Super accueillant très souriant au petit soin pour nous c'est un grand Mr .nous le remercions pour son ospitalite. Pour le chef de cuisine . C'est très très bon . Сам номер небольшой и очень простой,как и ванная комната.Жемчужиной этого номера является балкон с видом на прекрасное озеро Комо.Мы останавливались там на 1 ночь ,больше бы я там не осталась.Завтрак понравился. Парковка есть.

Гостиница прямо над дорогой,поэтому машины мотоциклы было слышно постояно.Ресторан тоже прямо под балконом , было шумно до поздней ночи.

As a solo traveller I didnt feel welcome on their terrace. Staff made me move 3 times to a different table, so some couple could sit in my place. In the end they even took out a beer barrel and put a chair with it so I could sit there. Felt really uncomfortable. As I travel alone a lot I never experienced something like this before. The hotel is a walk uphill and as I didnt feel like walking all the way up again so went to the room very early. Very bad internet connection in the room. Being by car and with more people the place would be oke I guess, but definitely dont recommend this place for solo travellers.

Beautiful views and very comfortable beds

It is a very steep uphill climb to get to the property from the ferry terminal, the rooms are tiny with barely any space around the beds. Unfortunately the restaurant and bistro was closed so we had to go elsewhere for dinner.

Nesso est un bel endroit, la vue est sublime. l'hôtel est très bien tenu. Les prix sont corrects. Le restaurant est également très bien, la nourriture est bonne. Seul hic le stationnement mais c'est le problème tout autour du lac. Prendre son mal en patience et attendre qune place se libère pas trop loin. Je recommande cet établissement. Un jeune couple charmant et dynamique qui gère avec son équipe cet endroit idéal pour une étape d'une ou plusieurs nuits pour faire le tour du lac .

THE LOCATION and the wonderful breakfast! And of course, AIR CONDITIONING! We booked five rooms here and had no issues with any of them. I love the old fashioned keys to the rooms. Dennis blocked off a parking spot for us in that we had a large van and could fit no where else. Very helpful.

The desk is NOT manned 24 hours. The restaurant is not always open. There is no air conditioning in the breakfast area and it was very hot. There is no ability to buy water or sodas unless someone is there. Zero ability to check in early because literally no one is there until the moment check in starts.

Don’t have a lift but not a huge issue just that I had a big suitcase for the 3 of us that was a little heavy to take up 3 flights of stairs! Also the flies were annoying but I think that was to do with the heat and rain!

Ich war alleine auf einem Doppelzimmer und frag mich, wie man da zu zweit hätte reinpassen bzw. sich bewegen sollen. Am ersten Morgen war ich kurz nach 9 Uhr beim Frühstück und es war kaum noch was da. Auch am zweiten Tag, als ich nur kurz nach 9 Uhr durch den Raum lief, war das Buffet wieder fast schon leer. Schade, dass man die Gäste, nicht einmal fragt, ob man noch was haben möchte ohne das ganze Buffet auffüllen zu müssen. Personal war nicht immer zuvorkommend. Man musste nach dem Check Out wieder hoch um über den Seiteneingang rauszugehen. Dh. Treppen hoch und wieder runter.. anstatt man den Gästen die Tür unten aufmacht. Ich hatte nur ein Handgepäck aber auch die Gäste mit Koffer wurden hochgeschickt. Und das wird einem auch direkt vor einer Begrüßung gesagt.

No había personal del hotel a nuestra llegada. La entrada, el acceso de entrada a las habitaciones por el comedor del hotel. Y el baño , puertas e instalación eléctrica, como enchufes sueltos muy antiguas. Se notaba inseguridad puesto que la puerta de entrada se quedaba abierta cuando entraban los inquilinos.

The staff members were great and very helpful. The location was very centrale of Nesso. From there you can reach everything so easily. The food and the breakfast was also nice, so grazie Mile for the stay. We would definitely recommend this location. 🥂 Shout out to Elia for a great welcome and comfort stay.

