Das Hotel ist leicht mit dem bus oder in 30 min zu Fuß von Otogari erreichbar. Der Checkin war einfach, ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad im 1.Stock für mehrere Tage bekommen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet: Schränke, Fernseher, Balkon. Für aircondition muss man extra bezahlen. Die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich, Zimmer Reinigung bei Bedarf. Dusche funktioniert sehr gut. Das wifi hat im Zimmer überhaupt nicht funktioniert, nur im Restaurant Bereich😭. Frühstück von 8-10am, ein sehr großes Büffet zum Selbstbedienen, zum frühstücken sitzt man im Restaurantbereich und in der Lobby. Der Frühstückskaffee kostenlos aus dem Automaten. Das Restaurant und die Bar ist auf der Straße. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Es gab jede Menge Stechmücken und beißende Fliegen. Die Lage ist perfekt, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Kleopatra Strand, oder an der Seilbahn /teleferik. Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte, viele touristische Geschäfte und Attraktionen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Litt forvirrende nettside hvor det ikke gikk fram at økonomi rom ikke hadde hverken vindu eller aircondisjon.Ut fra siden var alt inkludert. Måtte betale 7000 lira ekstra for balkong og aircondisjon.

Okey hotel. You get what you pay for. The location is grate. Breakfast is ok. We didn't like that the cleaninglady stressed us almost 2 hours before check out. When we said she had t wait she sat outside the room waiting. When we left she ran into the room without even looking at us.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent value and cleaned daily the food is excellent too a very nice place to stay right next to the main kleopatra beach great value for money it's not 5 star but it is very good for the price you pay I would come again definitely

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but not luxurious. The economy room was clean and comfortable, no balcony, chair, table and desk inside. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is good but no downloads. The TV is mostly in Turkish. The room has a fridge and there is a Migros supermarket a block away. The location is very central, right by Kleopatra beach at the base of the cable car up to the castle, near the Tourist Office, Alanya Archeological Museum and Damlatas Cave. The room has a heat pump and a safe but you have to pay extra for them, we did not need them.

Stayed with my partner and it’s the most worst hotel we’ve yet stayed in for 2 weeks! No entertainment. No night life, absolutely nothing. Both became severely ill due to the breakfast which is literally just boiled eggs and salad, not even a toaster in sight! We was charged almost £100 extra upon arrival for our stay just for the aircon as the rooms are absolutely freezing cold (so aircon is in heat mode) You’re not allowed to bring back food to the hotel and they have a sign to say food is not permitted, but we did anyway as how else are we supposed to eat? It’s just a method to get you to spend more money here 😒 sign says you must use their restaurant to purchase meals (which we’ve never been offered to use) plus- I glanced at their kitchen whilst walking past and it looks like a mortuary😂 Every day when you leave the hotel, Turkish people sit around in pure silence like you’re attending a wake / funeral daily. Absolutely 0 interaction from the staff, not even a good morning or a hello- nothing! The only good thing about the hotel is it’s directly opposite the beach. The photos online of the hotel are fake photos. There is no snooker table. No swimming pool and all the photos are of Turkish people, not holiday makers. When you leave your room, you remove your card / key from the wall which ends all electronics including your refrigerator 😒 so be prepared to come back daily to a watery floor. The cleaners do an amazing job and always provided fresh bedding although never changed the blanket / duvet. If you’re a wheelchair user, they have a lift. Although you have to go up 10 steps to use it. And 10 steps back down to leave it so it defeats the object for disabled people as it clearly cannot be used. Absolutely no idea about the TV as we never used it once. The shower drain reaks of death so we had to go to the local Carrefour shop to buy some bleach and drain unblocker. And the most pungent thing about the hotel which annoys me on a daily basis is the repulsive cat urine smell in the downstairs lobby! It hits you in your face when you leave, and when you arrive back. Best part about this hotel other than the beach? Leaving. Knowing you’ll never ever return back here again

First of all I paid 7 euro per day separately for electricity for air condition. No WiFi at all on my floor and every one wasn't happy and complain about it? And important thing most stuff was a miserable especially the man working in breakfast area.

The best thing about the hotel is the location which is perfect. 2 minutes walk from the beach, cable car, park areas, and lots of supermarkets, cafes and bars close by. I booked an economy room, so didn't have a balcony. On arrival they wanted to charge me almost as much to upgrade to a balcony room as I paid for the whole stay! As I was here in the winter, a balcony was not important, as too cold to sit out. The rooms are very basic, and definitely need renovation. However I had a small fridge, hairdryer, plenty of hot water and TV, although no English channels. Breakfast is adequate. Cereal, plenty of salads, and boiled eggs. I stayed in the hotel 4 years ago, and it is perfect for singles. Most of the guests then and now are Eastern European, German and Turkish. I did not meet anyone from the UK which didn't bother me, but if this is important, then I would say on winter Alanya is not a popular destination for British. For what I paid I was happy with the hotel, and the location is great. Many of the little bars near the hotel were closed, which made it quiet. I think in Summer it would be noisy. All in all it suited my needs. Just be carefull which room type you book though as the economy room are 1st floor, no balcony, and no view.

