Das Hotel hat einen besonderen Charme. Uns wurde gleich beim Check in eine deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin vorgestellt, zu der wir uns bei allen Belangen wenden konnten... Kenza war wirklich ein Schatz!,

Leider war es mit dem Abendprogramm immer schwierig, da die Veranstaltungen nie pünktlich begonnen haben...

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour à l’Africa Jade. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec un cadre exceptionnel, une belle architecture et une atmosphère très reposante. La vue, les espaces extérieurs et la proximité de la mer rendent l’endroit vraiment agréable. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue. Mention spéciale également pour la restauration, avec des plats variés et de qualité. C’est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, profiter de la plage et passer quelques jours loin du stress quotidien. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’Africa Jade pour ce beau séjour ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Bella la struttura, spiaggia privata con molti ombrelloni. Bello il bar sulla spiaggia. Ottima e varia la colazione e la cena.

Per un 4 stelle la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata. Bene nelle zone comuni meno nella stanza.

L'hotel a perdu en qualité de service, en propreté en confort. Le personnel est peu réactif non chalant, les chambres sales la cuisine aussi. Le linge n'est pas propre. C'est triste de voir l'évolution d'un tel vestige

La plage et la déco des parties communes

Oui, c’est même plus pertinent que de simplement dire que les packages sont moins chers : vous avez payé davantage tout en ayant accès à moins de prestations. Je le mettrais clairement dans la conclusion. Énorme déception après un excellent séjour il y a quelques années. Il existe aujourd’hui un fossé entre ce qui est annoncé sur Booking/Facebook et la réalité : plusieurs restaurants et espaces mis en avant sont fermés ou inexploités, et les terrains de tennis annoncés sont inexistants. Le restaurant de plage existe, mais le service y est quasi inexistant et la nourriture très moyenne. La restauration principale se résume à un immense self bruyant, type cantine, avec une nourriture médiocre. Aucun room service. À la plage comme à la piscine, personne ne vient prendre les commandes de boissons ou cafés. Entretien insuffisant : serviettes tachées, déchets de la veille encore présents le matin, wifi médiocre. Nous avons vu des clients rincer leurs chaussures dans la piscine sans intervention, tandis que certains éclairages mal fixés pendaient dans l’eau. Le plus incompréhensible reste le rapport prix/prestations : nous avons payé très cher en demi-pension via Booking, alors que les clients en packages charter/all-inclusive, ayant payé nettement moins cher, bénéficient de davantage de prestations et sont finalement mieux traités que les clients individuels. Le cadre reste magnifique, mais l’expérience est désormais celle d’un hôtel de tourisme de masse, très éloignée du resort présenté sur Booking et de celui que nous avions connu. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Très agréable séjour à l’Africa Jade. La plage est superbe, La décoration originale et très réussie, avec un vrai respect du thème de l’hôtel. La restauration est variée et globalement très bonne, et le personnel sympathique dans sa globalité.

Quelques points restent perfectibles : Piscine un peu petite, Restaurant de plage petit et service très lent, pareil à la piscine, avec des plats qui n’arrivent pas toujours en même temps pour une même table. La thalasso possède une belle infrastructure, mais elle pourrait clairement être davantage exploitée.

Le lieu, la décoration de l'établissement, l'espace extérieur, les animations pour les enfants

