Très bon petit déjeuner, en libre service et à volonté. Les employées sont agréables, disponibles et très polies.

Emplacement nécessitant absolument l'utilisation d'un véhicule. Piscine non chauffée. Equipements de la chambre un peu modeste pour le prix (appartement n°1) : fauteuil et canapé de jardin en rotin, c'est joli mais pas super confortable. Douche sans pomme de douche mais uniquement un ciel de douche, pas idéal pour une toilette intime.

La struttura è come si vede in foto, Bella tenuta bene e personale molto cordiale e simpatico, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio , appartamento bello,curato ,pulito. Posizione ottima vicino a Montalcino . Siamo molto soddisfatti. Grazie al personale delle Ragnaie 🙏.

La posizione è perfetta, in mezzo alla campagna regna la pace ma sei comunque a 5 minuti di macchina da Montalcino. Colazione ricca, dolce e salata, un banana bread fenomenale! La piscina è una meraviglia, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, una dolce ed autentica permanenza toscana.

Cambierei solo la luce dello specchio in bagno, è troppo gialla e rimane troppo “scura”. Mancava inoltre uno specchio lungo nella camera, ma sono piccoli dettagli!

Esse hotel parece um sonho. No meio de uma vinícola, bem pequeno, poucos quartos, muita tranquilidade, e uma vista maravilhosa da toscana. A area da piscina é muito gostosa, fomos em agosto e aproveitamos bastante no verão, mas a agua é bem gelada. Os quartos sao enormes, com sala, tb smart, cozinha bem equipada, cozinhamos tranquilamente; tem mercados a cerca de 5 minutos, e Montalcino também fica bem perto com opções de restaurantes. Gostamos muito.

O hotel nao tem restaurante, apenas café da manha, que achamos bom, café gostoso mas com poucas opções. Único ponto é q o hotel é um pouco mais antigo, e nos dias q ficamos teve uma chuva forte e o ar condicionado estragou, e estava bem quente, e nao tinham ventiladores para ajudar e demoraram 2 dias para arrumar o ar.

La struttura è meravigliosa, curata davvero in ogni dettaglio e recentemente rinnovata o comunque con un'eccellente manutenzione. Nulla era fuori posto, le aree comuni e la piscina favolose, in generale veramente un alto livello, un'oasi di pace. La camera era davvero accogliente, spaziosa e molto pulita, ottimo il servizio pulizia e cambio lenzuola giornaliero. La posizione è super tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo davvero comoda per raggiungere Montalcino e i servizi principali.

La colazione sicuramente è migliorabile, potrebbe essere implementata con prodotti un po' più vari ad esempio croissant dolci e salati e più varietà nelle bevande (disponibile solo caffè con moka). Durante il nostro soggiorno si è rotto il condizionatore, nulla di grave sono cose che capitano, tuttavia ci è stato fornito dopo due giorni un ventilatore davvero scadente, avremmo apprezzato fosse sostituito con qualcosa di più efficiente o in alternativa magari fosse applicato un piccolo sconto visto il "disagio" , ma sono accortezze.

Posizione unica, immerso nel verde e nella natura con una bellissima vista panoramica. La struttura è curata in ogni suo dettaglio, a dir poco perfetta. Lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile, impeccabile. Un luogo magico dove passare qualche giorno di assoluta tranquillità.

Hätten sehr gerne eine Weinprobe vor Ort gemacht, war terminlich leider sehr schwierig, bzw. nicht möglich.

We bought their amazing wine, absolutely loved our stay!

Das ganze Anwesen ist wunderschön. Die Umgebung, der Pool, das Zimmer - einfach alles! Das Personal war auch sehr zuvorkommend, im Zimmer hat ein Willkommensgetränk (Hauswein & Wasser) auf uns gewartet und Kaffeekapseln. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! :)

Das Frühstück hätte vllt etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Lugar encantador, tranquilo com lindas paisagens. Ideal para relaxar e sair da agitação dos centros. Piscina, ótimo café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos. Amamos! Super recomendo.

Die Unterkunft ist ein richtiger Wohlfühlort. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen um die Weinberge von Montalcino zu besichtigen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen, inkl. perfektem Ort für Sonnenuntergänge und perfektes Frühstück.

This relais is so beautiful, situated on the top of the Montalcino hill and with fantastic views over wine yards and montains. Dzejlana is so knowlegable and always in a good mood. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast is wonderful. The wines are amazing, and you always feel welcome and appreciated by the great guys of Le Ragnaie; Ricardo and Agustín. We allways come back.

The building and surroundings were beautiful. The hotel is very stylish yet authentic, it was incredibly well maintained and every detail was considered. The breakfast was fresh and delicious - so much choice! And fabulous coffee.

Le Ragnaie is a beautiful place in a lovely setting, with attractive grounds, good views and a relaxed sense of space. The property has a luxurious feel, and the surrounding countryside is peaceful and very pretty. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and overall the accommodation was clean and well maintained. The grounds were one of the highlights for us, with lovely views across the surrounding area. The breakfast was generous and varied, and made for a good start to the day. Many of the staff were friendly, helpful and clearly working hard, which we appreciated. The location worked very well for us, although visitors would most likely need their own transport to get the best out of the area. It was a short and easy drive into Montalcino, where we found free parking without difficulty, and there were plenty of interesting walks, views and places to explore nearby. We also found some excellent little gems to eat at in the area, which added a lot to our stay. We did enjoy our stay, and there is a lot to recommend here, especially if you are looking for a spacious, comfortable base in a beautiful part of Tuscany. For us personally, it perhaps felt a little less warm and personal than some of the other places we stayed on our trip, so while we appreciated the beauty and comfort, it did not quite have the charm we had hoped for. That said, it is still a lovely property in a wonderful location, and we are glad we stayed there.