I had low expectations due to low price and they were met. Rooms in poor condition, but clean and you can get new towels every day if you want. Only a thin blanket as duvet but it is all you need just set the AC to comfy temp and not too cold. Staff very friendly, especially the ones I met in the bar and restaurant. If you want luxury don't go here. If you want a place to sleep, rest with AC and clean up for party after the beach this is the place. Or like for me, some peace and quiet. Is in a very cute back street with several hotels and restaurants. Very cheap drinks and sodas in the bar. Very close to beach and a quick ride to the castle. Many restaurants and shops and cafes in the area, and a cave. I recommend this hotel, just have the right expectations.

What a dump! My room needed redecorating. Walls were filthy. The main light in my room was broken and the windows and doors would benefit from a lick of paint. The lock on my door was broken and one of the staff members was extremely rude. Also, hard boiled eggs served for breakfast were kept on the counter rather than in the fridge for hours (Salmonella risk).

Friendly and polite Staff especially the Bar tender Rafash and the hairstylist Frisseur cheap prices is a friendly environment with a nice street terrace and the food is well made Mixed grill and soup Bar service is best. Nice streetview. cheap prices.

Det var byggnadsarbete med höga motorljud av diverse byggnadsmaskiner under min vistelse. Annars har allt varit till belåtenhet o kan tänka mig att återkomma till Kleopatra bebek hotel igen.

Aamupalalla vain kasviksia, juustopaloja, kahvia / Tee ja leipä. Olis voinut olla ( ei mitää liha tuotteita ) makkaraa tai juustosiivuka . Ei ollut edes mehua tai vettä aamupalalla. Huone ränsistynyt ja kulunut huone,? Huone oli siisti ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Kuvissa oli uima-allas mutta sitä ei ollut.

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is atrocious, can just about manage emails without attachments but not anything more. The TV has a few channels in English, German and Russian, the rest in Turkish. The room has a fridge and there is a Migros supermarket a block away.

It hasn't got a swimming pool so beware of that but it is so close to beach and Occo beach club is about £5.50 per day and lovely. Lovely spot bebek is in and rooms cleaned daily. Basic yes but I loved it, location is perfect and so relaxing x I will be going back x

British holiday maker here. Great LOCATION GREAT STAFF. GOOD FOOD AND A GOOD LAUGH WITH A MIX OF CULTURES ALL GETTING ON JUST FINE. It's cheap but excellent, depends what you want. Do you want posh where nobody talks or do you wanna have a laugh a dance and a joke. It's upto you to decide. It's slap bang in the centre of Alanya and I would go again. My only criticism is that there's an extra charge for Aircon, which would be better added to the booking price and there would be no problem. But it's worth 7 euros a day for ice cold room anyway and in the cooler months you don't need it anyway. Big shout out to Fahrat super nice guy that works his socks off.

Salih, Ferhat och Mücahit var trevliga. Frukost var dålig, handdukar och baddukar var inte så rena. Hotellet var nära havet och ligger i centrum och priset var jätte bra.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owners are terrible with customers. And the advert is a lie. They is no gym, no pool, no spa, no snooker table, no dart bored, air is charged at £10 a night. This hotel is in disrepair. The hotel next door which I believe they own is closed, has no windows. I was suppose to be there a week. I started the process of leaving after a couple of hours. The room had a smell from the bathroom, the shower door didnt work, the sink wasnt attach to the wall, wires hanging out of the walls, broken handles, bed rock hard, no air con, a balcony chair broken, the room next door had no windows, and the staff are rude as hell. Please please please…… do not stay here until they have major investment and also new management and updated what facilities they have.

Det var ikke internettforbindelse på rommet, det var vanskelig for jeg skulle jobbe , måtte ned til resepsjon for å få forbindelse. Tok dette opp flere ganger, ingen ting ble bedre.

One star might seem harsh but the only true positives I can think of are potentials. The hotel is tired and dated, unclean (vomit in public toilet, no rubbish bins in rooms, you have to clean your own room if you want it done properly) and only one member of staff seems to give a damn. Herded like cattle from 3 hotels for a very poor breakfast with inadequate seating for the numbers. We went in April as we are not young and wanted a quiet break so to have a dimwitted 90s reject who looked like something out of a budget horror film blaring out music and sports programmes til the early hours was simply not acceptable. We found some lovely local places to eat (Zorros and Molas were perfect) and as we NEVER ate at the hotel this clown decided to chastise and mock us. He is lucky that he is still able to blow that pathetic whistle. The WORST thing (as an animal lover) that I can mention is that we had a wonderful surprise when a cat gave birth to a litter of kittens in the cleaning cupboard on our floor. However some ****s complained about the meowing and the whole lot were taken to the cats home (hopefully). How could ANYBODY do such a thing? It is such a shame as the location is great, no real pool but a beach just yards away, and really comfy beds. New management may be able to make this an ideal place to stay but currently we will NOT be staying here again.

