Antes de alojarme pregunté si tenían aire acondicionado,cuando fui me dijeron que no todas y que la que yo había seleccionado no decía nada de aire y que esas eran más costosas y ni la aplicación ni el hotel tenían especificado eso. El desayuno se demoro como 2 horas

Si tienen la oportunidad de ir, evitarlo. Instalación en pésimo estado, desayuno muy pobre y demorado, aire sin control y ruido, puertas dañadas, por otro lado el pueblo es un basurero, playas llenas de basura, comercio desmedido,no hay por dónde caminar, transporte costoso para llegar y para salir una de las peores experiencias que he tenido, llegamos y ya nos queríamos ir.

1. La cama tenía como un chuzo dentro, o sea, el colchón, entonces no pudimos dormir cómodamente. 2. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno y cuando bajamos a desayunar se demoraron casi una hora para servirnos.

El personal estaba siempre como de mal genio, y el último día se estadía, nos trataron como si ya estorbaramos, incluso haciéndonos alusión a " a qué horas se piensan ir, esque necesitamos la habitación porque ya está vendida a otro huésped" Además con demora en desayuno, el cuál por sierto fue todos los días el mismo, deberían tener un menú con algunas diferentes, así sea huevo pero preparado diferente cada día, o diferente acompañamiento y demás. La atención debería ser la misma de inicio a final, no como si por ya ir de salida no importara la buena atención al cliente .

Reviewed Jan 2, 2024Esta bien que nos hospedamos en habitación económica pero el colchón de la cama doble en pésimas condiciones, el baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos, la cama es de madera comida por comején, no suministraron toallas. La verdad muy regular tirando a malo.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2023La atención del personal muy buena, comodidad muy regular falta dotación en la habitaciones, el hotel está muy descuidado le falta mantenimiento, se ve deteriorado, en la publicidad muestran fotos del edificio y habitaciones muy diferente q atraen pero al llegar al hotel es otra cosa diferente, la playa buena frente al hotel, parqueadero en pésimo estado hay una pared para caerse encima de los carros, el edificio en si es bn pero lo están dejando acabar, los salva la buena atención del personal y la playa privada.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2019Place should not be open. The road in front of the hotel is not open. you actually need to walk thru the mud to get in. The place is at the end of the road. From the moment you get there every one says don't walk around here at night.. After 7pm. There are no taxis in the town only make shift rickshaw bikes. And they are at the other side of town in the park center. So unless you want to be locked in your room after 630pm. You have no choice but to walk. Each es are filthy. Plastic and trash everywhere. Even the water. Even though I was the only guest in a 50 room hotel service was non existence. Breakfast bad coffee egga any style you want as long as you want scrambled. Plain eggs a dry roll no fruit no juice. You probably could have eaten better in jail. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Only helpful people at the hotel were the late night guy and girl. The rest sat an watched TV.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2018It reminds me of an old Colonial style hotel, basic, but very pleasant to stay at, and the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. breakfasts were good, and the main attraction, was overlooking the beach. Very reasonable prices. The town itself is not considered safe at night, but we had absolutely no problems at all. I would return to the same hotel again.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2014The staff at Hotel Montecarlo was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are modest, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, some with refrigerators and some ocean front. The front side terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We will return !