Our room was close to the main entrance walkway, which meant there was regular foot traffic past our door and window. As a result, we had to keep the doors, windows and curtains closed for privacy, which made it harder to fully enjoy the setting and atmosphere from the room itself.

commitment van management. Weinig connectie met de gasten. Ontbijt ok maar bijv. 1 peper/zout voor het hele restaurant. Een basis ontbijt. Geen handdoeken bij het zwembad wat ook niet gekuist was. Toevallig kwam ik iemand tegen, vrouw van de manager? , die vertelde dat er aparte handdoeken waren voor het zwembad.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette, clean and peaceful and has all the ingredients to be a top hotel. However, the pool maintenance is poor and you definitely need a car to stay here. Breakfasts are ok, coffee excellent, but no cooked options or even pastries. Given the price should be better.

Das Frühstück war prima, es gab aber keine Variationen. Das Küchenpersonal war sehr nett.

Im Vorfeld 25 automatisierte Mails zu bekommen und keine Reaktion von meine persönliche Antwort, war nicht sehr professionell. Ansonsten war die Einrichtung zwar schick, aber oft nicht sauber, z.B. der Pool.

Posizione favolosa: l'agriturismo è immerso nel verde tra ulivi e vigneti, a un paio di chilometri da Montalcino quindi non del tutto isolato. Le stanze e tutto il piccolo "borgo", che si viene a creare tra di esse, sono caratterizzati da materiali country e colori caldi che infondono subito una sensazione di pace e accoglienza... Sensazione che tarda ad andarsene anche nel rientro a casa! La colazione è deliziosa con prodotti tipici del territorio e, "ciliegina sulla torta", il caffè è servito al tavolo direttamente in moka. Nel complesso, si respira un'attenzione ai dettagli che rende il soggiorno impeccabile: disponibile e cortese anche il personale!

L'attività di pulizia di mattina, nell'appartamento soprastante, ha creato un minimo di confusione che è andata a stonare con la pace dei soggiorni qui. Certo è che erano già le 9.30 e si capisce come le camere vadano liberate! :)

Fantastische omgeving en ontbijt. Heerlijke koffie (pot) Bij ontvangst fles water en wijn uit eigen wijngaard. Kamer netjes/ schoon. Kamer wel wat gehorig. Hadden 1ste nacht behoorlijk wat overlast van luidruchtige, scheldende ENG.

1 Raam in appartement heeft geen gordijnen of luiken. Lopen gedurende dag mensen langs en kunnen naar binnen kijken.

De kamer was in orde, er was ook een koelkast aanwezig op de kamer. Het uitzicht

Het personeel, eigenaar was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Als je iets vraagt, is het te veel als ze er een antwoord op moeten geven. De mensen aan het onthaal waren erg zakelijk. Een kleine douche.

La colazione è stata buonissima! Un buffet ricco di ottimi prodotti locali: pecorino, miele di produzione propria, salumi, torte, yogurt, pane, frutta e marmellate buonissime. Il caffè viene servito esclusivamente tramite moka, che per noi è stato assolutamente un plus! La camera era pulitissima e molto attrezzata con il necessario! Macchinetta del caffè, bollitore con bustine di tè, una bottiglia d'acqua e una di vino in omaggio. Arrivi in stanza e ti senti davvero accolto e a casa!

Se dovessi trovare una pecca (come critica costruttiva), probabilmente rivedrei il sistema tende/finestre delle camere. La porta di entrata alla camera è una portafinestra molto carina, che però nel nostro caso affacciava su un corridoio di passaggio per andare alla reception; dunque, chi passava di là poteva tranquillamente vedere direttamente praticamente tutta la camera e il letto. Questo problema è risolto da tende (due, una più oscurante e l'altra leggermente più sottile ma che comunque non fa vedere dentro). Poi la camera ha solo un'altra piccola finestrella (da cui si vede sempre camera e letto), ed essendo sempre comunque in un punto in cui può passare la gente, io e il mio compagno abbiamo deciso per privacy di "oscurare" anche quella tramite una specie di persiana che però è interna (ovvero: la finestra rimane all'esterno, e tu chiudi la persiana da dentro, dunque non può verificarsi la situazione in cui la finestra è aperta e la persiana chiusa). Tutto questo per dire che, innanzitutto è un peccato che avere un minimo di privacy la camera diventi davvero buia e illuminata solo dalle luci artificiali interne, ma soprattutto che la notte -tenendo le persiane della finestrella chiuse- non passa minimamente aria e fa veramente caldo. Non dico assolutamente che ciò abbia reso il soggiorno poco piacevole, però secondo me è un aspetto che si potrebbe migliorare! (semplicemente se la persiana della finestra fosse esterna e si potesse tenere la persiana chiusa e la finestra aperta in modo che passi un po' d'aria sarebbe perfetto!)