I'll start with the positives..... Location - just a couple of minutes walk from kleopatra beach & the cable car station up to the castle The Tunisian guy in the baseball cap is very friendly That's about it for the positives. Now for the negatives......... Noise - beyond loud, it was just the start of the season so very quiet however the guy in the bar in the braces & bandana thinks he doing a permanent DJ set on Ibiza......if that set consisted of the same dire songs played repeatedly at full volume. If your room like ours overlooked the street you cannot escape the noise so we ate out elsewhere to avoid it. You can also hear conversations from the next room when your in the bathroom Cleanliness - when we arrived there was rubbish & a used razor in the bathroom. Cleanliness did improve slightly as our stay progressed. Generally shabby & dated overall Food - very basic breakfast, hard boiled eggs, bread & salad. No fruit juice. 3 hotels worth if guests all eat in the same place so it gets busy. Other thoughts......the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend sunway Hotel & mola a few doors down for food & drink. Both reasonable. We didn't eat at bebek as the noise put us off. Zorro bar round the corner is fantastic. Great friendly, family run bar. No parking at bebek, parking on the road nearby is quite cheap. They put a ticket on your car & you pay the parking attendant who sits under a tree opposite the theatre We love Alanya, this was our second visit, we would not stay here again

Ama KOKU ÇOK KÖTÜ bir şiddetle var. odadan çıkarken banyonun kapısın açık unutursanız en az 2 3 saat kapı pencere havalandırmanız gerekiyor ki koku çıksın. Ek olarak terlik olmaması can sıkıcı. kahvaltı fiyat performans olarak iyidi.

Charges extra for aircondition. Old and dirty hotell, floor is sticky and halls smell like cat pee. Toilet brush looks to be 15 years old. But at the low price at 15 euro a night, I didn't complain. Wi-fi signal was also bad. Owner seems to don't care too much.

If you are looking for a nice, modern and fresh hotel, this is not it. However if you are not fussed and just need a place to sleep this is the hotel for you. The are only two positive things I can say about this hotel- 1- the location. It is in close proximity to everything both beach and shopping. 2- the staff is nice ( some more than others) Breakfast is beyond bad and often you get eggs that are not boiled properly or reheated from the day before. Same thing every day. Rooms are dated and in desperate need of a make over. I´ve stayed in hostels that keep higher standard than this. Balcony door wouldn´t close properly and the AC (which we paid quite a lot for) didn´t work as it should and sounded like it needed to be repaired . The stench from the bathroom indicated that the plumbing was not up to par either. This could potentially become a really nice hotel if given a total refurbishment.

Very very bad hotel, all room was dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, receptionist not kind at all. Please avoid. I'm travelling to Turkey every year, I been staying in different hotels, but I never saw what I had in this hotel. Avoid!

Klasik tek amaç uyku ise bir yatak olsun çok iyi yıkanmamış çarşaf olsun derseniz oda eski çoğu şey dökülüyor ama bunlar umrumda değil kafamı koyacak yuvam olsun diyenlere gider. Resepsiyon iyiydi kahvaltı vasat ama konumu merkezi her yere yakın.

Bebek hotel blijkt een van drie hotels die aan elkaar gebouwd zijn en gedeelde voorziening als bar/restaurant, zwembad, kapper, sauna en kledingwinkeltje hebben. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn. Een aanrader.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die JAHRE gekommen, die Zimmer bzw das Badezimmer sind schmutzig dass es einfach zu viel ist, also lieber mehr bezahlen und was besseres buchen um ehrlich zu sein..!

Great location ... but ac is extra , the use of the safe is extra both of them are charge per night.. breakfast is decent.. room has a balcony which is nice. Overall you get what you paid for!!

Менеджер на ресепшен просто хам! Раньше 14.00 не заселил, ждала у отеля 2 часа. Если освободишь номер на час позже, устраиает скандал. Требует деньги сразу при заселении. Еле уговорила подождать до вечера, пока поменяю деньги. Все грязное, разваливается. Холодильник и кондиционер только шумят, но не работают. Единственно, что удачно это расположение. За неработающий кондиционкр берут доплату.

Oda temizdi ancak klima için size belirttiği ücretten çok daha fazlasını aldılar. Kahvaltı ise oldukça basitti.

