La chambre était lumineuse vu sur une mer bleue magnifique. Les activités proposées et surtout tous les membres du personnel très professionnels et très sympathiques. Bel emplacement idéal pour le snorkeling avec un ponton qui donne sur un aquarium.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Concorde Moreen Beach Resort di Marsa Alam e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero splendida. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Ramens II: spaziosa, ariosa, sempre pulita e molto accogliente. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dal mare e dalla passerella che permette di raggiungere direttamente una barriera corallina meravigliosa, ricchissima di pesci e vita marina. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tamer, che ci ha accolti fin dal nostro arrivo con grande disponibilità e gentilezza (parla molto bene l’italiano), aiutandoci durante tutto il soggiorno e facendoci sentire sempre seguiti e benvenuti. Un grazie anche a Dominika Peskova, sempre estremamente cortese e disponibile: ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa ci ha aiutati personalmente oppure ci ha subito indirizzati verso la persona di riferimento, assicurandosi che ogni nostra richiesta trovasse una soluzione. Due persone che hanno sicuramente contribuito a rendere ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Ottima anche l’esperienza con la ristorazione: cucina varia e di qualità, accompagnata da camerieri sempre sorridenti, disponibili e attenti. Tutto lo staff contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Un altro punto di forza del resort è la possibilità di organizzare direttamente numerose escursioni grazie ai diversi point presenti all’interno della struttura. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato e sono state tra le esperienze più belle della vacanza. Abbiamo visitato Luxor con un’escursione in pulmino in un piccolo gruppo di sole 7 persone: un’esperienza molto bella e ben organizzata, che ci ha permesso di scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più affascinanti dell’Egitto. Abbiamo poi prenotato con Mohamed un’uscita in barca con snorkeling, durante la quale abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere due tartarughe e persino un dugongo. Un’esperienza che difficilmente dimenticheremo.

Personale molto accogliente, colazione top, ci hanno dato una camera vista mare nel blocco centrale con posizione molto comoda perché vicina a spiaggia, piscina e ristorante. Possibile fare immersioni grazie al Diving Center e gite per snorkeling (delfini, dugongo, tartarughe) con partenza dal resort. Inoltre sempre con partenza dal resort abbiamo fatto un bellissimo safari nel deserto in quad al tramonto: esperienza magica!

Pur avendo ricevuto upgrade camera(vista mare al posto della vista giardino) il bagno aveva un cattivo odore, specie la notte. Hanno provato a risolvere ma solo con spray mangia odori.

It’s impossible to name just one thing we liked because everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel truly at home. A special thanks to Mr. Edris, Mr. Ahmed, Ariana, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. The food was excellent, especially for an all-inclusive hotel, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Being able to bring our pet made our stay even more special, and we truly appreciated this pet-friendly experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The only minor issue during our stay was that the lift was out of service for almost two days. However, these things can happen, and I'm sure it was an isolated and unexpected situation. It certainly did not take away from our overall excellent experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Posto ideale per chi cerca una struttura non troppo caotica , con una bellissima spiaggia riservata e la possibilità di fare snorkelling anche direttamente dall’albergo. Il personale è a dir poco gentilissimo ed estremamente attento agli ospiti , in pochi giorni ci siamo sentite davvero come a casa e capiamo perché la maggior parte degli ospiti non era lì per la prima volta . Grazie a tutti davvero, in particolare a Saad e Ahmed. Consigliamo anche le escursioni con il centro diving presente in struttura , abbiamo fatto delle bellissime gite con poche persone e delle ottime guide . Forse i costi delle escursioni sono un po’ alti , sopratutto per chi vuole farne più di una, ma non abbiamo nessun termine di paragone per sapere se i prezzi fossero nella media o meno.

Nulla . Forse consiglierei di inserire qualche piatto vegetariano in più nel buffet ma le alternative erano sempre presenti.

Non mi è piaciuto insistenza dei ragazzi con le escursioni, il cibo non era il massimo, poco scelta e molto speziato.

Das Essen, vor allem Frühstück, war gut. Das Hausriff ist schön, wenngleich es zwei Tage gesperrt war, angeblich wegen Wind.

