Reviewed May 9, 2026Nice shared kitchen and great outdoor seating area that’s not immediately obvious but very pleasant. We enjoyed sitting out and eating dinner which we brought from the nearby Lidl. Room was very clean. The man who helped us in the evening was super nice, helpful and accommodating.
Very small bathroom and no hot water in the morning (there was plenty in the evening). When other guests arrive at night they sound quite loud.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas y se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones. Nuestra habitación estaba encima de recepción y se escuchaba todo.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025O quarto é simples, mas confortável e limpo, com uma cama muito agradável. Ouvimos algum barulho de outros hóspedes no corredor, mas fora isso, a experiência foi boa. A funcionária da receção foi prestável e indicou-nos um bom local para almoçar, bem perto do hotel. O estacionamento é disponível dentro do hotel, e também é fácil encontrar vaga nas imediações.
A experiência geral foi boa, mas houve um ponto que me deixou um pouco insatisfeita. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, e minha filha de 5 anos precisou ir de última hora, não estando prevista na reserva original. Fiquei um pouco surpresa com a cobrança de 20€ adicionais por ela ter dormido comigo. Embora eu compreenda que o hotel possa ter políticas específicas para o número de hóspedes, achei o valor um pouco alto, considerando que ela não utilizou cama extra, literalmente apenas dormiu e tomou um banho, e o custo da minha estadia já havia sido de quase 90€. Sugiro que a política de custos adicionais para crianças pequenas em situações de última hora, sem uso de recursos extras (como cama ou café da manhã), possa ser revista ou aplicada de forma mais flexível.

Absolument pas de petits déjeuners disponibles (contrairement à certains commentaires) Pâtisserie, et café très populaire à quelques dizaines de mètres sur le même trottoir. Parking dans l'enceinte de l'établissement. Supérettes et restaurants à profusion coté mer. Praia do Titan (immense plage avec écoles de surf au bout de la rue). Promenade du bord de mer belle et revigorante. Métro et bus, pour rallier le centre de PORTO proches.

Il nostri gruppo, molto numeroso, ha dormito in questo albergo durante il cammino di Santiago. Avevamo inviato in largo anticipo tutti i documenti e gli abbinamenti delle camere per velocizzare i check in dovendo arrivare stanchi e a gruppetti. Purtroppo, senza essere stati informati, il formato di invio dei documenti non era accettato e quindi abbiamo perso tanto tempo per il check in con un po di confusione per rispettare gli abbinamenti richiesti. Le stanze, nonostante la recente ristrutturazione, avevano qualche difetto, come ad esempio alcune porte del bagno che non chiudevano perfettamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto

Il servizio di reception non ha perfettamente funzionato. Essendo il nostro un gruppo numeroso in cammino verso Santiago, avevamo inviato preventivamente copia dei documenti e combinazione delle camere prenotate. Purtroppo, senza averci avvertiti prima, al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la scannerizazione dei documenti non era nel formato gradito e quindi abbiamo dovuto perdere tanto tempo per il check in. Rapporto qualità/prezzo alto

Eravamo un gruppo numeroso sul cammino di Santiago. Avevo inviato in anticipo tutte copie dei documenti e l'abbinamento delle camere per accelerare i check in. Purtroppo all'arrivo delle persone abbiamo scoperto che il formato dei documenti non andava bene e abbiamo dovuto fare il check in uno alla volta. Bastava segnalarmi in tempo il problema.. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato ma purtroppo i prezzi di Matosinhos risultano molto alti.. Porte del bagno che non sempre si chiudevano bene

Il nostro gruppo di pellegrini, essendo molto numeroso, aveva mandato in anticipo via email la copia dei documenti e la composizione delle camere per evitare ritardi e lungaggini nel check in. All'arrivo invece abbiamo dovuto fare, uno per uno, il check in in quanto lo scanner dei documenti non erano nel formato gradito senza tuttavia comunicarlo in anticipo
