Everything! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location is beautiful, right by the ocean, and the property itself is peaceful, clean and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the atmosphere, the pool area and how close everything was. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations and we were sad to leave!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to stay. The individual huts are nestled amongst beautiful gardens, offering plenty of privacy and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our hut was clean and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor bathroom. The restaurant and pool overlook the ocean, with beautiful views across the bay — a perfect spot to sit back and unwind. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and are always happy to drive you into the main part of town when needed. A peaceful and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is located away from the main strip, so there aren’t many restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. However, the hotel restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner if you’re happy to stay in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We were not made aware that the water provided was not complimentary. Other hotels we stayed at in Bali provided a communal drinking water dispenser to fill up your own bottle.

The Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. The view from the main swimming pool was amazing. Fantastic value for the money. A short walk to mushroom beach past lots of restaurants and shops.

Nothing really, if I was to say anything it would be perhaps needed a little upgrade but everything was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely love this accommodation. Our accommodation was amazing with the best view of the pool and water. Breakfast was made to order and fresh. staff very friendly and accommodating. would highly recommend this hotel. Fell in love with "Jenny" the pug.

We loved Bayshore Huts - lovely and quiet with beautiful views across to Mount Batur. The photos don’t do it justice. The huts were perfect - well positioned, had everything we needed, clean and spacious. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. They were brilliant with my shellfish allergy. Would totally recommend!

Reasonably small place with around 15 huts/villas. Has everything you need with two pools, one that overlooks the ocean and also a restaurant. Doesn’t seem to get people from other places coming to the restaurant so it was nice and quiet. You can book activities at the accommodation and I believe they help with transfers. Also have scooters available to hire which is so helpful! Aircon worked well.

Hadden heerlijke hut met uitzicht op zee en s avonds slapen met het ruizen van de zee op de achtergrond. Fijne buitenbadkamer met warme douche. Locatie is heerlijk, overal dichtbij en toch rustig. Mooie opzet met mooie tuin. Restaurant prima gegeten qua ontbijt en lunch. Fijn dat er twee zwembaden zijn. Je kunt er massages boeken wat fijn ter plekke is, al vond ik de kwaliteit ervan niet bijzonder. Ik zou aanbevelen hier naartoe te gaan vanwege de locatie, en zeker als je een hut met zeezicht hebt, maar de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is gezien de datering en toewijding van het personeel niet in lijn met wat je elders op Bali krijgt.

Verschillende personeelsleden gaven wisselende info en prijzen mbt tot dezelfde tour...(wat leidde dat we ineens bij moesten betalen voor iets dat de vorige dag nog gezegd was inbegrepen te zijn).... De manager kwam heel commercieel over. Personeel in het restaurant en receptie waren ok, maar niet allemaal van harte zoals je op Bali gewend bent. Ontbijt was goed, alleen jammer dat de sapjes meestal uit pak zijn en niet vers. Gebreken in de badkamer zouden eenvoudig verholpen kunnen worden (kraan zat los, handdoek rekje viel zo van de muur en ik lees tussen de reviews hier dat dit al langer is). Handdoeken werden gedurende 4 nachten niet vervangen en bed niet verschoond. Elke avond hadden we enige overlast van harde muziek uit omgeving (tot uur of 11). En in de ochtend hoorde je wat bouwwerkzaamheden van het enorme complex dat er zo goed als naast gebouwd wordt. Daar kan Bay shore huts niets aan doen, maar wel goed om te weten.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t love about it.

Mooi hotel! We hadden een leuk huisje met een buiten badkamer (gelukkig hadden we mooi weer) en een ruime kamer. Een leuke veranda met twee stoelen waar je ook lekker even kon zitten. Vanuit het hotel kan je diverse excursies boeken, dat is zeker een aanrader. Wij hadden een snorkel excursie (manata roggen gezien) en een tour over het eiland. Dit was erg leuk! Het restaurant en het zwembad hebben een prachtig uitzicht over zee. Restaurant prima. Ontbijt is ala card.

Er is weinig in de buurt aan restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Daar moet je je even op instellen, maar heeft ons niet gestoord. Voor diner kan je contact opnemen met restautants die een pick-up service hebben en je netjes halen en weer terugbrengen. Ook vanuit het hotel kan je dit regelen. De wegen zijn slecht, ongelijk en erg donker dus lopen is geen optie. Voor de snorkel excursie was de ophaaltijd 8.00 uur. Maar als je kan pas vanaf 7.30 uur kan ontbijten, a la card wat langer duurt, dan red je dit dus niet. We hadden wel aangegeven dat we weg moesten (2 keer) maar kregen uiteindelijk pas heel laat ons eten. Dat vond ik wel echt jammer! Zou prettiger zijn als je eerder kan ontbijten zodat het beter aansluit.

