温泉が少し汚い。脱衣所が臭い。露天風呂の植栽が枯れている。ロビーが古くさい。ワクワクやゆったり感が全くない。温泉や朝ごはんはいいが、それ以外は平均以下。湯上がり休みの椅子が少なすぎです。スタッフはいい。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026温泉が最高に良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクが以前あった様に思うのですが 不景気の影響から無かったのが残念でしたが、コレもしかたないのかなと〜納得 今回は2回目で、温泉目的で移動に便利でしたので宿泊させて頂きました。ありがとうございます。 明日19日 予約はまだですが温泉目的で、もう一泊せて頂きます。

Onsens are not tattoo friendly — maybe they are if you used tattoo stickers?

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026スタッフの方の気遣いが大変よかったです。私、松葉杖で移動しなければならない状態ですが 非常に細やかに気を遣っていただきありがたかったです。部屋の広さはやや狭かったですが、夜は静かにゆっくりと休むことができました。
松葉杖を使っての歩行でしたので、浴室内は杖は使いませんでしたが、もうすこし手すりがあった方がよかったのではにでしょうか。おおむね満足しているので、これ以上はありません。 次回も泊まりたいホテルです。

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かった。 お風呂も綺麗でシャンプーの種類も多く、サウナもとてもいい匂いがした。水風呂もとても冷たく今の時期にぴったりだった。アイスが食べ放題なのも良かった。 室内も部屋と洗面台の間に扉があり、外の廊下の音も聞こえなく快適に過ごせた。 初めて連泊したいと思ったほどとても良いホテルだった。
室内のシャワールームは使ってはいないが、以前使用された方の髪の毛が壁についていた。

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Dormy Inn Kagoshima was a solid choice for a one-night stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough and convenient. The highlight was definitely the onsen, which was a nice bonus after driving for a few hours. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Worth noting that there were no skincare amenities, so bring your own if that matters to you. Overall, a decent 3-star hotel that does the job well for a quick stopover. I would consider staying again for one night, mainly for the location and onsen.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Chambre confortable. Le petit déjeuner offre un très large choix de plats, tant locaux qu'occidentaux et de bonne qualité. Personnel attentionné et très aimable, serviable. Le point fort de l'hotêl est le "sento" (ouvert de 15h00 à 10h00 du matin), sorte d'onsen situé au dernier étage et qui offre détente et dépaysement complet (on a du mal à croire qu'on est dans un hôtel moderne, situé en quasi centre ville!) Etablissement situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare centrale (JR et Shinkansen) et à une dizaine de minutes d'un petit centre de yatai (petits restaurants mobiles, offrant une cuisine "de rue" traditionnelle, ouverts dès la fin de l'après midi). Proche également du Musée de l'ère Meiji et du Musée d'Art Moderne

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026チェックイン後から翌朝10時まで何時でも温泉に入れる、夜鳴きそばや温泉のアイスクリーム、朝の乳酸菌飲料など無料で飲食出来るお得感、やはり1番は、朝食のバイキング素晴らしいでした。多すぎず、少なすぎず、地元食材もたくさんあり、小鉢なので食べたい物も全部食べられる、しかもとても美味しいでした。 事前のメールでの要望にも応えて頂き、とても良い対応でした。
大人2人と子供(小5)での宿泊予約でした。ベッドが狭く窮屈でした。

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026저는 일본 여행할 때 마다 늘 도미인에 묵어요. 일본 특유의 료칸 스타일을 좋아해서 일본에 가는데, 다른 호텔은 그냥 모던해서 흥미가 떨어지는데 도미인은 그런 분위기를 살려 놓아서 좋습니다.
딱히 아쉬운 점은 없지만 아무래도 전세계 숙소가 방음이 좋지는 않은데, 도미인도 역시 방음이 되게 좋지는 않아요. 자다가 바깥의 소음에 깬 적이 있습니다. 그리고 침대가 조금 불편해요. 조금 더 다양한 배게가 있다면 좋겠습니다. 개운한 잠자리는 아니에요.

チェックイン時に、「タオルはフロントに言えば出します」とのことだったが、どのタオルなのか（洗面の？風呂用の及びバスタオルも？とか、ハッキリと）？ また、チェックイン時に、館内は用意された部屋着でOKと言って欲しい。こういった基本的に情報は部屋に掲示、又は冊子の準備が欲しい。

スタッフの説明が…。チェックインの時に朝食の説明がなかった。部屋に戻って気づいてから降りた時に聞いたら日本人以外のスタッフでしたが、朝ごはんの時間はと伺ったら、朝9時からですと言われた。かなり遅いなと感じエレベーターの中を見たら違ってた…。日本語の理解力がまだ足りてなかったんかなと思った

Reviewed May 18, 2026위치는 정말 좋다. 덴몬칸에서 걸어서 3분? 그리고 주변에 편의점도 많고 트램 정거장도 바로 앞이라 위치적으로는 정말 좋았던 거 같다.
일단 1층에 아무것도 없는데 엘베를 타고 올라가야해서 상당히 불편하다. 그리고 여기를 2박을 잡았는데 여기 있는 동안 비염을 앓아서 죽는 줄 알았다. 숙소만 나가면 괜찮아지고 돌아와서 자면 다시 코가 막히고 콧물 줄줄 흐르고 일단 청결도가 매우 구리다. 냉장고에 누구껀지 모를 머리카락과 먼지들이 잔뜩 껴있고 전반적으로 낡았다는 느낌을 준다. 아 그 전망대에 있는 호텔이랑 가격 비슷하길레 고민했더니... 젠장이었네.

Reviewed May 18, 2026We stayed just for one night before catching to ferry over to Yakushima. The hotel is convenient and clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the hotel onsen or breakfast buffet, as we had to wake up very early the next day.

Reviewed May 18, 2026I try to stay at Dormy Inns when I travel to Japan. I like the basic, comfortable rooms and the onsens. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and coffee ok. The staff is always helpful and kind. Free laundry is always a bonus.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Das öffentliche Bad ist wie für dormy inn üblich das beste an dem Aufenthalt. Sauber, kaltes bad, Aussenbereich. Erfrischungen und Manga lesebereich.
Menschen mit Tattoos gehen ins onsen. Das Zimmer ist eine Zumutung. Dreckig und abgewohnt. Das sollte man nicht mehr vermieten. Siehe bilder
