Tesis çok geniş alana sahip, denize girebilecek birçok seçeneği mevcut, akşam yemeği her gün değişiyor ve lezzetliydi. Buna ek olarak tamam burger standı öğlen yemegi için çok lezzetliydi, kokteyllerde aynı şekilde öyle. All inclusive ile gerçekten çok konforlu ve lezzetli 3 gün geçirdik. Tavsiye ederim kesinlikle

Her şey için rezervasyon yaptırmak gerekiyor, bulunduğumuz günler masaj doluydu. Balayı çifti olmamıza rağmen bizim birçok hatırlatmamız sonrası ancak restoranda bize özel bir yemek getirdiler, normalde daha fazlası ile kendilerinin bizi özel hissettirmesi gerekirdi

J’ai regretté d’avoir réservé dans cet hôtel, sois disant 4 étoiles, j’ai connu bien mieux. Aucune présentation des lieux, avec mon conjoint nous avons dû se débrouiller par nous même. Je ne recommande pas du tout, de plus on avait des cafards dans la salle de bain.

After initially getting a room we didn't like, we were moved to the west wing, facing the sunset and it was exactly perfect accommodation for the week Just outside was a semi private beach, and further along, a really nice larger beach which could accommodate everyone even though the hotel was pretty full

breakfast could have been better with a rather long wait for omelettes etc from the fryer. also the coffee was awful this time with only machine produced variations available. please bring back the old real coffee jugs poured at the table.

Awesome location, with beautifully crafted atmospheres. Extremely friendly staff.

The only thing we can critique is the bookings for the activities. We needed to go to reception to book for the other restaurants which was full most of the time. We got bookings eventually and it was worth the effort. The watersports gets cancelled with even light wind but this is understandable.

Resort muito bonito, com um jardim fora do comum, inclui dois monumentos, canhões antigos e ainda um spa de cortar a respiração, situado no meio de árvores centenárias. A envolvência de praia é igualmente encantadora. Todas as infraestruturas do resort são de muito boa qualidade. A comida é boa e variada, com dois restaurantes temáticos que valem a pena, e as bebidas servidas também são boas, tendo em conta o regime tudo incluído. Vale ainda a pena experimentar o passeio de gaivota.

A limpeza dos quartos, em concreto da casa de banho, ficou muito aquém dos restantes parâmetros do resort.

Tout était très bien 🤗. Le personnel est présent, à l’écoute et très reactif en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique lieu.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Canonnier Beachcomber. Le cadre est magnifique, l’ambiance paisible et le personnel vraiment attentionné. Les jardins, la plage et les espaces communs sont impeccables, tout respire la détente. La chambre était confortable, propre et très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du staff, toujours souriant et disponible.Les équipements de la salle de sport sont top, modernes et bien entretenus. Le hammam et le sauna sont propres, agréables et parfaits pour se détendre. Le personnel du bien‑être est très accueillant, avec une vraie volonté de faire plaisir.Le kids club a été un vrai plus : l’équipe est adorable, les activités sont variées et notre fils s’est régalé. Une expérience mémorable, que nous recommandons vivement.

Le prestataire de service pour le transfert entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel proposait un tarif vraiment excessif pour un service très basique. Le rapport qualité‑prix n’était pas au rendez‑vous, surtout quand on compare avec d’autres options disponibles à Maurice. Nous avons finalement choisi TaxiMauritius, beaucoup plus raisonnable et transparent sur les prix, ce qui a rendu le trajet bien plus agréable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh and delicious options, while both lunch and dinner were equally fabulous, with an excellent selection of different dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was varied, fresh, and of high quality. The staff truly made our stay special. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always working hard to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. The hotel's diving centre Diving World was exceptional. It was very well equipped, and the dive guides were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made every dive safe, enjoyable, and memorable, making it a fantastic experience.

The property occupies an excellent position with great beaches, views, green areas, pools and other facilities. We did visit three other Beachcomber properties on the west coast and felt that Cannonier, though not 5 star, had the edge in many facilities. The restaurants were all very good, a good buffet that catered for all tastes, the al a carte Italian and Navigator excellent. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped and very well serviced. Staff who looked after us were nothing short of wonderful, Rama in room service, Luchuman in the restaurant, Ria who welcomed us to breakfast and Chintoo who was a font of all knowledge, along with many others too numerous to mention. Bar staff also deserve a special mention.

Very little, just perhaps a need for the senior management to be more visible and engage a bit more.

Le personnel est parfait ! Il est courtois, souriant, à l'écoute et professionnel. L'hotel est très beau. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour s'installer et être tranquille.

