המיקום והנוף מהחדר, ארוחות בוקר וערב ברמה גבוהה מאוד עם מבחר גדול וטעים. הצוות מקצועי ואדיב, המרחצאות והספא הסמוכים.

חלק מהדברים בתהליך הצ׳ק אין לא היו ברורים בנוגע לחנייה שלנו, גילינו שזה לא כלול בתשלום רק ביציאה. גם השתייה לא כלולה בארוחת ערב ומשולמת בנפרד.

החדר היה יפה

שמשלמים על כל דבר אלמנטרי שמלון צריך לספק במיוחד במחיר של 700 יורו ללילה לזוא , למשל משלמים על חניה, על מים מהברז וכו מאכזב מאוד כל ההליכה הזו לספא הכל מבולגן וצריך ללכת לכל מקום מרחקים ארןכים ולרשת ולעלות במדרגות .

Vriendelijk ontvangen, konden al vroeg in onze kamer wat heel fijn was voordat we gebruik gingen maken van alle facaliteiten. Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding van het eten goed. Personeel neemt de tijd om het uit te leggen en een persoonlijk praatje. De kamer was groot en erg comfortabel. Douchen in bad werd gecompenseerd door het fantastische uitzicht wat we hadden.

Temperatuur op de kamer was niet te regelen, erg warm. Waardoor we met open balkon zijn gaan slapen hierdoor vroeger wakker dan we hoopte.

Food was Very poor. Low quality of ingredients. Children and ill guests all touching serving implements and bowls etc. hygiene extremely poor with staff uniforms shabby and unclean.

Almost everything There was mould on some walls in our room and there was an overwhelming smell Of damp throughout the hotel. It seemed to have permeated the general areas, carpets and furniture.

מלון מפנק, נוף מהמם, שירות אדיב, ספא מושלם. שידרגו אותנו חדר מבלי שנבקש, המיני - בר בחדר מלא בשתייה ללא חיוב נוסף, ארוחות בוקר וערב מצויינות.

דברים קטנים ושוליים: המיזוג עובד רק על אוורור, השתייה כולל מים וסודה בארוחת הערב בחיוב תשלום, חוייבנו פעמיים על המס העירוני, אפילו ששילמנו דרך ההזמנה בבוקינג - במלון טענו שהם חייבים לציין את השורה של המס העירוני בקבלה וחייבו אותנו שוב.

Excellent place, bucket list destination for me and it did not disappoint. Hotel and Spa were excellent and the buffet style dinner/breakfast was superb. Will 100% be returning and would highly recommend.

The overall stay was clouded by an unpleasant breakfast staff. Few examples- Although we were moved 3 different tables throughout our stay, when asked about being seated near a window were told we have assigned table and no flexibility about that. Then accused we didn't sign the water bill, when she discovered we actually did. There was no cordial spology. Overall the eating experience as result of these attitudes...was not pleasant. The aqua dim water park can be visited as guest...which is what we recommend.

O locatie unica din punct de vedere al arhitecturii, gandita pentru a crea trairi speciale, in combinatia cu ape naturale si munti spectaculosi. Pe pamant, sub pamant, in aer, corespondenta perfecta intre sectiunile cladirilor si functionalitatea lor. camere excelent dotate, cu vedere de exceptie. O multitudine de servicii si instalatii de spa, conditii foarte bune (spa si piscine). Personal de exceptie, foarte bine antrenat, prompt, prezent, amabil, discret, toti vorbind foarte bine engleza. Lucrurile se intampla mereu in favoarea clientului. Mic dejun si cine bufet, extrem de bogate in optiuni culinare, din ingrediente mereu de super-calitate. Bucatari excelenti. La 3 minute pe jos e Langenfeld, un orasel superb, stil traditional austriac foarte "chic", cu o biserica superba, dar si cu magazine moderne.

C’é da distinguere tra spa e ristorante o la struttura in generale a mio parere. Infatti, il ristorante, i camerieri e le receptionist sono state tutti gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Inoltre il menù del ristorante è davvero ottimo con colazione e cena a buffet di alta qualità e abbondanti. Inoltre la posizione è ottima, vicino ai principali sentieri da percorrere in bici. Anche il letto l’ho trovato comodissimo.