Die Durchgangsstraße direkt vor dem Hotel ist am Wochenende stark befahren, mitunter ist es sehr laut, die Parkplatzsituation ist herausfordernd

Super miejscówka, jedzenie w obu restauracjach przepyszne, personel miły i zawsze pomocy nasz piesek również czuł sie tam komfortowo.

gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Bellagio unf Como, sowie nette Besitzer. Parken vor dem Haus war auch während des Aufenthaltes möglich. Gutes Frühstück, gute Auswahl, wenn auch unterschiedlich große Portionen. Umgänglicher, freundlicher Reinigungsservice. Schöner Sitzplatz mit Seeblick auf der Etage. Hat den Aufenthalt angenehmer gemacht und uns wegen des engen Zimmers etwas entschädigt.

Zimmer viel zu klein für 3 Personen. Kein Schrank und auch kein Schreibtisch vorhanden, obwohl bei der Ausstattung dabei sein sollte. Stattdessen gab es zwei schmale Holzstücke, was wohl eine Theke und ein Regal darstellen sollten, verbunden mit einem Baumstamm, an dem wir nichts aufhängen konnten. Kein Stuhl und auch kein Schreibtisch. Auch im Bad gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten (nur ein Hocker und das Bidet, das eigentlich für andere Zwecke gedacht ist), sowie ein kleines Stück Holz, auf dem kaum eine Kulturtasche passte. Gartenblick fehlte, dafür Blick auf die Seitenstraße und das Restaurant und umgekehrt direkt in unser Bad, wegen fehlender Jalousie, was die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt hat. Ständiger Verkehrslärm bei Tag und am Abend laute Gäste im Restaurant, die bis in die Nacht zu hörenwaren. Erholungsurlaub sieht anders aus. Schade!

Le cadre est magnifique et l'hôtel très authentique, ce qui crée un charme imparable ! Les deux points forts sont surtout le restaurant de très haute qualité et enfin le personnel, accueillant, polyglotte et efficace !

Pas grand chose: la chambre était confortable mais ne possèdait pas toutes les commodités. Cela est lié au type d'hôtel qui est un bâtiment ancien, donc on ne peut guère transformer cela en reproche!

This is a great hotel for staying on Lake Como at a very reasonable price. The young staff members were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms are quite small, but they are perfectly comfortable and offer a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of quality products. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value in a fantastic location.

Parking can be a little challenging. We were lucky enough to find a free parking space nearby, but this may not always be the case. We were also a bit disappointed by the restaurant on the upper floor. It presents itself as a fine dining experience, but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and the restaurant of the hotel is delicious. Via the staff we got the number for a private boat ride on the lake, which was so special and beautiful! Our room didn’t have a balcony but there was one in the hallway, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was also really good and nice selection! They have oat milk. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy.

Excellent view of the lake! The location was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We were there at a very hot period and the A/C was not quite able to keep the room cool at night.

The views were stunning, the bistro was amazing and the location was perfect.

The garden let down the property, it showed sun loungers on the photos but there were just a few chairs and the garden was run down

De locatie heeft een prachtig uitzicht. We waren welkom met ons hondje. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk. We kregen een take away ontbijt mee omdat we vroeg weg moesten, zelfs glutenvrij.

Het was nog redelijk warm op de kamer, ondanks de airco. Er was geen frigo aanwezig op de kamer, wat wel handig kan zijn met warme temperaturen.

bardzo ładny i klimatyczny pokój w przepięknie położonym obiekcie. jest wszystko, czego potrzeba- wygodne łożko, klimatyzacja, i cudowny widok z okna. Obsługa jest pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Nie musicie się też martwić o płatny parking przed hotelem, bo obiekt wystawia bezpłatny bilecik, który umieszczacie za szybą.

