Me gustó que está hubicado en el centro de la ciudad y tenía todo cerca desde tiendas, súper mercado, restaurante, playa. En verdad nos gustó mucho a mí y a mis niños. También nos gustó la vistas que tenía al puerto se veía muy bonita 🤩

No puedo decir que no me haya gustado algo la pasamos muy bien

The St John location is good for restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious.

The “white” towels are grey, as is the bed cover: something as simple as bleach would really help. The location can be very noisy; there was a loudspeaker festival until about 7pm. At 9 pm, evening roadworks started. The in-room kettle is appreciated, but the cord does not reach the outlet. One can make tea on the floor, or in the bathroom. The breakfast staff is lovely, but everything was 30 minutes late and the eggs tasted questionable (both boiled and scrambled). A new policy is to give guests music-festival-style wristbands - so they can ensure only guests enter. However, these bands mark guests as tourists and reveal where they are staying ; this seems a bit dangerous. Further, they are uncomfortable to wear and shower in. Heritage: please stop wasting money on branding your guests and buy some bleach instead.

The location was amazing, it was right in the heart of town where you would be able to walk around and get your goodies like clothes, restaurants, food etc. The staff on the property is amazing as well and very very very helpful ! The breakfast there is to die for ! It was delicious must try again. In the breakfast area also has a nice ocean view.

Great location in town close to the cruise terminal. We stayed for carnival and the parade past the back of building. Plenty restaurants in the area. And the staff was so nice! I would definitely come back!

I stayed at Heritage for one night during Carnival week. The hotel was quaint with lots of duty free shops close by. We could not have asked for a better location. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, they made us feel at home! The breakfast was nice and adequate. Aside from a minor plumbing issue and the small bathroom, we enjoyed our stay. See would stay here again.

The bathroom was small and there was a toilet leak. The staff advised they would address the leak.

The breakfast were real nice for the days I dined in. Housekeeping were on their A - game daily, keeping the room clean and tidy everyday.

Having to alert front desk clerk to buzz you in. My suggestion is allow the room key to buzz yourself into the building.

Some of the items needs replacing as they were rusting. The shower looked like it had mold in it.

Permanent rotting body fluids smell in the bathroom, things are clean but old and greyed. The hotel needs a proper refreshment of Paints, plasters and electrical systems(visually).

It is central and allows for easy access to food, transport and general business including shopping. The cruise terminal is right outside the hotel as well. The breakfast was the absolute best however and the staff really helpful.

It is extremely dated. The furnishing and bed linens etc simply needs to be thrown away. While the staff ensures all is clean the hotel needs investment to replace furnishing that has long since served their purpose.

Nice room with a balcony and a sea view. Lift (elevator). Check in was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done every day to a very high standard. Microwave in reception useful on Sundays when most places closed. Right next to cruise ship port so nearby restaurants a little expensive but good quality. Places to eat inland more local with local prices. Breakfast served. Breakfast staff friendly and food good. Bus station and fruit market a ten minute walk away.

Breakfast required a form to filled in the day before stating the time slot and selection of what to have (scrambled, omelette, fried, etc, toast, pancakes, etc). That became a bore after a week.

One (1) issue, the flap for the toilet needs sorting out....I usually have the same issue from time to time at my home, as they are not manufactured to last a long these days..... Water wastage bothers me tremendously......

Arriving in the dark the hotel proved difficult to find. And the area was a little daunting

The staff tried but no one has spent any money on the place for many many years, I think most of the places on that side of Antigua are similar. It was OK, I was not stressed but I would never take my wife there.

There was always a hoon at 3am, tearing up and down the streets, and the place need a lot of love, it;s tired and very dilapidated, Great eateries close, very casual, glorified cafe's is probably a better term. I sleep very well, even with the 3am wake up call each night, but it need a shot in the arm.

The remote staff communicated about how to enter since no one was there

Had requested a balcony room. Instead assigned a tiny cave. Unacceptable. A dump. Went elsewhere.

The hotel is very old and the facilities reflect that. Location may not be ideal for families with kids as there are night clubs near the hotel which play loud music. Cars and bikes exhaust also being loud on the road didn't help. It served us for a night but I struggled to sleep.

For the price I was expecting a lot more. The breakfast wasn’t good, the rooms are old and could do with a refresh. We lost wifi for hours too. I wouldn’t return

Staffs quality. I requested a taxi from the hotel to the airport but it picked me up 15 minutes late without any notice. I requested a taxi to the hotel via Booking app but they didn't reply for a long time and I needed to directly asked the front desk. There is no lace curtain. No dryers.

Hyvä aamiainen hyvällä palvelulla. Henkiökunta järjesti myös taksimatkat kätevästi. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja ilmastoidut, oma parveke. Kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja runsaasti lähistöllä. Oikein hyvä yöpymispaikka StJohnsissa.

Petit déjeuner absolument squelettique. Pas le moindre beurre ou confiture pour aller avec le pain. La rue en dessous de l'hôtel est occupée par des bandes sonores (je n'oserai pas appeler cela de la musique...) à un volume inacceptable, ce qui empêche tout repos. Le site booking mentionne un restaurant qui n'existe pas (uniqement petit déj, squelettique -- voir ci-dessus). A 150 USD la nuit, on pourrait espérer mieux...

The breakfast was very good. Dining staff was excellent. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, close to everything.

The wifi was weak at times and didn't work on one occasion

I made the booking and received 3 confirmatory emails yet when I arrived with a booking reference number I was told they were not expecting me and had no rooms. The supervisor checked on the system and said yes with the reference number they could see the booking but no room was assigned. I'm still waiting for the promised feedback on how this could happen. No communication to date.

TOWELS NEEDS MOORE BLEACHING, ROOM NEEDS MICROWAVE AND A PROPER REFRIGERATOR, BREAKFAST SHOULD BE BUFFET STYLE INSTEAD OF HAVING YOU TO FILL OUT A BREAKFAST REQUEST FORM AND SUBMIT IT THE NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST EVERY NIGHT. THIS THIS IS VERY STRESSFUL WHEN YOU WANT TO RELAX ON VACATION

The Heritage is right downtown with easy access to food and shopping. The facility is older but the rooms are large and clean.

Hotel was dated. No upgrades - bathroom plumbing leaves much to be desired. Balcony furniture miss-matched. Under the initial booking breakfast was included however we were charged. Not a property I’d expect to see on Hotels.com

I stay at Heritage Hotel because of the shops, the market and restaurants that are in easy walking distance to the hotel.

Due to the pre carnival's celebrations the music was that loud that I could not sleep