La spa più che rilassante la definirei un lager. Personale scontroso e intrattabile, riprende per qualsiasi cosa gli ospiti. Io sono stata ripresa due volte, una volta perché stavo nuotando nella piscina con il costume in un’area dove si può anche stare senza costume (che va benissimo, ma non si può obbligare chi ha il costume a toglierlo per forza!!!) e la seconda volta perché stavo guardando il telefono ed è proibito. Insomma però si può capire che in una spa che dovrebbe essere un luogo rilassante avere addetti che riprendono continuamente gli ospiti non è quello che uno si aspetta, infatti il giorno dopo potevamo decidere se restare facendo un altro giorno alla spa o andare via e siamo andati via. In generale, nella struttura vigono eccessive e ferree regole: il dress code del ristorante che deve essere elegante, la spa con regole ad ogni metro e ad esempio anche il terrazzo su cui non si può stare a piedi scalzi ma solo con le scarpe 😭😱. Inoltre, nella spa anche nelle sale dove dovrebbe esserci silenzio per rilassarsi, si sente la musica a tutto volume delle attività esterne. Per essere una struttura dove ci si dovrebbe rilassare è davvero tutto troppo rigido, noi non ci siamo rilassati per niente!

The hotel is amazing. Location is beautiful in the valley. The hotel is very cozy with amazing pools and spa. The spa allows kids only between 10-12 and even then not in every part of it. The views are stunning. Dinner and breakfast had lots of choice. Staff is friendly. The hotel also provides some items like walking boots, spikes etc. you can also rent a bike here. Overall very pleasant stay.

מלון שמציע כזה שפע ומדינה שבה ניתן לשתות מים מהברזים לוקחים מחיר מופקע לא חצי ליטר מים בארוחת ערב, בארוחת בוקר המים חינם.

Service in restaurant very friendly, but sometimes a bit slow ... in particular first cup of coffee in the morning or water at dinner table.

סבלנו מחום בלתי נסבל בחדר ובזבזנונזמן רב בשיחות עם הקבלה עד שהואילו לשלוח לנו מאוורר רצו להחליף לנו לחדר בקטגוריה נמוכה משלנו ולא הסכימו . מהביש למלון ברמה הזאת שילמנו כ550יורו ללילה ונחלנו אכזבה.יצאנו בטעם רע מהמלון

Prachtige kamer met een sprookjesachtig uitzicht. Medewerkers die maar één doel hebben de gasten een top ervaring geven. Eten is heerlijk en de rooftop voorzieningen voor hotelgasten zijn geweldig. Een absolute aanrader.

На мой взгляд, это лучшее что можно можно получить от летнего отпуска в Альпах. Совершенно невероятно, как отель смог обеспечить услуги на уровне "бутик отель". Питание соответствует лучшим стандартам бутик отелей, очень качественно и изящно. В этом отеле вы не найдете "Аля Турция", безупречное качество и подача блюд. Несмотря на большое количество гостей, отель способен обеспечить ощущение индивидуальности для каждого гостя.

Нам все понравилось. Это лучший вариант в Альпах.

קודם כל בקיץ ישנם ימים חמים מאוד כשהיינו היו 32 מעלות ואין מזגן פתחנו את הדלת של המרפסת ויש ריח של פרות ,לעירוניים שבינינו שלא רגילים לריחות הללו היה קצת קשוח . ישנו בסוויטה גוניור קומה ראשונה .היה ערב ברביקיו וכל העשן נכנס לנו לחדר . הערתי על זה בקבלה אבל קיבלו את זה באדישות . בקיץ האזור של הבריכה שורץ זבובים ודבורים שעקצו אותנו כשעשינו צק אאוט שיתפתי את פקידת קבלה והיא היתה ממש אדישה לא נחמדה מתנשאת ואפילי לא הרימה עיניים אלינו. מקווה שזה לא בגלל שאנחנו ישראלים . לא הייתי אומרת שזה שווה את הכסף

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

BashDuring dinner a lot of flies when we contacted the staff they told us there was nothing to do and in addition the balcony of the room was full of wood chips and dangerous.

I liked the outdor pools especialy the salty water pool, should this be larger because it was craudy, and the landscape first of all.

קודם כל היחס של העובדים מאוד משפיל לאנשים שהם לא אירופאים גזענות מהדרגה הראשונה לנשים עם כיסוי ראש הזבובים בכל מקום גם בחדר האוכל ועל האוכל אין מספיק כוח אדם אתם מרגישים לבד בספא בחדר האוכל בכל מקום המקום מאוד ענק אין מגבות ליד הבריכות אין אנשים שיספירו מאיפה הדרך הנכונה לכל מקום הבריכות היו מאוד קרות ויש לכלוך בתוך הבריכות בחדר האוכל היה מלצר בשם pitter שהיה לו ריח מאוד דוחה של זיעה שהוא מתנהג ממש ממש בגזענות במיוחד כלפי נשים עם כיסוי ראש שהתלוננו עליו ועל הגישה המסריחה שלו המנהל לא התייחס אפילו בהתחלה לא רצה להתנצל הייתי אמור לחגוג יום הולדת שם וציינתי את זה הבטיחו עוגה ולא היה שום התייחסות לא אחזור לשם בחיים ולא ממליץ לאף אחד להתקרב במיוחד מוסלמים אין מבחר בחדר האוכל אין התייחסות בכלל של המנהל כלפי ההתנהגות המשפילה של העובדים