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h pour un week end de 3 jours, fais le check-inn et je suis allée directement au spa pour réserver des soins. Après plusieurs minutes à attendre, dans l'indifférence totale du personnel, tous les créneaux étaient complets. J'ai demandé à la réception s'il était possible de me trouver un créneau car je ne pouvais faire aucune activité sportive. Ils n'ont rien pu faire. Dommage !

Great location and nice property to wander around. We went diving using the on site dive shop which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The spa was great and looked beautiful. The gym was nice and new albeit very small so when there was more than 2 people in there it was cramped. Mont Choisy Beach nearby (about a 1.5km walk) was one of the most beautiful I've seen in my travels. The one at the hotel itself wasn't great so definitely worth a walk down the road.

Room service only topped up one of each item and even then sometimes missed things (noting that its an all inclusive so wasn't great). The restaurant had incredibly limited options for vegetarians. Was a little difficult to get water throughout the stay as well. We arrived early and tried to check in early which wasn't possible which was no issue as we were able to use the facilities. However coming back at check in time we were told we would have to wait 5 minutes. Again, no issues but 15 minutes later we were told we would have to wait another 10 minutes which overall was just a poor client experience.

Die Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt viel zu klein. Sehr große Anlage, daher im Speisesaal sehr laut .

Grundsätzlich ist an der Anlage nichts verkehrt, allerdings ist das nicht Mauritius. Wenn man auf Massentourismus und Schlacht am Buffet steht passt das eher.

Dass es uns nicht gefallen hat und wir nach 1 Nacht, statt der gebuchten 5 Nächte wieder abgereist sind, liegt bestimmt auch daran, dass es unser 3. Hotel auf unserem Mauritius Trip war und die ersten beiden Hotels einfach eine komplett andere Liga waren. Wir waren im deutlich günstigeren C Mauritius, das einfach nur schön war, mit super leckerem Essen, tollem Strand und dem Gefühl, dass man trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel fast alleine dort ist und die 2.Wochen waren wir im Beachcomber Dinarobin - das seinem Ruf alle Ehre macht. Wohl die schönste Kulisse auf Mauritus und einfach ein unglaublich schönes Hotel. Nach diesen beiden Hotels, war das Beachcomber Cannonier nichts für uns. Leider sieht man das auf dem Bildern auf Booking nicht - dort schaut das Hotel wirklich toll aus. Unser Zimmer war auch hübsch, leider war das Bad nicht sauber, aber die Teppichfliesen in den Fluren und andere Dinge haben eher was von Ibis Standard. Man liegt Körper an Körper wie dienSardinen in der Dose am Pool, der Strand ist auch nur semi. Für sowas braucht man nicht nach Mauritius zu fliegen, das bekommt auch als 3 Sterne in Spanien - deutlich günstiger. Was uns auch gestört hat, waren diese Unmengen an Essen die weggeworfen wurden, weil es wirklich eine Schlacht am a Convenience Food Buffet war. Das Personal, besonders im Restaurantbereich machte einen sehr angespannten Eindruck und hat sich auch untereinander gestritten. Sowas haben wir sonst nirgends auf Mauritius gesehen. Obwohl wir viel unterwegs waren, wollten wir so unseren Mauritius Urlaub nicht ausklingen lassen. Wir haben unsere 4 Restnächte ohne Erstattung verfallen lassen und haben uns für die letzten 4 Nächte nochmal ins C Mauritius eingebucht.

Everything! One of the best resorts we have stayed at. 5 star in all aspects. Beautiful location, fabulous staff, excellent food choices. Golf course within 5 minutes. Many activities to do. Highly recommended.

Egal wo und wem man begegnet man bekommt immer einen freundlichen Gruß und ein herzliches Lächeln. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns beim Team des Navigators bedanken für die besonders schönen Nachmittags-u Sonnenuntergangsstunden dort mit einem Gläschen Wein.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ganz ausschalten

Les noix de coco qui tombent près des chambres et de la piscine , mon fils en a reçu un sur la tête . Le sable plein la chambre un peu désagréable a chaque aller retour . Petit point a améliorer , manque de petites cuillères pour le petit déjeuner et support oeuf a la coquille

I loved the Spa and the overall of the resort

En venant au Beachcomber, je cherchais simplement à me reposer au calme pendant quelques jours sans attente particulière. Et pourtant, j'ai été surpris par le professionnalisme de l'établissement, de son personnel et de ses directeurs. Le personnel est respectueux, serviable & disponible. Les repas sont d'une qualité hors norme. Je remercie l'établissement et de son personnel pour leur accueil si chaleureux.