Sehr lästig waren die äusserst lärmigen Bauarbeiten in der Anlage. Man hat den Baulärm überall gehört, von morgens um 7 Uhr bis abends um 7 Uhr. Das ist eine Zumutung! Es hätte deswegen zumindest eine Preisreduktion geben müssen.

Struttura vicina all’aeroporto (circa 30 min), comprensiva di tutti i servizi necessari. Noi l’abbiamo scelta anche per il pontile diretto sulla barriera corallina dove c’è accesso con una scaletta per snorkeling, diving o semplicemente una nuotata in acque meravigliose. Piscina sempre pulita, asciugamani e bar ovunque. Staff sempre presente e sorridente e, volendo, puoi fare con loro tutti i tipi di escursioni.

Unica nota dolente, se devo trovarla. Avevamo bisogno di un disinfettante/betadine/acqua ossigenata per pulire una ferita e nessuno lo aveva. La piccola clinica ci ha proposto l’ospedale per 600€ e i piccoli market nel resort non vendevano disinfettanti. La reception non aveva nulla. Ci hanno propinato un disinfettante gel per le mani 😂 ho sbagliato io a non portarlo con me ma trovo che un posto così debba avere (DA CONPRARE ALMENO) dei prodotti disinfettanti

Het was een stuk paradijs op aarde. Je berteedt echt een "No-Stress Zone" Prachtige accommodaties. Eten van hoog culinair niveau en de keuze was reuze. Ruime kamer en elke dag goede schoonmaak. Uiterst vriendelijke medewerkers die jouw het gevoel geven dat jouw verblijf en ervaring uitstekend mag zijn. In het bijzonder Manager Saad is een topper, een rustige en uiterst vriendelijke man. En collega Kassem was ook super aardig.

Nice private beach. Our room was amazing.

The food quality is low. They will give you the possibility to eat for free at their Italian restaurant. It's not even a relative of an Italian restaurant. That was really bad (we are Italian). It's embarrassing that they still keep this open. Moreover, one morning after breakfast our room couldn't be accessed anymore because the lock on the door was broken. It was annoying that we needed to wait for more than one hour to be able to come back to our room. It was quite unpleasant

Il Concorde ci ha fatto vivere una settimana da Re! Lo staff è super disponibile nei confronti dei suoi ospiti, chiedete e vi sarà dato! L'accoglienza e la professionalità con cui trattano i clienti è altamente lodevole. La pulizia degli ambienti rende ogni spostamento all'interno della struttura piacevole e il cibo è molto buono. Consiglio caldamente anche la Spa e le attività che i ragazzi ogni giorno si impegnano a proporre compresa l'animazione costituita da veri e propri showman. Da quando aprite gli occhi a quando andate a dormire sarete serviti e riveriti. Ottimo e puntuale anche il servizio di lavanderia, ristoranti annessi a tema (come italiano e pesce). Ottima l'assistenza imprevista (di sera sono sceso per chiedere una tisana digerente e un antizanzare e li ho avuti in stanza in meno di 10 minuti). La stanza era bellissima si affacciava sul mare e il letto l'abbiamo sempre trovato in ordine con tano di cestino di frutta omaggio oltre ad essere veramente comodo, si dorme benissimo. Ottimo anche il servizio della navetta per Port Ghalib. Punta di diamante la piscina riscaldata e servita da bar personale insieme al ristorante della spiaggia. Insomma una vera e propria famiglia. Torneremo sicuramente. Un Grazie speciale a Saad e tutto il suo staff!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit am Roten Meer! Für uns als Familie war das Hotel ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Die Korallenriffe direkt am Hotel sind einfach atemberaubend und wunderschön erhalten. Die Diving-Basis war professionell und hat uns tolle Erlebnisse ermöglicht. Wir haben uns selten so willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vor allem an Kassem!

Wir waren extra zum Schnorcheln in Ägypten. Das Hausriff (100m um den Steg) war echt sehr gut. Auch auf Tour nach Sataya haben wir keine besseren Korallen gesehen. Essen war gut, aber nicht sehr gut (paßt aber zum Preis!)

