Gostei de tudo mas há coisas a melhorar , estava escrito que haveria chinelos mas não os encontrei , na casa de banho podia estar mais limpa secador de cabelo estava com muita sujeira eu até limpei um pouco .

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Katastrophe. Ich wende mich direkt an den Hoteleigentümer. Die Reservierung wurde nicht eingehalten (!) und ich wurde in eine miserables Einzelzimmer abgeschoben mit direkter Sicht auf das Bahngeleise, obwohl ich ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbenutzung mit mehr als CHF 200.00 pro Nacht bezahlt habe (was auch nicht der Internetbuchung entsprochen hat). Absolute Frechheit, und ich werde dies auf allen Plattformen publik machen. Der Hoteldirektor hat alles auf Booking abgeschoben.... Ich hätte dort meinen Vertrag abgeschlossen, was nicht stimmt.

Měl jsem okno směrem k nádraží, Některé vlaky byly slyšet, ale je to úděl za lokalitu. Snídaně byly slabší.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Balkon war gemütlich und man konnte Abends gut draussen sitzen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren top.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr desinteressiert. Mir wurde die Zimmerkarte in die Finger gedrückt und gesagt, Frühstück ist von … bis … Weitere Infos zb wo der Lift ist, in welchem Stock mein Zimmer ist, Infos über W-Lan etc waren Fehlanzeige. Als ich am Morgen aus dem Lift kam und den Personen hinter der Rezeption einen guten Morgen gewünscht habe, kam keinerlei Reaktion. Vielleicht sollten sie sich überlegen, ob sie im richtigen Job sind.

Uzwil is very quiet. That was not a problem and the town is very clean and peaceful.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025Being the first time at the hotel I was curious how this 4* Hotel might be. The first impression – very friendly and helpful. I’d booked a classic room and was more than happy that the AC was running – we had high temperatures outside… The hotel is situated right at the train station but thanks to the very good, isolated window I haven’t heard any noises from the trains. Complimentary mineral water and a Mini Bar with a small selection of soft drinks and beer I’ve appreciated the “grab and go” offer in the Reception area – fresh fruits and a Coffee machine for coffee and tea. The Breakfast Buffet was a bit disappointing I’ve expected more than a basic Continental. Fried eggs, lightly burned, no bacon, no sausages, no offer to prepare bacon or sausages – out of my view this should be mentioned. Boiled eggs – were lukewarm, but OK. I liked the fresh bread. The selection of cheese and cold cuts was fine as well as the smoked salmon. All in all this is a good place to stay and explore the region