La décoration et le confort des chambres n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles... Le problème, c'est qu'il n'y a aucune améliorations... Les chambres restent dans leur jus... Ca manque de modernité. Et au delà de rendre les chambres un peu plus modernes, il serait nécessaire de les entretenir... Les tâches noires dans la baignoire, les trous sur le carrelage et sur la porte d'entrée (comblé par une sorte de bouchon en bois...), les tâches sur les draps, la porte du petit balcon qui ne s'ouvre plus... Ces "détails" comptent et sont malheureusement négligés... Aussi, chaque été en Tunisie, on subit des coupures de courant. C'est comme ca et on s'y fait... L'établissement n'y peut rien. Cependant, à mon sens, un hôtel 4 étoiles se doit de trouver des petits moyens de contournement pour les clients. Aucun climatiseur ne fonctionnait, nous avons bien compris qu'on ne pouvait pas faire autrement, néanmoins dans ce type de situation, l'établissement pourrait proposer des brumisateurs, apporter des bouteilles d'eau pour les clients chaque jour lorsque les chambres sont faites (quand elles le sont...). Les bouteilles d'eau devaient être demandées au personnel, et si on n'est pas en formule "tout inclus" on a le droit à une toute petite bouteille d'eau... Même pour les enfants c'est pas top... Et enfin, sans climatisation, le restaurant est un four ! Pour conclure, cet établissement a beaucoup de potentiel, mais il n'est pas assez entretenu et un peu cher pour la qualité du service... C'est vraiment dommage car c'est le seul de Korba

Le seul point positif est la plage ainsi que le cadre général de l’hôtel avec des coins sympa notamment le café maure

La propreté des chambres et l’entretien laissent à désirer des petites bêtes partout à l’intérieur des chambres avec un manque avéré des produits savon liquide dans la salle de bain

La plage et la déco des parties communes

Nous étions déjà venus il y a quelques années et en gardions un excellent souvenir. Cette fois, énorme déception. Il y a un fossé entre ce qui est présenté sur Booking/Facebook et la réalité. On y voit plusieurs restaurants, rooftop, restaurant de plage, belles assiettes et plats travaillés. Pendant notre séjour, nous n’en avons pas vu la couleur : beaucoup de ces espaces étaient fermés ou non exploités. En pratique, la restauration se résume essentiellement à un immense self très bruyant, ressemblant à une cantine de masse, avec une nourriture médiocre et très loin des photos présentées. À midi, hors all-inclusive, l’offre se limite à quelques plats très basiques à la piscine, dont certains sont régulièrement indisponibles, à des tarifs disproportionnés. Le room service, malgré la carte présente dans la chambre, n’existe tout simplement pas. Côté service, à la plage, à la réception, comme à la piscine, aucun serveur ne passe prendre les commandes de boissons ou de cafés : il faut aller les chercher soi-même. Les cocktails proposés au bar sont très quelconques et chers. L’entretien est également très insuffisant : serviettes régulièrement tachées, wifi médiocre et, le matin, déchets, bouteilles et restes de nourriture de la veille encore présents à la plage et autour de la piscine. Le nettoyage ne commence que vers 9h-9 h 30, alors que les clients sont déjà installés. Même impression concernant la piscine : pratiquement aucune surveillance ni rappel des règles élémentaires. Nous avons vu des personnes venant de la plage rincer leurs chaussures et claquettes directement dans la piscine. Plus préoccupant, certains éclairages de la piscine n’étaient plus correctement fixés et pendaient dans l’eau.

The outdoor café service was slow because only one waiter was serving, and some orders arrived incomplete or with unavailable items that were not mentioned in advance. Most of the lights were switched off at night, making the hotel, especially the garden, feel dark and unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price.

- L'hôtel et les chambres sont très mal entretenus - Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas changés, la femme de ménage les récupère le matin les lave ensuite elle les rends ( il faut que la direction investisse un peu dans les équipements de l'hôtel) ce n'est pas raisonnable de ne pas avoir de change de draps et de serviettes - l'humidité dans les chambres - Les fourmis dans les rangements de vêtements - problème de canalisation bouchée du lavabo et du baignoire ( malgré l'intervention du personnel ça n'a pas été résolu)

Le service du café extérieur était très lent car un seul serveur était présent, et certains plats étaient incomplets ou contenaient des produits indisponibles sans que cela soit annoncé à l'avance. La plupart des lumières étaient éteintes la nuit, rendant l'hôtel, surtout le jardin, sombre et peu accueillant.

