Un personnel qui prend soin au quotidien de ses voyageurs…et qui après plusieurs séjours passés dans l’hôtel nous « gâte «  avec des petits présents..c’est très agréable…et sans parler du restaurant ..le chef Cyrille Le Callonnec concocte des plats sonctueux..d’ailleurs je recommande le menu Découverte et ses 8 plats…un régal..

Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht. Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich. Polster fleckig. Ein Bett war mit einem Mal in die Höhe geschossen beim aussteigen. Das WC war von der Größe eine Zumutung, obwohl wir nicht dick sind. Insgesamt sehr unzufrieden für den Preis.

Room was great. We had ocean front and the beach view was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast was not very good especially for 22 Euros per person. Dinner conversely was excellent. Staff/Service was excellent at the restuarant. Parking was also expensive but easy to use.

Hôtel parfait! Les équipes sont d’un accueil irréprochable. La restauration n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions.

The rooms are super comfortable , the spa pool a lovely (if compact) addition, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach opposite is also lovely and we had a couple of great high tide swims. If the walk into town is a bit daunting at times we discovered the bus route behind the hotel is easy and cheap at 2 euros a ride.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms seems to have been pre-set (probably for eco reasons) not to respond to anything below 26 degrees which was disappointing and too hot at night. So we had to have the windows open at night (until the bin men started at 5.00 am!). We spoke to reception but they seemed unable to do anything about it. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel was great and we'd specifically chosen one of the few hotels in St Malo with air con.

Posizione favorevole. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia. La città vecchia si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata di 25 minuti sul lungomare.

La chambre sentait la cigarette, le coffre ne marchait pas..la douche etait bouchee. le couloir n etait pas propre avec les meme marques depuis 2 jours. Le spa hamam ferme ...en reparation...le petit dej le croissants et pain au chocolat de la veille ..les oeufs trop liquide.merite 3 etoiles max pour la chambre .

Die Sauna war nicht aufgeheizt. Morgenessen gut, Eierspeisen hätte ich mehr erwartet in dieser Liga.

Great room. View over back harbour. Ten minute walk into old town. Pool / spa on fifth floor. Daughter loved massage. Good cocktail bar on 1st floor. When tide is out beach is right outside under sea wall. There is a crossing and steps right outside. Good underground parking.

Just be aware saint Malo is very tidal and at high tide the beach disappears.

Perfecte kamer voor een nachtje te verblijven en uitgebreid ontbijt met heel veel keuze en veel fruit! Dicht bij het strand en ongeveer 1 km wandelen naar de oude stad.

Badkamer is redelijk klein, en smorgens bij het opendoen van de handdoeken troffen we een bruine streep aan. Verder was alles wel heel netjes!

Top class and staff are very good and friendly

5star location, very modern well appointed rooms. Staff lacks the hospitality gene. There is a bowl of fruit on the bar. I was informed there is a cost for fruit and asked them to charge me. A first. First class breakfast buffet features multiple fresh breads, cheeses, five bowls of fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts etc. Fish, salmon eggs also available. Very nice bar, with great chairs and endless view of the Atlantic. Needs coordinated beach seating and sand service to reach next level

The location was fantastic with a beautiful view. Rooms were comfortable although a little small. Good amentities and nice breakfast selection .

The rooms felt a little bit tight and don’t like the toilet being a seperate „cubicle „ from the entire toilet but that’s just a French way.

La chambre était spacieuse. La vue partielle sur la mer était sympa. Le lit était confortable. Nous avons également apprécié le bar.

Un peu limite sur les mouchoirs et le savon pour les mains (nous n’en avions plus). L’odeur dans la chambre n’était pas des plus agréables.

Rooms are nice with all facilities we needed. For families it is possible to have adjacent rooms with one external door on request. The swimming pool is more to relax than to swim lanes, but well equipped for water massages. Not suitable for small children. Airconditioning in the room works very well, but hallways are too hot. Breakfast during weekdays is too expensive for the variety of what is on offer; scrambled eggs were too muchy and the quality of their baguettes was below average for French standards.  The hotel is close to one of the beaches, with a road between. Be adviced that these beautiful beaches are only there from about 2,5 hours past high tide, so take this into account. There are nearly no facilities at the beach (beds, screens), as it floods twice a day.  Staf was friendly and helpful. Hotel parking is fine, but a bit expensive.

As regular retuning guests we continue to enjoy the total hotel experience. It is very pleasing that the high standards continue to be maintained and improved.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand und nur 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt. Die Tiefgarage ist schön groß und das Aufladen der Elektroautos kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und das Badezimmer ausreichend groß und modern. Das freundliche Hotelteam hat uns sehr mit guten Restauranttipps geholfen. Dort würden wir jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Belle hôtel dans son ensemble, un point particulier pour le bar, les cocktails sont originaux et très savoureux . Le côté piscine/ SPA est très agréable et calme.

Nous sommes tombés la semaine de la canicule (30°C!). Notre chambre qui devait être climatisée (on est dans un 4 étoiles!) celle-ci, malheureusement ne fonctionnait pas et malgré nos demandes à la réception, personne ne s'est déplacé et les réponses apportées n'étaient pas digne de ce type d'établissement, c'est vraiment inacceptable .

Son confort et son emplacement

A well appointed hotel a few steps from the beach in Saint Malo. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage, great bathroom, coffee machine and view across the sand. Reception staff were efficient and helpful, we were made to tell welcome each time we entered the hotel. The cleaning staff were polite and did an exceptional job maintaining the highest standards. Would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Saint Malo and would definitely return when next in the area.

Pas vraiment une critique mais des suggestion faire un d'accueil pour le chien avec gamelles , sac à crottes et petit coussin et pour le petit déjeuner du lin et du son d'avoine.

My husband and I spent a couple of nights here during a recent trip to France. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the historical old town and across the street from the beach. We had a small balcony that had a nice ocean view. The hotel has an underground parking deck that can be reserved when you make the booking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

An excellent location by the beach and at the same time within walking distance of the old town. Convenient underground parking, a tasty dinner, and a good breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms with a sea view. The hotel is clearly geared toward French guests (the lady at the reception proudly declared that she did not speak a word of English), but overall it is a good place for a short stay in Saint-Malo.

Location was great, room size was also great, and the view terrific!

Toiletries were lacking, no lotions at all, and no wash cloth for bathing. Also, the toilet room is so small you can barely close the door and be in the room at the same time.

Malheureusement pour nous les enfants n'ont pas leur place dans le spa de hôtel . Entre nage , bruits ,cheveux dans l' eau ,l'hygiène n'est parfois pas au rendez-vous ainsi que la tranquillité qui est le principe même d'un spa .