RAS. Juste un axe d'information :) ce serait encore plus incroyable d'informer les clients avant leur arrivée des nombreuses activités gratuites dont vous disposez dans l'établissement afin qu'on puisse s'organiser :)

Flies everywhere.. by the pool, by the food , in the food…at the beach 😩and NO attempt to even try and keep food covered. * No designated smoking areas. *People literally smoke everywhere… and the resort is marketed as a family hotel? Is it not advisable NOT to smoke around young children? *Hotel needs a renovation . *Bathroom cleanliness 5/10 * Restaurant bathroom cubicles are NOT cleaned properly. *Not a single hook or space in the bathroom to hang anything. *Very little cupboard space. *1 towel per day per guest allowed at the pool. I wanted to exchange a wet towel for a dry towel and was told it is not allowed. When I commented weather I must use the same wet towel for the whole day I was rudely directed to a notice confirming this. This was my 10th stay in Mauritius and mostly stay in 4* hotels.. unfortunately my least favourite stay. Spend the extra money and go 5*.

Petit regret sur la plage qui bien qu'agréable ne permet pas de faire du snorkling. Pas grand chose à voir sous l'eau. Les fonds ont dû être très aménagés ou trop sollicités. (Mais l'hôtel organise tous les jours des sorties snorkling en bateau pour les résidents donc ça compense).

Les oreillers trop gros, mais après demande des plus petits nous ont été donnés. Le temps d'attente au restaurant le navigator.

Nádherné místo, skvělé snídaně i večeře, příjemný bar, spousta aktivit, které jsem za 2 dny ani nemohl vyzkoušet :) Pěkné místo, pěkné moře v laguně, všude lehátka, dostupné pití.

Wifi byla chvílemi slabší, na mobilu jsem radši jel přes data. V baru na můj vkus hrozně moc personálu, ale rychlost obsluhy tomu příliš neodpovídala. Všichni byli moc milí, ale pivo přišlo i teplé, s padlou pěnou, často bylo lepší si jít objednat na bar, než čekat, až někdo z 15 číšníků milostivě přijde ke stolu.

Meals were very good and tasty with attentive and friendly staff.

My mattress in my room was like a hollow on the side I slept and gave me a neck and back ache. I did complain to reception, they said they would change it but was not done.

Hôtel toujours aussi agréable, personnel attentionné, chambre agréable avec literie parfaite, un buffet de qualité et varié, un parc extraordinaire pour tous ses palmiers, plantations, piscine….très bien tenu, propre….un bord de mer génial et un club nautique sympa pour diverses activités

le niveau sonore de l animation musical le soir mais ça se termine à 22H45 !

The food and the friendly service. The staff are really amazing and the management was very giving. When shortfalls, which weren't major, showed up, they more than made up for it. They are appreciated

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

Personnel adorable, localisation parfaite. Hôtel calme. La nourriture est excellente. Mention spéciale pour la nouvelle prestation food truck près de la plage principale. Les soins sont vraiment incroyables.

Petit soucis avec l'évacuation d'eau dans la douche. Ca serait également super d'avoir des toilettes plus proche des restaurants et aussi un petit coin pour pouvoir prendre à boire quand on est prêt de l'eau. Quelques activités supplémentaires seraient vraiment appréciées.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est magnifique et très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la diversité et la qualité des restaurants proposés, qui permettent de varier les repas tout au long du séjour. L’accès à la plage privative est un vrai plus, avec un environnement calme et bien entretenu. Les activités nautiques disponibles offrent également de belles expériences. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

Les activités terrestres pourraient être un peu plus variées. Le nettoyage des balcons pourrait également être amélioré.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Mauritius. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day and excellent quality. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. The resort was spotless everywhere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to mention Reena and the reception team – they were absolutely fantastic, very attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. The girls at the Kids Club were also incredibly sweet, and the children had a great time with them. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius.

L’hôtel est très bien. Le all inclusive est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le site est très jolie. L’organisation pour le transfert au golf club est excellent. Club de golf de très haute qualité. Très professionnel dans l’organisation et les transferts depuis l’hôtel. Tout est fait pour vous simplifier les choses. Diving center PADI sur place mais avec une équipe décevante et pas à la hauteur des exigences d’un centre PADI. Très bel hôtel.

Nous étions en pension complète, nous félicitons toute l’équipe, serviable et tout sourire, très professionnelle, hotel de grande qualité, chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne table et varié, jardin bien entretenu, encore merci à tous. Nous le recommandons vivement ! Nicole