obiekt jest położony tuż nad ruchliwą ulicą, co w kontekście nocnego życia Włochów może przy dłuższym pobycie stanowić pewną uciążliwość. Z drugiej strony zawsze można się przyłączyć, bo przyjeżdżać nad Como i spać..🫠

Schönes kleines individuelles Hotel in altem Gebäude mit tollem Seeblick, freundliches Personal bzw. Inhaber, liebevoll zubereite Extras beim Frühstück ohne Aufpreis, Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte wunderbar trotz praller Sonne auf den Fenstern bei über 35 Grad, Parkmöglichkeiten nah anbei trotz der nun mal beengten Verhältnisse auf der Strasse, süsser kleiner Balkon mit 2 Stühlen

Zu wenig Steckdosen für die heutige Zeit. Die an meinem Bett war auch noch kaputt. Auch für den Wasserkocher gab es gar keine Anschlussmöglichkeit ohne Fernseher oder Klima auszustöpseln. (Vielleicht im Bad?) Keine Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke im Zimmer, was ich aus Italien bisher nicht kannte, aber man darf seine Sachen in den Kühlschrank im Frühstücksraum stellen. Sehr trubelig auf der Strasse, wer Ruhe braucht sollte unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Garten nehmen, das ist ausserdem auch schattiger.

Traumhafter Blick über den Comer See direkt vom Hotelzimmer aus! Im Zimmer selbst war alles, was man für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise braucht. Wir kennen das Hotel noch von den Vorbesitzern- was sich absolut verbessert hat: Klimaanlage im Zimmer, eine Wohltat bei 38 Grad Sommerhitze! Abends kann man gut essen. Entweder im hoteleigenen Restaurant oder in der hoteleigenen Pizzeria direkt am See- fantastischer Blick!

Nur minimal: die schönen alten Fliesen im Bad wurden leider mit Farbe auf "modern" gestriegelt. Ich fand sie früher hübscher! Modern ist nicht in jedem Fall gut, aber das ist nur mein Geschmack. Die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Hotel ist herausfordernd, aber leider nicht besser zu lösen. Die Straßen sind extrem eng und mehr Parkplätze sind baulich nicht möglich. Aber mit etwas Geschick kommt man zurecht!

The hotel room was rather small, but we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff, who immediately made us feel welcome and were always happy to provide recommendations for beaches, sightseeing spots, and places to visit around the lake. The hotel also has a restaurant serving very good food, which was another great advantage of our stay. The biggest highlight, however, is without a doubt the beautiful and stunning view of the lake, which made our stay even more memorable.

Unfortunately, we booked rather late and therefore had to settle for a room with a garden view. If possible, I would highly recommend booking a room with a lake view, so you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery directly from your room as well.

What a gem! The views, food and staff exceeded expectations! We enjoyed the restaurant so much we made reservations for an additional night - I highly recommend reservations as it can get quite busy for dinner.

We loved everything, but we would have been more comfortable with a fan in the room. However that’s understandable giving the unexpected high temperatures during our stay.

De unge mennene ved innsjekk var veldig behjelpelige . De ordnet slik at vi fikk parkere og hjalp oss bære opp bagasjen. Var ellers veldig hyggelig

Small hôtel, not much people, cosy place, very cool staff, breakfast is really good and staff ask if you need anything. Tried the restaurant too I recommend. For breakfast and diner we easily had a table with a beautiful view on the lake

The views are honestly the highlight of this property along with an incredible restaurant in the same building! Small walk to the ferry and water with multiple waterfalls nearby! Staff were also very friendly!

Great location with an amazing view! I really liked the vibe of the place and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also great, and everyone working there was friendly and made the atmosphere feel cozy and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

La vue, la chambre bien équipée, l’une des 2 places gratuite devant l’hôtel, les autres étant payantes, la réservation du restaurant à proximité faite par l’hôtel

Juste dire qu’il n’y a que la cascade à voir à proximité, et 1 restaurant car sinon il faut prendre la voiture pour rejoindre une ville à environ 10km par une route sinueuse