Africa Jade is a great place to unwind, thanks to its stunning beach and the warm, professional service throughout the hotel. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, with a special thank you to Noureddine at the reception for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. He made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are comfortable but could benefit from some renovation, as they are starting to show their age. The breakfast was also quite limited in terms of variety. However, the beautiful beachfront and the excellent hospitality more than made up for these minor shortcomings.

It’s a nice hotel with a lovely views and a nice beach for relaxation. The staff is lovely and polite and they have really nice cocktails in the bad this is my first time when I see. But the pool it’s so nice and the entertains team make it batter So they have a lots of activity for having a fun and every single night with a nice show that was helping to enjoy the holidays to much. Thanks for that time and for sure we will back to get holiday here ❤️

Amazing decor and fantastic local food in the restaurant - no cheap burgers and chips. Fantastic private beach with lots of sunbeds and golden sand. The best animation team that are friendly and professional. They do lots of exciting games and fun shows. Great bar service with variety of drinks. Recommend for family holiday.

Our weekend was okay overall, but unfortunately some unpleasant things happened that affected our experience. We hope the hotel takes guest concerns more seriously and works to improve the atmosphere for everyone.i was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I felt uncomfortable because of the way one of the staff members the guest relation ( kenza )interacted with my boyfriend whenever I was not present. Her behavior felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and it affected our stay. I hope the management pays more attention to staff professionalism and guest comfort. Rooms

The staff here are really nice and have lots of activities planned throughout the day to keep everyone busy of all ages. The food here is also good because it has a lot of different foods for people who are picky with foods but they do run out very quickly. As for the rooms the electricity is always going off but the ac still works somewhat so the room does stay cool. The pool gets quite crowded in the afternoon but that doesn’t really bother me but it might for others . Overall the hotel is good and has a lot of things to do and the staff are very friendly

The hotel is lovely, lots of amenities. Beach rooms and pool area are very clean as well as the lobby etc. lots of food options on the buffet and the entertainment team is amazing - especially Zeno, Tito, Chico and Hedi, they made our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely come back

Le décor est magnifique. Le thème africain est remarquablement bien réalisé et offre une véritable sensation de voyage en Afrique, avec une touche à la fois artistique, luxueuse et romantique. C'est un très beau mélange qui donne beaucoup de charme à l'établissement. Le pianiste a créé une ambiance très agréable et raffinée. L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités, notamment pour les enfants, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les familles. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le style arabo-andalou du Café Maure, qui apporte une touche d'authenticité et d'élégance. La piscine est splendide le soir, avec une atmosphère calme et romantique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées, dans un esprit africain qui prolonge parfaitement l'expérience. La restauration est de bonne qualité et a répondu à nos attentes. Enfin, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Il y avait beaucoup trop de monde à la piscine, qui n'était pas suffisamment propre. Certaines personnes se sont installées à notre place sans même demander la permission. De plus, plusieurs ballons m'ont frappé alors que je souhaitais simplement me baigner tranquillement. À partir de 19 h, une fois l'accès à la piscine terminé pour les visiteurs extérieurs, l'hôtel redevenait particulièrement calme et propre. Je pense que l'accès à la piscine accordé aux personnes non résidentes a entraîné une surcharge qui a fait perdre à l'hôtel une grande partie de son charme et de sa propreté. Par ailleurs, la climatisation de la chambre est beaucoup trop bruyante.

Rummen är stora och hotellet får tummen upp för att ha rustat upp rummen i jämförelse med året innan då det var en del fel som bl.a. slitna kylskåp, trasig balkongdörr och AC.n som inte fungerade som de skulle. Badrummen hade lite unken lukt men i år var allt det åtgärdat vilket är väldigt uppmärksammat och seriöst av hotellet som tagit till sig av feedbacken. Stranden är fantastisk.

Jag hade oturen att få ett av rummen där bidén inte hade hunnit installeras.

