Cuando llegamos al hotel por la noche el staff nos dijo que habían tenido un problema con la habitación y que nos habían reubicado en otro, que estaba justo al lado pero no era el que habíamos reservado. Nos podían haber consultado antes, no en el momento del checkin ya de madrugada.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Staff were wonderful, greeted us and walked us to our room. Morning staff helped with a good breakfast and calling a cab for us. The location is great for walking to restaurants and sights, and our room balcony faced out with a street view. AC worked wonderfully which was a great relief during the heatwave. Also, this was the only place we stayed in Italy out of 6 cities that had the AC on before we arrived so that the room was already cooled.
The room was very small, smaller than expected for the price as compared to even Rome. The bathroom needs repairs and/or updating. There was rust on fixtures and they were quite dated, but everything did work.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The location was very convenient and we were provided with parking for a small fee. There was no lift, but fortunately we were on the first floor. The staff was able to provide us with items which were initially not in the room (i.e. toilet paper and drinkable water) and while the facilities were not modern, everything was fine for our overnight visit. We were also able to store our luggage even after checkout which was also convenient. I would certainly recommend to friends visiting Brindisi.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Hotel je na super lokaciji, v starem mestnem jedru in v bližini trajektne luke. Imajo lastniško parkirno garažo za doplačilo 10 evrov. Zajtrk je zelo dober in stane 5 evrov. Brindisi je čudovito mesto.
Edina stvar, katera me je zmotila, da čistilka ni pospravila balkona, ostali so cigaretni ogorki prejšnjega gosta.

Kamers waren klein, oud (maar schoon) vloerbedekking was beschadigd. douche vloer was spekglad. Warm water duurde echt minuten.

Very few facilities within the hotel. Cost €20 to park the car at 11pm at night and had to move it by 9am even though the room checkout was later. It meant we couldn’t spend time in Brindisi

La habitacion era justa de tamaño y necesita renovacion en el baño. No tiene ascensor, pero desde recepcion ayudan para subir las maletas.

Empezando por el tema del estacionamiento, el cual es privado pero resulta que pagas €20 (supuestamente, no sabemos bien porque la de la recepción le pregunto al del parking cuanto cobrarnos, al parecer no hay un precio fijo, raro). Mas allá de que no cuenta con ascensor y está aclarado, ni por casualidad te dan una mano a subir y/o bajar el equipaje. El desayuno dejo mucho que desear, una barra enorme semi vacía y lo que tiene esta repetido de los dos lados, realmente muy precario el desayuno, ya desde el vamos que es lo mas importante y le baja todos los puntos. La habitación no esta mal, lastima la llave q es una mancuerna y la ducha que esta rota te inunda toda la habitación (usamos 2 toallas para tapar el huequito). Y cuando nos fuimos ni se preocuparon tampoco por ayudarnos con las valijas, era más importante recuperar la llave que no veo porque uno se la llevaría pero bueno. NO recomiendo para nada bajo ningún punto de vista este alojamiento, saludos!

The rooms were clean but in need of repair.The door handle came off, the curtains wouldn't open and didn't keep the light out at night.The shower leaked and part of the step to the shower was broken.

Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Et il n’est pas possible d’avoir du chocolat au petit déjeuner.

Tvål mm. saknades. Det fanns inget vatten på rummet. Svårt med parkering på gatan men det fanns privat avgiftsbelagt P-garage.

J’ai payé un surclassement de 33 e pour une vue, un balcon et tv , la vue n’y était pas! Mais ils ont mis un jacuzzi! Surclassement trop cher à mon goût pour ce petit balcon avec vu sur le béton! Une gestion de parking se fait par un privé… super car difficile à se garer si près de l’hôtel mais qui a augmenté le prix par rapport au prix annoncé et selon la grosseur de voiture!!! Notre voiture de location n’a pas pris plus de place qu’une autre!

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is just renovated so everything looks fresh and clean. Our room was very spacious, but well a bit spartan regarding closets. The bed were comfortable. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet including local food. The hotel itself is quite near to the trainstation, local bus routes and just 1 min away from the local commercial main street passing the center. Cafes and restaurants are also very nearby. We travelled as a family group of eight people and the hotel handle it very well during check in or in organising transportation
It's not a complain just an advise. As the hotel is situated in a old building there is no lift. If you have problems to climb stairs ask for a room downstairs

The receptionist didn't want to call mainainence out as it was 9pm and I wasn't happy to stayvin there as I wasn't able to open it from the inside. She was very good about it.
The room was overall in need of an update, especially the bathroom was in need of renovation. The toilet seat was faulty and the shower area needed updating too.

Two days before my arrival I was advised that due to small misunderstanding I'll be staying next door to Torino hotel, in a hotel Barsotti I was told I have to come to Torino and pay my fee but then go to the other hotel (across the square) . As you can imagine I wasn't very impressed. Next time I will book with Hotel Barsotti which although was very basic but comfortable and clean room/bathroom.
