Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Very good. Both the staff and management are welcoming. It is clean, and I really liked it. It is a great place to visit for a relaxing holiday. I will definitely return again, Insha Allah.
I would say that a digital wall clock would be a nice addition, so guests can keep track of the time. It’s just a suggestion for improvement, not a criticism.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Da wir erst am Abend in Dublin gelandet sind, war das Hillview House ein perfekter Zwischenstopp vor unserer Nordirland Reise. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, das Zimmer war sauber und schön, das Frühstück war perfekt und die Besitzer sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Falls wir nächstes Mal eine ruhige Unterkunft außerhalb von Dublin brauchen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026I liked everything from the excellent and hospitable staff, the quiet country lanes to go for a walk, the farmland surrounding the property, its close location to Dublin airport (Without the jet noise), the comfortable bed and good size room - just was a great place to stay for a few days.
I didn't like the fact that I only stayed 2 days whereas 2 weeks would have been better - particularly with the Skerries 200 motorcycle racing being run nearby.

Reviewed May 22, 2026The staff member who was working through our stay was incredible (Johnathan I think, apologies if I’ve misremembered). So warm and welcoming and went out of his way to make the next leg of our journey easier. He called his personal friends to see if we could check into our hire van earlier and gave us such helpful insights and tips. Blown away by his kindness. The breaky was so good! The room was so comfortable and clean. He recommended a great old pub for food and I don’t think we could have had a better first night stay in Ireland. Thank you so much!