Ich fände es viel schöner, wenn die Seile im Riff nicht wären und der Müll mal rausgesammelt wird, Gym war nach 16 Uhr geschlossen und die Geräte funktionierten nur zum Teil, Beleuchtung im Restaurant und Zimmer sehr grell und wenig Atmosphäre

The food is very good, especially lunch and dinner. The desserts were less than expected compared to the quality of the other dishes. The natural juices are excellent and available at breakfast, and the fish and seafood are superb. The beach is teeming with wonderful coral reefs and a variety of fish. The place is excellent for snorkeling enthusiasts.

The crystal-clear waters just off the beach were stunning — even from the surface you could see the vibrant corals and colorful fish thriving below. The dining was equally impressive, with a varied buffet and standout themed nights. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura pochi giorni fa e appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Saad che parla benissimo l'italiano. La struttura é tenuta bene, camera molto spaziosa e la cucina a buffet aveva molta scelta e il cibo era buono. Abbiamo usufruito anche del centro massaggi con esito molto positivo e con un costo molto favorevole. Tutto il personale presente in struttura è stato molto gentile. Infine siamo riusciti a fare il bagno anche se c'era molto vento.

The staff at the restaurant were really amazing, they were so kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Honestly, every single person working in the hotel restaurants was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team was—they made everything smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. They also served us with a special two lunch boxes when our stay is finished ❤️. Wagdy, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. We got a suite for nothing. Or maybe they took pity on us because the airline changed our flight and lost our luggage.

La struttura é tenuta bene. Siamo stati a gennaio e faceva anche molto caldo tanto che si poteva fare il bagno. Abbiamo anche usufruito del centro immersioni per le escursioni (un po’ costoso per lo snorkeling) che si trova all’interno del resort. Cibo buono e buffet ben fornito (forse meglio il buffet del ristorante italiano). Anche il centro massaggi positivo con prezzi nella norma. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto Saad che parla l’italiano benissimo.

Since our arrival, when we met Mr Saad, everything was great. With his kindness he made our holidays memorable, helping and supporting us in every need. As booking.com customers we received a very appreciated upgrade to a fantastic suite perfectly located and with a fantastic seaview. The clean beach is quite enjoyable both for wind protection and white sand that allows the bath. Over the pier is possible to have nice snorkeling sessions. A special remarks to the gym trainer/physiotherapist and SPA representative, very enjoyable. Gym well furnished and good spa. Very good food with a comprehensive variety at the main restaurant for every slot. Many thanks to Hassan, Bahaa and Aladdin at the restaurant and to the barbecue's chef Mahmood. Really thank you!

Italian restaurant definitely improvable. Seafood dinner also need some more attention. A bit too pushy the team from beauty salon.

The rooms are close to the restaurant, the sea, and the swimming pool, which is very convenient for the elderly. They are clean, the food is acceptable, and the rooms offer a view of the entire sea. It's calm and relaxing for any couple. The sea's location is perfect; you don't need swimming equipment to see the fish because they are plentiful and clearly visible. You only need swimming shoes and goggles. My sister went nine times and never got tired of it, and Haya suggested I go too. I enjoyed it immensely; it's like the Maldives in Egypt. September is hot, and August is hot. The best time to go to Marsa Alam is May, June, and July. I will go next year because I loved it.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich, freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Keine Bitte war zu viel, es wurde einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Egal ob im Restaurant, Lobbybar oder Zimmerservice. Die Hotelanlage ist irgendwo im Nirgendwo, aber das war bei der Buchung beabsichtigt und somit kann man in dem Hotel super entspannen

Tolle Lage, gepflegte Anlage (obwohl schon 15 Jahre alt), sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter, super Tauchschule mit ultranetten und kompetenten Guides, Essen überwiegend gut (7 von 10), eher eine Unterkunft für Erwachsene

Manchmal nervige Animationsmusik am Pool, der Massagetyp hat voll genervt

Hôtel directement sur la plage, snorkling facile depuis la plage ou le ponton, personnel sympathique, hôtel à taille humaine, pas de "course au transat", buffet varié, BBQ différent tous les jours à l'extérieur, desserts excellents, système du "drapeau rouge" pour ne pas être dérangé/sollicité très apprécier. Températures en octobre très agréables !

