Resepsiyonda çalışanlar neden bu kadar yapmacık bir kibarlık yapıyor anlamıyorum. Bu kurum içi eğitimler çok mu abartılıyor. İşini sevmeyen bir insana ne yapsan boş. Donuk boş bir yüz ifadesi ama kibar cümleler kurmaya çalışıyorlar bence bu görüntü korku filmi karakterleri gibi duruyor. Bir oda vermesi için bu kadar mış gibi yapmaya gerek yok. Ya samimi bir gülüşle karşılayın ya da sadece işinizi yapın. Karşınızdakileri de empati yoksunu sanmayın.

Breakfast spread was lovely, good strong coffee, and they even had pork bacon. Friendly staff. Location is great, and there's a valet carpark service.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Kissen, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Das Vale-System hat hervorragend funktioniert und den Aufenthalt zusätzlich komfortabler gemacht.

Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es beim Badezimmer. Es verfügt über keine Lüftung und hat ein Fenster zum Schlafbereich, wodurch praktisch keine Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Das empfanden wir als unangenehm.

Location and breakfast.

Room was not clean. Used linen from the occupant before me and never cleaned during the entire week I was there. The trash bin was full when I arrived and there were used, dirty towels under the sink.

Location, friendly staff

Required renovation, no natural light in room, colored water from taps, bathroom door was not closing, fridge failed, a lot of stains on carpet, jalousie on bathroom glass partition defected, no price list on minibar ( it was excessive price) , no noise insulation, and smoking smell from other room was entering to room.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Ankara. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming and everything was well organized. All the staff were very kind friendly and helpful throughout my stay which made a big difference. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.

We had a truly memorable and pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Ankara Kavaklidere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive throughout. The front desk personnel were highly professional and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another big plus — close enough to the city center (only about a 5-minute taxi ride) yet away from the busy crowds. It’s also within walking distance of several high-quality restaurants, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe du holiday inn kavaklidere Ankara. Ils nous ont aidé dans des moments difficiles et avons reçu tout le soutien dont nous avions besoin. Une équipe en or. Le restaurant et les chambres sont parfaites. ll n'y a pas assez d'étoiles pour égaler le service et la gentillesse du personnel !

We checked in around 8 PM, but the room they gave us was not clean and ready and we had to go through the whole process over again. The elevator was not working, in which it was very inconvenient.

Good rooms. Terrible restaurant. Cold food and very little choice. It was chicken or chicken. Only vegetable was potatoes.

Pro -Hotel is not new, but is very clean. Well located. Coffee at breakfast is drip brewed and very good. Con -don’t stay in room 403. There is a glass wall between the shower and bed. There are blinds in that wall but ours must have been replaced since there was no way to close those blinds. You can watch the shower or toilet from the room. The room is close to the building next door so if curtains aren’t closed, they could see you shower from the next building. Con- lobby and shared areas are too heavily fragranced. If you are allergic to Fran France, this is not good. I did not notice it in our room.

Konaklama iyiydi ama spa mükemmeldi.

It was delicious, I regret not buying it both days of my stay.

The location was a little bit far away from the area I thought it was.

PROS: This is a very nice establishment; it seems well maintained. Used by a lot of tour groups. For whatever reason, I was assigned a handicap room with a king size bed; it was very spacious for one. Comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Thank goodness, the side door opens to fresh air (albeit freezing outside!) Room equipped with small fridge, coffee maker, complimentary bottle water. Breakfast was fabulous! ample/varied selection. Our chicken dinner with mash potatoes + desert was delicious. CONS: My room smelled like pet & cigarette. The vent could use a new filter perhaps. My huge handicap shower floor had slippery tile no rubber mat (imagine a handicap or older person slipping in the shower; accident waiting to happen) Our tour bus group consensus: it was VERY HOT IN EVERYONE'S ROOM despite the thermostat in 0 (which leads me to believe that the AC/heat is centrally controlled). There were reviews complaining about this issue since 2014 and nothing has been done in decades despite so many past guests commenting on this. Hotel needs to stop response apologizing and rectifying the issue instead. WE WERE VERY RUSHED DURING DINNER - staff shooing us out at 8:30 pm. This also seems to be a recurring comment/review by numerous past guests.

Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu, konaklama sürecim boyunca rahat hissettim. Odadaki ve otelin genelindeki malzemeler, ihtiyacımı karşılamak için yeterliydi. Hem hijyen hem de konfor açısından beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

in the nighttime, the bathroom roof was leaking and I called the reception and I tell them you guys can you change the room for me and he said we cannot because the rooms is full and also I paid for breakfast for two people two people and when I come back around like 10 o’clock, and I asked them about the breakfast he say you cannot you have to pay extra for breakfast

Toilet sits were a bit higher than usual, but nothing to worry about.

Birçok otel odasında görmeye alıştığımız ve acaba temiz mi diye düşündüğümüz halılar bu otelde yok. Odanın düzeni ve temizliği mükemmel. Personel de çok profesyonel, her konuda yardımcı ve hep güleryüzlü. Tekrar Ankara'ya gitsem yine bu otelde kalırım.

Sehr zentral gelegen; Restaurants/Cafés in der Nähe; etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, aber das Zimmer war sauber. Nettes freundliches, höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Ankaranın soğuğunu hiç hissetmediğimiz sıcak bir otel. Çalışanlar kibarlar oda seçerken de her türlü ayrıntıyı sordular. Araçla gelmiştik ücretsiz vale ve otopark servisleri de mevcut. Otelin önünde veya etrafında araba park etmek sıkıntı olabilir.

I booked the room for my wife for two nights. Despite the reservation, she didn’t stay any of the nights due to the strong and lingering cigarette smell. Luckily, she has friends in the area and ultimately stayed with them. She pretty much used the room just to leave her stuff. Will never book here again.
