Reviewed Sep 18, 2026위치가 일단 좋았고 인덕원역에서 도보로 왔다갔다할수 있다는 점이 제일 메리트가 있는 것 같았음. 침구도 편안하고 하루이틀 출장으로 묵기에 좋다! 주차도 일일이 발렛을 해주셔서 편했음.
잘 때 문 같은 걸 밀어서 창문을 가려야 하는데 틈이 안 맞아서 빛이 새어들어왔음. 그냥 커튼이 있는 게 나을 것 같다...

Reviewed May 4, 2026조식은 메뉴가 다양했고 신선한 재료들로 만들어져서 따뜻하게 잘 먹었습니다. 룸 컨디션도 훌륭했고 1박 이용 후 침대 정리와 타올 셋팅을 새로 해주셔서 깔끔하게 잘 이용했습니다. 국중박이 메인인 여행이었는데 날짜가 촉박해 서울안에 숙소가 마감된 곳이 많아 제일 교통편이 좋은 안양으로 선택한건데 주변에 맛집들도 많아서 즐거운 여행이었습니다.
4명이라 함께 묵을 수는 없어서 2명씩 2개를 잡았는데 아무래도 너무 늦게 연락을 드린 탓이겠지만 같은 층에 머물지 못해 살짝 아쉬웠습니다만 뭐...이 부분은 이용자의 문제여서 아쉽다고 했지만 사실 호텔측의 문제는 아니였습니다.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025Urban Boutique Hotel is perfectly fine for a business trip to Anyang. The breakfast, which I paid separate for, has several options of food and drinks and is reasonably priced.
This is my third time at Urban Boutique Hotel. - I was confused about the check in/check out machine, which I was told to use. When checking in, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate to settle the breakfast. When checking out, I used the machine and had to go back to a hotel associate for an invoice. Perhaps the machine helps at busy times, otherwise I don't see the point. - For some reason, I was unable to adjust the air conditioning this time. When I set the temperature to 20C, the HVAC would blast hot air, and when I set the temperature to 19C, it would bring the room temperature down to 16C and I was forced to turn it off. A trip to the front desk didn't help. Maybe I got lost in translation here. - A small detail, but the current room phone has a display that is too bright for my liking at night. The brightness was already adjusted to the minimum.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2025들어가자마자 담배 냄새가 많이났습니다. 또 침대에는 긴 머리카락이 두 가닥 있더군요. 제가 알아서 환기하고 청소해야 했어요. 게다가 도로변이라 정말 시끄럽습니다. 차는 녹차 2티백 밖에 없어요. 2층에 커피 라운지가 있다고는 하는데, 아침에 이용하러 갔다가 조식 먹는 사람만 마실 수 있다고 얘기 들었습니다. 그러면은 기본적으로 커피 티백도 룸에 비치해야 되는 것이 아닌가요? 그래도 삼성급 호텔이라고 하는데 서비스가 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 다시는 이용 안 할 것 같아요.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2024방은 넓은데 화장실은 욕조도 없고 1개의 문으로 화장실과 샤워실을 여닫는 형태로서 불편하였습니다. 침대의 쿠션은 양호하였으며 주차장은 기계식 주차장으로 관리원이 대신 주차하여 주었습니다. 인테리어는 연식이 오래되어 리모델링이 필요한 시점이 도래하였습니다.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024주차직원 굉장히 불쾌했다. 본인이 자리비워놓고 프런트에 말하지 그랬냐며 오히려 손님에게 화내고 차도 마음대로 들어와 빼버림 그러나 월욜아침. 조식담당쉐프때문에 다 풀어짐 너무 친절하고 조식종류나 퀄리티 청결도 만족 . 아이가 많이 먹지못해 컵라면 한개 챙기려고 하니 주방에서 일회용 젓가락까지 챙겨주심 ~조식 강추드립니다.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2024This hotel is very easy to get to and the staff was very helpful. The area has plenty of places to eat, easy access to Seoul (30 minutes by subway to Seoul Station), and there was a lovely path near the hotel that had pedestrian paths and bicycle paths.

Reviewed May 25, 2023The property is conveniently situated on the main street, yet remarkably, the noise from the surrounding traffic is surprisingly minimal. Moreover, the hotel benefits from a vibrant location, particularly noticeable during the evening hours. A brief stroll a few blocks away leads to a central hub, bustling with a multitude of restaurants and convenience stores. Regrettably, the rooms themselves are inadequately illuminated, predominantly adorned in dark shades, and exhibit outdated decor. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the malfunctioning toilet and ceiling shower in my room, despite bringing the matter to the attention of the hotel staff, who unfortunately failed to resolve the problem. Regarding the breakfast offerings, a fusion of Western and Korean cuisine is presented. However, it is worth noting that the Korean food selection appeared to consist of leftovers from the previous night's dinner service. All in all, the overall experience at this hotel can be described as mediocre, at best. Fortunately, as I was occupied with business activities throughout most of the day, the drawbacks were somewhat mitigated. When considering whether to recommend this establishment, it ultimately depends on the price point and individual preferences.