Rooms are clean. Which is very important. Common areas are very nice, the african theme is nice. Original atmosphere overall

Rooms need renovation: small things like clogged shower head, toilet paper holder was rusty, toilet flush was barely working and sometimes it didn't stop flowing. Shower was either very hot or cold (no in-between). Food is mid. Many employees are rude (especially at the pool) which is unfitting for a 4 star hotel. But they seem to behave better with non-Tunisians.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et l'ambiance est agréable. Le seul point à améliorer, selon moi, est la restauration. La nourriture était correcte, mais elle manquait de variété et de saveur, ce qui était un peu décevant par rapport aux années précédentes, car c'était l'un des points forts de l'hôtel. Malgré cela, je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent service et son cadre agréable.

Every things is perfect, I came here with my wife and my son, we enjoyed hour time the food is so nice and so clean the room have nice service and clean too with nice view. The animation team was so powerful and pro with the kids. I advice to try it. We feel like a family with the entertainer they make for us a lovely time really I have to come back here soon. The theme was prominent throughout the hotel with the decorations, the wall paintings, the ornaments, the furniture in the lobby and specifically the African forest gardens.. Amazing! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the entertainment team were doing their best with many activities. The food is a nice variety, everyone finds something to taste. The Spa was great for relaxing and the staff are quite polite and smiley. The beach is only few steps from the rooms and very private The pool is quite fun, big and surrounded by cute huts bars 🛖

The elevators kept breaking, we didn't mind taking the steps but it seemed unfortunate for the older guests or the families with children. The Spa was missing towels and it was inconvenient for the shower. They could have added another TV in the lounge for W Cup, guests kept struggling to find seats close enough to be able to watch.

Ce qui était positif à l’hôtel, c’était sa proximité de la mer, la piscine et le style architectural de l’hôtel.

Séjour très décevant et inadapté aux familles avec bébé. Malgré une demande de lit bébé effectuée lors de la réservation et confirmée par l'hôtel, aucun lit n'était disponible à notre arrivée. Après plusieurs relances pendant des heures, on nous a finalement proposé un vieux lit en bois dans un état préoccupant, à 21h30, alors que notre bébé aurait déjà dû être couché. L'hôtel nous a attribué une chambre très éloignée et au dernier étage alors que l'établissement n'était manifestement pas complet. Les ascenseurs sont petits, souvent en panne ou saturés, ce qui rend les déplacements compliqués avec un bébé et une poussette. La restauration a été le plus gros point noir. Le petit-déjeuner était extrêmement pauvre : manque de viennoiseries, de boissons, de réapprovisionnement et de variété. Une grande partie du buffet restait vide. Le dîner donnait l'impression d'être composé de plats recyclés avec très peu de choix réel. Après avoir mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, notre bébé a été malade, ce qui nous a obligés à interrompre notre repas. Autre point incompréhensible pour un hôtel familial de cette taille : une seule chaise bébé pour l'ensemble de l'établissement. Nous avons souvent dû manger séparément faute d'équipement disponible. Quelques traces d'humidité et un manque d'entretien général sont également à noter. Le concept de l'hôtel et la piscine sont agréables, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Pour nous, il ne s'agissait pas seulement d'un mauvais séjour mais d'une expérience stressante et parfois préoccupante pour la sécurité et le bien-être de notre bébé.

The stay was ok overall, what i really appreciated is the reactivity of the staff especially customer experience manager Mme Chaima , she was so nice and helpful and tried her best to fix some issue related with the facility by changing the room immediately and proposing upgrades.

