Reviewed Aug 7, 2026I expected a much higher standard from Marriott, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect that. I experienced an issue with Housekeeping and reported it to the front desk immediately, requesting that it be escalated to the Housekeeping Manager. I was assured that the manager had been informed. Nearly 24 hours have passed, and despite three reminders, I have not received any communication, follow-up, apology, or acknowledgment from the Housekeeping Manager. What disappointed me most was not the original issue itself, but the complete lack of concern and follow-up. Service quality is measured not only by facilities or room standards, but by how guests are treated when problems arise. I hope management reviews this case and improves the responsiveness and accountability of the Housekeeping team, as this experience fell well below the level of service I expect from Marriott.

The receptionist in overall is performing satisfactorily and demonstrates a positive attitude toward his responsibilities. However, there is an opportunity to further develop his customer service and communication skills, particularly when dealing with multiple customers or challenging situations. At times, he appears to find it difficult to manage customer demands effectively under pressure.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The size of the room was perfect for my family. It was well maintained and clean. In this trip, I stayed at four different hotels and hotel apartments, Marriott by far had the best breakfast selection. My kids are picky eaters but all of them found something they liked to eat.
The electrical outlet for the Microwave had a loose connection but it didn't bother me cause I was not planning on using it. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans and we had to open a window for air circulation/ventilation.