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hat eine tolle Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist gross und sehr modern. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Návštěva v Agua dómu byla skvělým zážitkem. Všechno bylo čisté, moderní a velmi dobře udržované. Příjemná atmosféra byla ideální jak pro relaxaci, tak pro klidný odpočinek. Jídlo bylo výborné – čerstvé, chutné a perfektně připravené. Prostředí wellness zón bylo klidné a velmi pohodlné, člověk si tam opravdu skvěle odpočine. Děti si to tam maximálně užily a celá rodina byla nadšená. Na recepci jsme navíc dostali milý dárek, což celkový dojem ještě více zpříjemnilo. Celkově hodnotíme 10/10, určitě se rádi vrátíme.🫶

Amazing surrounding, excellent saunas and thermal pools, very comfortable rooms with comfy bed

The beautiful pools were definitely the highlight of our stay and the perfect way to unwind after our daily trips. The food was good, and the view from our room was amazing. While some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated, the pool experience more than made up for it. Our daughter had a fantastic time.

A solo scopo di miglioramento segnalo che il personale al check in deve parlare un inglese comprensibile. L'inglese parlato dal personale che mi ha accolto era incomprensibile.

Toller Thermalbereich und sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr sauberes und grosses Zimmer.

Der angeschriebene Dresscode für das Restaurant war für uns nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Vor allem, wenn dann am Einlass nicht darauf geachtet wurde. Getränke beim Abendessen müssen trotz Halbpension noch extra bezahlt werden. Generell ist das Preis Niveau sehr hoch. Für das Parken fallen ebenfalls noch Gebühren an.

חסר מיזוג אוויר בחדרים. מזג האוויר בגובה זה (כ 1000 מטר) לרוב נעים, אך בימים חמים זה לא מספיק. ארוחת הערב מעולה, אך חבל שעל מים רגילים מהברז גובים תשלום. הכל בשפע ועל מים משלמים? לא הגיוני.

לא היה זרם מים באמבטיה. כשניקו את החדר לא הביאו עוד נייר טואלט. הספא היה עמוס באורחים חד יומיים.

נהנו מאוד בבריכות המיוחדות וכן בכל מתקני הספא. הנוף מהחדר היה מדהים.

Room comes with great view. Dinner and breakfast including in price with SPA service. I even took hiking tours with local guide Patricia was her name and she was knowledgeable, sincere and fun! It would be perfect to explore the local landscape and nature while you are there. Lovely local restaurant we stopped for break was up in the mountain. Local milk and bread dessert was must to try. Delicious! Then I came back in the afternoon enjoy SPA until dinner time. Sauna session they provided was relaxing and nice aroma therapy done by instructor( I forgot his name ) was also great! Mounir was my server and he was exceptional. He made people laugh each table he goes. His commitment for his job need to be recognized. And so as Rafael the master of omelette in breakfast. He makes people’s day start right with positive energy with humor I saw many children faces brighter instantly by him. Amazing! What else I need to tell you? LOL

The breakfast and dinner included in the stay were of very good quality. Nice that the facility has parking.

Is nothing fancy. I def would not recommend to go out of your way to get here, unless is during the proper winter time to get the view of the snowy alps. Many areas were closed.

Das Alle Spa-Bereiche Textilfrei sind fanden wir unangenehm. Häufig bemerkte meine Freundin Blicke von älteren Männern, welche sie sehr unangenehm fand und sich somit nicht entspannen konnte. Wir finden das generell Bereiche angeboten werden für Menschen die nicht Textilfrei herumlaufen möchten. Der Poolbereich war etwas überfüllt mit Menschen, jedoch denke ich, dass das mit dem Zeitpunkt unserer Reise zu tun hatte aufgrund von Feiertagen. Die Einrichtung der Gesamtanlage ist etwas verwirrlich und nicht gut gekennzeichnet. Mit der Zeit merkten wir uns die Wege einfach. Der Weg vom Zimmer zu den Anlagen dauert sehr lange.

Byla to naše již druhá návštěva ve vašem krásném hotelu a rádi se k vám opět vrátíme. Vše bylo dokonalé: pokoj, personál, snídaně i večeře, wellness a lokalita.
