world cup season. Lot of disturbing noisy things at night. Air-conditioning did not heat up in the room. Breakfast was not nice. Parking is not user friendly. None visible security on site since the gate was always open.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026We stayed at the hotel to enjoy the Northside Wine Festival - the location was fantastic, the rooms were lovely, beds comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
There is a bar fridge in the room that is very noisy - it ticks, crackles and buzzes all night long. There is some or other pump system connected to the water so anytime you open a tap there is a loud whirring/whining noise. This can be heard from adjacent rooms if they use their water as well. Lastly, and this is not necessarily the hotels fault, but the noise from the other guests was insane! The screaming, yelling, banging of doors, top of their voices talking, laughing, etc THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT was unreal. I think it only got "quiet" (enough to fall asleep for more than a couple minutes) at around 5am. It was honestly one of the worst nights I have ever spent in any establishment.

Very limited and expensive set dinner menu. Television channels very limited. Buffet breakfast was not set up on last day due to few people staying at hotel, breakfast was still very good after ordering off menu. Not much ambience, may be due to quiet season.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The location was great. The grounds outside and the reception area including the restaraunt was very well maintained. The porters helped us with our bags very kindly. They also very kindly allowed us a checkout at 12 due to a last minute meeting my daughter attended online.
There are very loud noises coming from the outside that could be the kitchen or geyser. it was very disturbing as we didnt have a restful sleep.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Good location. The hotel is clean and neat, the room was comfortable and spacious. Beautiful sea views. We required vegetarian meal options and it was available for breakfast and dinner. It would have been great if there was more choice for meals, but overall a very good stay.
Just a suggestion to management to manage access control for guests to ensure entrance to guests only.

The staff is not friendly, we had a problem with aircon then we complained early in the morning but at night it was still not working, then the staff started giving us attitude from that second day of our stay till our last fifth day, the guy who makes eggs for breakfast is always angry, the other staff seems forced to work only Kyla is working there the rest are always busy on their cellphones, they don’t greet they would just laugh loudly you don’t know whether they are laughing at you, our linen wasn’t changed we were going to the fourth night using the same linen and I had to complain again

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Clean hotel rooms fully stocked. An amazing breakfast that was the best feature of this hotel! The complimentary tea and coffee station was appreciated. We liked that there was a large lounge area in which to relax.
The rooms we booked said garden views but they were rather of the back and front car parks. There was a thick block out curtain but no diaphanous curtains so whenever we were in the room others could look in unless we had the block out curtains drawn. This meant no natural light. Nice balconies but some outdoor furniture to relax on would have been appreciated. We arrived on Boxing Day. There was very little to do at this hotel. No board games, the TV channel in the lounge was turned to sport and the TVs in the rooms had very few channels.

They need to allocate parking for stay in visitors when they have weddings as it is frustrating to be looking for parking when all bays are full.

We requested additional towels and we didn't receive it. The drain in the shower was not positioned effectively as a result water filled the shower and had to be pushed towards the drain.