Beaucoup de vent pendant notre séjour en octobre, bruyant le soir si on ne participe pas aux animations, cocktails compris dans le all inclusive pas bon.

Dovrei scrivere un poema per descrivere tutti i punti di forza di questo splendido resort, quindi cercherò di riassumere il più possibile. In primis TUTTO il personale, disponibili, sorridenti, simpatici, ti fanno sentire in famiglia, sono davvero eccezionali! Il resort è, a mio parere, delle dimensioni perfette, perché non è immenso come altri in cui per raggiungere la spiaggia, il ristorante, o la reception ci si impiega parecchi minuti a piedi per arrivarci, ma è tutto a portata di mano. La cura del verde è impressionante! I giardini sono curatissimi, come un prato da golf, ci lavorano tutti i giorni con cura, e la disposizione delle varie camere con i percorsi in mezzo ad adessi, la sera li rende ancora più suggestivi! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e con tutti i comfort necessari. La cucina ha sempre un'ampia varietà, dalla colazione, alla cena, e ho assaggiato ogni cibo proposto (compreso frutta, verdura e macedonia!) confermando che tutti i cibi sono genuini!

Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare, è poter lasciare la possibilità di fare snorkeling dal pontile anche con bandiera rossa, assumendosi le proprie responsabilità.

Aggiungo che hanno una clinica medica in struttura con un medico sempre disponibile in caso di necessità, senza costi aggiuntivi, e che è in contatto diretto con l'ospedale di port Galib per questioni più gravi (ovviamente in caso di trasferimento in ospedale, andrà pagato di tasca propria). Offrono un sacco di servizi, dal centro diving, alle escursioni organizzate, centro estetico, negozi vari, atm, una palestra piccolina ma funzionale perché ha tutti gli attrezzi per poter fare un allenamento completo se siete degli sportivi, e il personale che pulisce sempre in maniera attenta. C'è una zona piscine (di cui però non ho usufruito quindi non posso recensire) e il bar che serve anche la spiaggia dal mattino al tramonto (ecco qui avrei fatto in modo di lasciarlo aperto fino a mezzanotte come il bar principale nella reception per chi vuole godersi la spiaggia anche la sera visto che è tutta ben illuminata e la rende magnifica). C'è anche una spiaggetta più appartata, riservata solo agli adulti, che è dotata di doccia, mini bar con dispenser di acqua, succhi di frutta e caffè. Una vera comodità quando si vuole stare in tranquillità! Mi sono trovato veramente bene!

Přijeli jsme v 9 hodin ráno a i když byl check-in až od 14 hodin, byl náš pokoj připraven v 10 hodin. Navíc jsme za menší příplatek dostali upgrade pokoje ( místo Deluxe room jsme byli ubytování v apartmánu s výhledem na moře). Apartmán byl prostorný, pěkně zařízený a čistý. Concorde je menší hotel, takže bylo všude blízko. Pláž byla velká, s přímým vstupem do moře. Bylo zde i molo, především pro potápěče a šnorchlování. Šnorchling byl úžasný. Strava byla pestrá, velký výběr salátů, rozmanitá úprava masa. Personál byl příjemný, usměvavý a ochotný. Velký dík také patří slečně recepční, která byla z Česka, jakýkoliv požadavek vyřídila s místním personálem.

Trovarsi in un resort ma sentirsi come a casa, tutto lo staff è cortese ed educato, sempre pronti a dedicare un sorriso e una parola gentile. La spiaggia è ampia e provvista di tutte le comodità, il mare è meraviglioso, una barriera corallina ricca di pesci e coralli, l'accesso avviene sia dalla spiaggia (con altezza massima 1,5 mt) che dal pontile, ottimo per lo snorkeling sia di principianti che di esperti. La zona piscina è molto ampia e con un comodo bar. Il cibo nel complesso non è male, sempre considerando che ci troviamo in Egitto chiaramente, grande varietà di carne, pesce, verdure, piatti egiziani, dolci e lievitati. Il ristorante "la dolce vita" non è male, ricordiamoci che lo chef è egiziano, abbiamo dato qualche suggerimento, molto apprezzato, per renderlo più italiano... Il ristorante "Baraka" (a pagamento) ti immerge nella cucina egiziana e il pesce è di buona qualità. L'animazione c'è ma molto soft, ogni sera un intrattenimento diverso. Le camere sono pulite e ordinate. il resort è pieno di piante e fiori sempre in ordine e pulito. Abbiamo partecipato ad escursioni con il centro diving e con i quad, anche in questo caso staff eccellente. Nel complesso molto soddisfatti, torneremo a trovarvi.