Unforgettable stay with stunning views! ​We had an absolutely excellent stay at Bayshore Huts. The location is spectacular, situated right on the bay with direct views looking out toward Bali and the majestic Mt. Agung. Watching the sunset and the ocean from here made our trip truly special. ​The resort is perfectly positioned for exploring. We hired a bike, which gave us the freedom to discover the rest of the island easily from such a great home base. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and truly sample island life, I cannot recommend this place enough. ​What really made the stay rewarding was the team. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed with a smile.

Lovely gardens, clean huts, friendly staff. Ocean view is beautiful. Walkable to Mushroom Beach in 10 mins where you can swim, and local cafes. Hotel pool is nice.

The restaurant food wasn't fantastic. I found the mahi mahi fish too tough & chewy to eat. No fresh coconuts available. Everything else was great & good value for money esp ocean front location. There is more action happening around Jungutbatu Bay though if you want that, you need a scooter to get there. Also you cant really swim at Tamarind beach, but the view of the boats is nice.

Possibilité de louer scooter et buggy. Très beau jardin arboré et fleuri très bien entretenu. Au calme mais à proximité à pied des restaurants de mushroom beach (7 min à pied). 2 piscines.

It wasn’t that clean I would expect from 4**** villa, idea with “hut” roof is great until you let birds to build nests in it, then you have wake up singing every sunrise. Breakfest below average.

Lovely included breakfast - all the options were great and delicious. Pools were nice and clean and relaxing. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The huts were very cute and had everything we needed.

Loved our stay! Really great location, we managed to walk everywhere especially when it was low tide. We loved our snorkelling experience that we booked through the hotel.

Staff were excellent, Norman the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped organise trips for us. All staff friendly and welcoming. Resident pug, Jenny was a delight, very mischievous and cute. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept. The rooms were lovely, outdoor shower took a little bit to get used to but was an amazing experience. Will definitely recommend and would love to go back there in future.

We have stayed at Bayshore huts twice now and loved every minute. The staff from the front desk, tours, restaurant, servers, house keeping and gardeners. Are all absolutely amazing and friendly. It's like one big family. Jenny the pug included. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to mushroom Bay and many food options.

We have stayed here before and really loved it, was super excited to come back, it was still great this time, however maybe not as spectacular as we had remembered. The bungalows are super cute, with anaesthetic white wood walls, bed with a pretty mosquito net and the classic outdoor bathroom. Love the bananas pancakes at breakfast! The pug that lives there is very adorable! The pool has a stunning view of Tamarind Bay and the hotel is a short walk or bike to mushroom bay. The hotel was able to organise anything we wanted, including a snorkel trip to Nusa Penida.

The bed was not very comfortable. It wasn't just that it was firm, there was a weird thin wooden board between the mattress and the bed frame, which made a lot of noise and made the bed uncomfortable. The pool seriously discoloured multiple of my bikinis unfortunately, I went and bought a cheap bikini from a market stall so I wouldn't ruin anymore swimsuits. The cocktails at the pool were sometimes amazing, sometimes not so good depending on who was making them. Also a very small thing but the juices at breakfast were very basic and you couldn't buy a nicer fresh juice until ~11am

The service at the restaurant was variable. As other reviews have said the lady doesn’t seem to want to be there. We booked a snorkelling trip from there and the boat didn’t have life jackets and the places they sent us to whilst beautiful weren’t safe with the amount of boats and swell. I didn’t enjoy that.

From the moment we checked in we were greeted with kindness, enthusiasm & care. The room was lovely & in such a peaceful location with the pool right outside our front door. Yoman in particular was so very helpful & attentive. He organised our tours & personally showed us around the island. Nothing was too much trouble for Yoman, he was always happy & professional. Yoman even excelled in customer service. My partner forgot his t-shirt from laundry, so Yoman organised its safe delivery to our hotel in bali, the very same day. Absolutely exceptional service.

Excellent cook for every meal we had, ate there most days a good selection offered at breakfast the spectacular view every morning was a highlight

Location was great. Short walk to shops, massage, beach, dining. Easy transport when we wanted to go further. Had a sea view hut and it was amazing!! Views were great across the pool looking out over the ocean. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice but did expect a little different from this sort of hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Not complaining but for me, breakfast could be a little better and beds were a little hard for my liking. But overall LOVED our stay.

The location was excellent as it is right next to the beach. However this beach is not very popular. I also loved the swimming pool as there are 2 swimming pools so was never too busy.

The downside was the room. The floor was very slippery, so we kept slipping, especially on the step leading to the outdoor bathroom. We were travelling with our 5-year-old child, so this was quite stressful. Another issue was the towel rail, which kept coming loose. We removed it and set it aside, but housekeeping would simply reattach it without properly fixing it, so it kept coming off again.