çok kötüydü..ısıtma sistemi yoktu, dışarıda hava 4 derece iken klima ile ısıtma için gecelik 6 Euro para istediler..iptal zamanı geçtiği için oteli değiştiremedim ve soğukta yatmak zorunda kaldım..Tam bir ticarethane..Banyo da kötüydü, duş hortumu bözuktu, yer süzgecinden kötü kokular geliyordu, yastık kılıfı kirliydi..kahvaltı yetersizdi..ucuz , çok kötü bir oteldi..

Can*t tell much more, because after one night my foot had a breakage and I as taken to a hospital for operation. My partner stayed and told that it fullfilled our hopes.I would have liked to stay all these 3 nights.

Vid ankomst fick vi betala 1000 kr för att få det som skulle ingå. Väldigt slitet och lortigt. Ingen städning på de 5 dagar vi var där. Vi fick själva hämta handdukar. Frukost var urusel! Välj annat hotell!!

Отстойный отель!!!! Прямо у стойки уже начинают разводить на бабки!!! Я заказал номер с кондиционером вине с вентилятором, что уже подразумевает его работу ан нет за его работу надо платить отдельно 6 евро в день. И заплатит надо сразу и за все дни проживания или не дадут пульт . Об этом написано мелким шрифтом в дополнении. Вайфая очень плохой везде и в номере и у стойки. Завтрак однообразный . У соседей на балкон всё время ходили гадить кошки убирать за ними отказывались вонь стояла ужасная. Единственный плюс расположение. Море рядом 200 метров.

I got quite a shock when I came into the room the first time. The standard was very low, but nice staff and the AC worked well. The hotel has a pool with sunbeds with very filthy cushions on them. In the room there was a filthy blanket in a cabinett. I like to sleep with more than a sheet on me and I had to use the dirty one. The location was however the best, close to the beach, shops and towncenter. There were very thin walls between the rooms so you could hear everything from the neighbour rooms. And very loud noise from the hallway when people walked and they slammed the doors very hard so there were no way to get rest. There were only tiny soaps in the bathroom so I had to go to the market to buy one and no shampoo or conditioner whatsoever. The hotel had wifi in the rooms, but it worked very poorly.

Otel konum olarak güzeldi. Fakat resepsiyon görevlisi saygısız davrandığı için beğenmedim. Hotel location was nice but I didn't like it because the receptionist was being disrespectful.

I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms are small, basic and average cleanliness. You have to pay 50 euros for air conditioning but it is he worst ineffectual air con we have ever had. There was a good shower which I used about 16 times a day to counteract the fact the air con was so bad. We paid 2€ a day for the safe. Staff walked into the room without knocking daily and were once in our room when we came back. Breakfast was limited cereal, bread and salad. No fresh juice but a tea and coffee machine Very limited and unless you are there at 8am you will not get any watermelon as once something runs out it is not replaced. We didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel as there are fabulous, cheap, friendly resteraunts nearby The staff were somewhat helpful until it came to phoning for our transfer and they just kept telling us to come back. We eventually had to go to one of the friendly resteraunts nearby and use a waiter's phone. It wasn't too noisy in the evenings and it is very close to shops, supermarket and restaurants. the beach is 2 minutes walk away. The beach is fine stones and very hot so remember your swimming shoes. There are also slippy stones as you enter the water so shoes really help. If the air con had been better this hotel would have got a better review from us but being boiling and not able to cool down unless in the shower somewhat spoiled the holiday.

The hotel is very close to Kleopatra beach. It is located in small, nice street without traffic. The room was big enough, with a terrace.WiFi in the room works fine. I was given a room in the hotel Kleopatra Bebek instead of Kleopatra Develi. The receptionist KNEW for which hotel I had reservation. On the first sight these two hotels look more as a two blocks than a separated hotels, they use the same entrance, the same reception desk so I realize that I am in Bebek few days after check in. I was at the vacation and didn't want to get nervous. Both hotels have one reception desk and across the street is Kleopatra Bavyera where all 3 hotels have breakfast. I think all 3 hotels have the same owner so this is the reason of this kind of organization. It was many dust in the each corner of the room. Room cleaner cleaned room every second day, but it was poor. The bedclothes was poor too.

Nice place to stay. After check in, we noticed that our Aircondition was not working, they gave us another room. Breakfast was basic but ok like most budget hotels in Turkey. Pool was minuscule, we did not use it, beach was just walking distance. Restaurents and bars all around the hotel. We booked one night but extended another night.

This hotel was very dirty hotel and although the hotel is very old there is no reason for the lack of cleanliness also to our surprise upon check in we were informed that air conditioning was extra at a rate of more than half the price of a one night stay. Which in fact made a the Hotel room extremely expensive and poor value.

Not clean they take 10$ extra to give me remote control of the air conditioner 2 day no one clean the room No towel no shampoo and dirty room