Nessuna nota negativa. Purtroppo alla nostra partenza il resort era al completo e non abbiamo potuto fare il late check out, ma hanno comunque trovato una soluzione per farci fare una doccia prima della partenza che sarebbe avvenuta nel tardo pomeriggio.

Der Orca Dive Tauchclub: Sehr tolles und hilfsbereites Personal dort! Ebenfalls unser Roomkeeper Shaaban, special thanks !! Sehr schöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage, große Zimmer. Das Hotel und Küchenpersonal, auch die Rezeption war stets bemüht um unser Wohl.

Das Fitness Studio leider in keinem guten Zustand: Klimaanlage verlor entweder Wasser oder war nicht in Betrieb, es gab kein Desinfektionsmittel für die Geräte, auch diese waren nur spärlich vorhanden. Buffet: Sehr sehr sehr große Auswahl, allerdings erhielt man nur auf Nachfrage die Zutatenliste bzw. Inhaltsstoffe - leider nicht immer zuverlässig - was es für Allergiker (und Vegetarier/Veganer) sehr schwierig macht.

• Pools and surrounding areas need maintenance. • Food variety is limited. • Fresh juice only at breakfast and mini bar policy confusing. • Water served in cups instead of bottles, with dispensers in public areas don’t feel suitable for this level of hotel. • Snack bar hours are shorter than most hotels.

My late husband and I had visited the Concorde many times in the past and as is the custom for loyal guests, we got to plant a tree in 2018. We skipped a year because we went to Thailand the following year, and in 2020, we all went into lockdown and were once again unable to visit our beloved Concorde. We both contracted Covid and sadly, my beloved husband passed away. This year, I felt emotionally ready to return and contacted Ahmed El Marakby (the Front Office Mgr) to tell him that I would be visiting with two friends. Ahmed was on leave, so he asked Saad Eldin Mohsen (the Assistance Front Office Mgr) to handle the booking. He was so kind and empathetic and made sure that every detail of our stay was taken care of. This has to be my all-time favourite hotel! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. On this particular trip, Mohammed Rabie (the Housekeeping Mgr) had the room decorated so beautifully, that I was totally overwhelmed! The bathrooms are also fabulous and everything is extremely clean. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the sea is magnificent. I love this hotel because it's not a huge resort, yet you have absolutely everything that you need. There is ample space so that you don't have people sitting on top of you and you don't have to walk for miles to get a bit of peace and quiet. Yet it is far from dull and boring. The animation team offers a lot to keep you busy. The food is exquisite, a huge variety. The quality was amazing with something for every palate. Make sure you have at least 1 dinner in the Italian restaurant, run by Alaa. The evening entertainment will keep you involved and amused. The Concorde has always felt like home to me, so this is where I wanted to erect a plaque to honour my husband. Saad, Mohammed (the chief gardener) and the engineering team assisted me and even constructed a frame for it. I am eternally grateful!

I didn't like that I could only stay for 4 days. But I WILL be back!!!

Ottimo hotel

We came specifically for diving (which we did not do due to illness). For that the hotel is perfect, fantastic reef with a reputable dive shop on the premises. This time as I booked via booking and not through an operator (tui) we had a very good-big room in main building. Food on the evening when is oriental/local was nice. Nice touch with single serve prebiotic yogurt for breakfast.

Food apart from the oriental evening leaves quite a lot to be desired. Typical bain-marie stuff. You will not go hungry but you might get a stomach bug, due to reuse and things sweating in bain-maries. Don't even bother with the italian restaurant, i don't know why the italian guests to not rebel. Very big minus for the chauffeur service. Guy balantly ripped us off and the car was a rund down ruin with the driver breaking rules and driving in general in a very unsafe way.

