Pillows too soft. Requested during booking but told not available. Hallway lights could have been brighter. Not necessary to have the table in the room, looked rather random and blocking the entrance of the bathroom. Towels looked tired.

ダブルベッドの部屋。 トイレをしているのが、扉がガラスだし、隙間が3センチほど空いていて、そこからもろに見えているため、すごく嫌だった。友人たちは困っていた。ベッドは柔らかすぎで、寝返りのたびに夫が起きてしまう。 朝食も美味しくない。 部屋にベッドと一つの椅子だけだったので、せめてもう一つ椅子をくださいと言ったら、ダメと言われた🙅どうしてかも言わない。

Only 4 paper cups for hot coffee and tea. They are placing 2 coffee ready mix powder and 2 tea. If we have to take hot water then there is no paper cups and again we have to go to reception and get an additional cups. It is good to keep a glass and coffee mug would be useful.

I booked the hotel for my parents to stay overnight. They couldn’t stay in the room because of an awful smell coming through the drain. They had to make a complaint and the hotel staff changed their room after acknowledging the terrible smell. Also, the photos of the room initially allocated to my parents were not same as the photos of the room I chose. The second room was the same as the room I chose when I made a reservation, which also raises a trust concern.

wall paper need to be updated. sink has odor on and off. not sure what's the cause. Hotel offer one thick blanket. Wish they offer sheets cover or light blanket for warmer weather.

최악의 바퀴벌레 호텔 절대 가지 마세요 스위트룸 1001호에서 숙박 못하고 새벽1시에 탈출 토요일 처제 결혼식으로 만삭 아내는 같이 오지 못하고 초1, 초2 아이만 데리고 추석연휴 마지막주 금요일에 방문 기차가 많이 없어 숙소 도착하니 밤 10시정도 되었는데 들어가자 마자 바퀴벌레 발견 한마리 잡고 다른데 가야하나 생각했지만 늦은 시간에 밖에는 비도 오고 아이들은 지쳐서 기절 직전 참고 자보자 하고 애들 손발만 씻겨서 재우고 잠시 쉬다 씻으려고 욕실 이동중 또 한마리 발견 잡고 욕실에서 더 거대한 바퀴벌레 2마리 발견... 우선 잡고 욕실 문 닫고 나왔는데 그때부터 멘붕... 어떻게 하지 애들은 기절해있고 도저히 안되겠어서 처제 신혼집에 모여있는 처가 식구들에게 연락 새벽 1시에 장모님이랑 처형이랑 다들와서 방에 불켜니 또 바퀴벌레 나옴... 호텔 직원은 다른방은 안나온다고 방 바꿔준다는데 믿을수 없음 폴라리스 호텔은 바퀴벌레 호텔 세상 끔찍한 경험이였고 처제 결혼식 가야하는데 잠도 제대로 못 자고 처가 식구들도 새벽에 데리러 오느라 난리나고 최악의 바퀴벌레 호텔

스위트를 2박 예약하고 들어간 스위트룸은 정말 힘들었음 목욕탕은 넓었지만 뭔가 귀신 나올것 같았고 방과 거실이 나누어진것이아니라 칸막이로 되어있고 인테리어가 어수선하고 편히 쉬기 어려운 구조. 그 큰 목욕탕에서 정기적으로 들려오는 소리는 공포스럽기까지했다. 밤에 화장실이라도 가면 어두컴컴해서 뭔가가 구석에 웅크리고 있는듯한 느낌이 들어 소름이 돗았음 . 침대위의 시스템 에어컨에는 먼지가 가득 작동하기 두려웠음. 다행히 방을 바꿔 오히려 디럭스 트윈으로 옮기니 좋았음 침대도 편했음. 직원이 친절하게 대응을 해줘서 잘묵고 왔음. 제발 스위트 욕실을 그대로 놓을려면 불을 환하게 하는게 좋을 듯 하고. 에어컨은 대청소를 전체적으로 하는게 좋을것 같고. 인테리어 바꾸란 소리는 못하겠지만 도배라도 좀 편안한 색으로 하면 어떨까합니다.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025チェックがギリギリになってしまったのですが、丁寧に対応していただけました。 簡単な英語ができれば十分にコミュニケーションでき、チェックイン/チェックアウトともスムーズでした。 築年数が20年弱みたいなので、その経年は施設から感じましたが、手入れや清掃はしっかりされていたので、気になるようなことはありませんでした。 韓国に慣れていない日本の方向けへの注意としては ・ハンドソープがなかったので、気になる方は何か用意がいるかも ・泊まった部屋は浴室のカーテンが動かなかったので、特に女性の方とかは不安かも ・シャワーとかの使い方(温冷の切り替え、シャワーの切り替えなど)が日本と違うのでちょっと困るかも あたりなので、その辺は事前に確認や用意してもらえるとよいかもです。

Reviewed May 17, 2025コンビニ激戦区！ 部屋もめっちゃ綺麗で良かったー！不安なとことか気になるところはひとつもないかなー心配だったからバスタオルは自分で持ってったの使ったのと、ホテルの無料でもらえる水は飲まなかったかな〜ちょっと申し訳ないけど。 仁川空港とソウルのど真ん中くらいの所にホテルがあるからちょっと交通が大変なのとあんまり夜遅くまでソウル大都市で遊んでると終電無くなるので注意！日本語は伝わる人とそうじゃない人がいて、英語も伝わる人の方が多いけど伝わらないこともあったけどホテルの方がとても丁寧に親切に対応してくださって居心地が良かったです。不安なことは事前にホテルに電話とかメッセージを送って直接聞いたり予定とかの変更をしたりしました。とても良い旅ができたかと思います！ありがとうございました〜

To me it looks like an old, decaying luxury hotel. The facilities were probably decent back in their time, but now almost everything (walls, bath towels, sheets, furniture) is somehow in a bad condition. You can see mold, stains everywhere. Was not worth the 85 euros we paid for a double room.

The room we got was in terrible condition. There were sewage smell, cigarette burn marks on the bedsheet, and lots of mold in the bathroom. I requested cancellation of the remaining duration once we saw the condition, but staff said they could not do anything except move us to a different room of similar condition.