The food was average and rooms require renovation. Also we noticed a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Whether it's daytime activities, sports, games, or evening entertainment, there is always something enjoyable to do. Their enthusiasm and professionalism truly add value to the holiday experience. The food was excellent throughout my stay. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, combining Tunisian specialties with international cuisine. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The beach is another highlight of the hotel, with its beautiful sandy shore and peaceful setting, ideal for swimming, walking, or simply enjoying the sea view. What makes Africa Jade truly special is the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Excellent séjour en famille ! Hôtel chaleureux et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La cuisine est délicieuse, avec de très bonnes spécialités tunisiennes, et la plage est magnifique avec une eau cristalline. Un grand merci à Monsieur Noureddine pour son accueil et son professionnalisme dès notre arrivée. Les animations pour petits et grands sont au top. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

My husband and I were at the Africa Jade Hotel in May 2026. The hotel is beautiful. We were very pleased with our stay. We received a room overlooking the pool and on the side we had a view of the sea. During our stay, the animators kept us entertained. In the swimming pool you could use aquaerobics, take part in yoga or dance classes. You could also play volleyball in the pool. In the evenings, animators they also invented games. The food was so great. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast buffet had a huge variety with fresh pastries, fruits, Tunisian specialties, and international dishes. It gives you this calm energy where you can truly disconnect, relax, and enjoy the moment. This place is AWESOME! The food is excellent, the staff is more than nice, rooms are so big and comfortable and clean, beautiful beach and the sea. I must come back again for more sleep and to reach new zen. The only thing I'd suggest to kmprove the experience is to put some music on by the pool at night or at the beach . DJ plays good sets during daytime and we miss him at night 🙂

If you want a vacation surrounded by nature, far away from the city and crowds, then this hotel is the perfect choice for you. The hotel is beautiful, full of greenery, and an ideal place for rest and relaxation. It is quiet, peaceful, and free from noise, making it perfect for a truly relaxing stay. The staff is always smiling and very kind, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidied every day. The spa center is also excellent. I had a massage with Siwar and I am truly very satisfied. Siwar is very kind, pleasant, and gives amazing massages. As someone who gets massages often, I can say that I have never had a better massage. Highly recommended for both her and the massage she provides — I truly enjoyed it.

Je me suis blessé le pied avec le chemin en bois tout pourri. Aucune chaînes tv française ( sois disant en maitenance; depuis le début de l année). Bar , restaurant sur la plage fermé. Impossible d avoir le tout inclu même avec booking. Hotel à besoin d entretien.. J ai ramassé tout les jours des plastiques sur la plage.bouteille, sacs, polystyrène etc... Pas de service de nettoyage. Sauf le dernier jour le 23/05

This is my second stay at the Africa Jade, and once again, the thalassotherapy centre has been the highlight of the experience. But what truly sets this place apart is the quality of the care and the attentiveness of the team. Every request is met with warmth and genuine consideration. I had the pleasure of booking a massage session, and I was looked after by Salma, whose gentle and professional made the experience truly memorable. She has a natural kindness about her that creates an immediate sense of calm. After each session, I found myself leaving with a real sense of peace that carried through the rest of my day. The hotel’s outdoor atmosphere was truly beautiful and relaxing. The natural surroundings were very well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts great effort into the outdoor areas. The food was also very good, and overall the experience outside the room was enjoyable and peaceful.

However, the room itself did not meet expectations in terms of comfort and facilities. The room design and furniture felt old, and the lighting was poor. There were no bedroom slippers or bath slippers provided, no coffee corner or coffee-making facilities, and complimentary water was not provided. The wardrobes looked outdated, and there was no power outlet in the bathroom. In addition, the amenities were very limited, as only shampoo and soap were available, while other standard hotel items such as a sewing kit and similar essentials were missing. Overall, the room needs significant improvement to match the quality of the hotel’s outdoor environment and dining experience.

Beautiful Hotel, decorations and style are one of a kind. We were upgraded for free to a junior suite;since we liked the hotel we extended our stay +days (total 10 days). Breakfast and dinner simply 5 stars, delicious! All the staff amazing, kind and professional. Area is quite, beautiful gardens and beach. Animation and sport team very kind and focused on their job. We will be back.