Very nice resort! A lot of activities available. Excellent food and too much (all inclusive) :-)

Service was exceptional. Food was good with lots of variety at every meal. The traditional dinner at Seafood restaurant was wonderful as were Egyptian and Nubian dinners. Shout out to Ahmed (and the front desk team), Elle at Orca dive, Hassam for help with all our dining, Mohammed the Chef, Mina for Spa bookings (and Hana and Ebram our masseuses) for making our stay wonderful.

It would be great to have more Egyptian offerings at the buffet. We appreciated that there was always something local at each meal and the grill.

Very good resort for a week's stay, clean, comfortable, properly manned, nice. Beach is acceptable and reef around the property good (front water is shallow and rocky, but there is a walk-pier for reaching deeper water). Food is ok, without exceptional peaks. Staff kind and helpful.

I would improve entertainment. People in the job there, were good and put effort in the shows, but they were few of them. Sunday show good.

The hotel is very quiet and it is good to spend time there. Good territory, great beach both with riffs and sand so you can swim at any weather. Great stuff, great view, clean room. We enjoyed tasty food at Italian restaurant. We booked this hotel last year and selected the same one this year.

Saad, our check in manager, was very helpful, both when we arrived and in sorting out a booking at the Italian restaurant. We enjoyed being able to snorkel from the beach and jetty there, though it was rather windy. We also enjoyed the large, well maintained grounds. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Good location, Nice View, Big Room, Friendly Staff and Nice activities.

No Variety of food. At Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. No Spices at breakfast, Vegetables and fruits are poor comparing to five stars hotel. No Variety of cheese. Small Serving dishes for Jam or honey not available. All sweets at dinner just cake with multiple styles and flavors but no eastern sweets at all. No Vanity kit at room’s bathroom.

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

The food is OK, but could be better.

The food was excelent! I didn't expect that quality at all. Lots of vegetarian options too and the selection changed every day. 👌🏿 The staff was nice and not pushy, which is great. The room and all of the facility was really clean. It's a smaller hotel complex but that is its superpower. They treat us really well and beyond necesary and I would recommend this hotel to everybody for even few nights. Plus it's not far from the airport.

I don't recommend to go to their italy restaurant instead regular dinner because the food is not that great.

The staff were exceptional. They will do everything to make you comfortable and feel well-looked after. The house reef is an incredible dive site. The health of the corals are good and there is plenty of marine life. Good diving for advanced divers too.

The beer tasted like water. After a few days, couldn’t drink it anymore. And the vegetarian food options were very limited.

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

Sauna/whirlpool should be free. The condition of some elements was a little run down (for instance, curtains did not flow nicely and got stuck, damaged curtains). These are not really big issues, certainly not for the price we paid, but this could be improved for a hotel with 5-star pretensions. Room cleaning was ok but could be better. Several items were not replaced or cleaned up during our stay. It's not a complaint but an area for improvement. The entourage outside the hotel property was not very inspiring. Just a resort in the middle of nowhere. Staying here for a week is nice. If it is longer, I am unsure if I liked that.

very good and clean room with balcony; there is nice coral and fish at the end of the jetty (but the sea current was too strong for snorkling during the time that I stayed there, so I did dive/snorkel trips via the dive center which was nice); friendly personnel; nice place with some trees and flowers I asked for a room with sea view and (maybe because I was there before) got it, which was very nice. Every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. They were also very kind to me in changing my check-out time. I brought a wetsuit, because the water is at its coldest in February. At first I snorkled without wetsuit, but for me it gets too cold after some time. You can also rent a wetsuit from the dive center in the resort.

There is quite hard music near the swimming pools. The majority seems to like it according to the manager. It is easy to escape from it by staying at the beach.

The resort is really nice and clean, with a beautiful beach, the food is good and the staff is super nice. I took a room with the Seaview and it was amazing

If you come here just to relax is perfect, they have also a good spa, but if you want to have more fun, if you want to be with young people, more animation etc, than u may have to change resort
