Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατοι κι εξαιρετικοί επαγγελματίες. Αισθανθήκαμε σαν να μένουμε σε φίλους. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μας μοναδική!

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes (très réactifs et à l'écoute); Petites attentions (eau minerale fournie ; bouteille de vin blanc); l'emplacement (nous n'avions pas de voiture mais le bus passe à proximité et facilite les déplacements)

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre (nous n'avons pas réussi à la régler et avons eu un peu chaud)

Everything - Menna was so kind and friendly, welcomed us with wine & water and gave us a few tips for the beaches, food, town.. We had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. There is a steep hill leading up to the accommodation which just makes you stronger! And thank you for the figs :)

Les propriétaires, Anna et son mari, et Menna sont très accueillants, à l'écoute et de très bon conseil. Même si la villa est très en hauteur, la vue est exceptionnelle et l'appartement très confortable et bien équipé. Une adresse à louer les yeux fermés.

La doccia non scaricava l’acqua perciò poca igiene, Troppo rumorosa,dalla camera si sentivano distintamente 3/4 motori delle altre stanze dell’aria condizionata (si poteva tranquillamente dormire con la finestra aperta per la gradevole temperatura esterna ma non è stato possibile per il continuo rumore notturno dei condizionatori)si consiglia di aggiornare i condizionatori a questo punto. Se non ci fossero stati questi due problemi sarebbe stato un soggiorno molto gradevole.

Nemáme čo vytknúť. Áno, ubytovanie je na kopci, ale dá sa to tu vyčítať z komentov, takže sme o tom vedeli dopredu. Ostatné služby to vynahradli :)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna Maria! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the island and gave us great advice on places to visit, beaches, restaurants, and things to do. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything! We would definitely recommend Villa Anna Maria and would be very happy to come back again!

Ho avuto un problema con l'elettricità ma Menna ha risolto subito il problema. In 2 minuti. Quindi non ho proprio nulla da segnalare.

Skvelá poloha mimo centra. Treba si požičať skúter , pripadne 4-kolku a bez problémov ste za 10 minút v centre.

Des hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques, prêts à donner de bons conseils. Le logement est calme, propre, bien équipé, avec une belle vue. Arrêt de bus, restaurants, bars et plage à 200-300 mètres.

L'établissement est situé en hauteur, sur une colline, ce qui peut représenter une contrainte pour certaines personnes, notamment en termes d'accès à pied.

Staff gentile e davvero disponibile, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla! Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare al meglio la nostra visita. Posizione perfetta per girare l’isola, a due passi da ristoranti/bar, minimarket, spiaggia e fermata 16 della linea bus. Abbiamo potuto vedere tutte le spiagge della costa sud servendoci della linea bus. L’appartamento dispone di una cucina sufficientemente servita e di uno spazio esterno (noi avevamo un balconcino) dove è piacevole consumare i pasti.

Ho trovato la struttura un po’ costosa rispetto alle stanze offerte con arredamento di vecchia data.

Struttura bellissima con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia. Vicina al mare: si può andare anche a piedi, se si è allenati per le salite. La signora Anna Maria è molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di lasciare la camera alle 12 a.m. Il giorno della partenza. Accoglienza impeccabile.

Tutto perfetto! Sentirsi come a casa, Anna Maria ed il marito persone amorevoli e speciali, super disponibili in tutto . Bellissimo giardino e bellissima vista

The property had lovely views and gardens full of flowers. Rooms were comfortable and spotless and Meena could not have been more helpful. Would definitely come back here.

Wir hatten von unserer Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Bad war neu renoviert.

An der Terrassentür wäre ein Mückenschutz vorteilhaft gewesen.

Pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. La struttura si trova a meno di 10 minuti di scooter dal centro di Skiathos ed è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente sia le spiagge della costa nord che quelle della costa sud. Inoltre, dispone di un ampio parcheggio proprio di fronte alla casa, quindi trovare posto per auto o scooter non è mai stato un problema. Consigliatissima!

Il verde, la tranquillità, la pulizia, la posizione. La disponibilità in tutto. Vengono messi a disposizione degli ospiti anche ombrelloni , sedie e giocattoli da mare da poter portare in spiaggia. Tanto spazio per il parcheggio, anche all'ombra. La signora Anna Maria e sua figlia sanno essere davvero accoglienti, sono sempre sorridenti e prodighe di consigli e informazioni sull'isola.

Come in tutti i posti immersi nella natura, non mancano le zanzare, unico neo del nostro soggiorno a Villa Anna Maria. La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi da Agia Paraskevi ma la salita per raggiungerla è breve ma molto ripida.

Inca de la inceput am fost intampinati foarte frumos si am primit toate informatiile esentiale pentru vacanta de 10 nopti. Combinatia Villa Anna Maria + taverna Jimmy's din capatul stradutei este o experienta 100% greceasca.

Everything is so great! The staff, the cleanliness, the location with a great local beach and just 10 min by car from amazing beaches like Koukounaries and also Skiathos town. We would come back for another longer stay!

Wonderful place with amazing hospitality! We had a fantastic stay at Anna Maria Accommodation in Skiathos. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was cleaned every single day. The balcony and terrace were absolutely amazing, with a stunning, breathtaking sea view — we spent most of our time there whenever we were at the apartment. The location is also great for exploring the beaches and enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay. Anna Maria and Meena were wonderful hosts: very kind, welcoming, always ready to help, and happy to give useful recommendations. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, the place was spotless, and the view from the balcony was simply magnetic. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful place and amazing hospitality! We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet area, very close to the beaches, and it has everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean, with the room being cleaned every single day. The hosts were incredibly kind, always available, and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. On our check-out day, since our ferry was at 4:00 PM, they generously offered to let us go to the beach and come back to take a shower before leaving. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality, highly recommended!

Väldigt trevliga värdar. Super med erbjudande av transfer till och från flygplatsen och matinköp inför ankomsten. Mycket bra städning. Bra utrustat ”kök”. Läget är väldigt lugnt och vackert. Tredje gången vi bor här.

Das Appartment hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Täglich Reinigung und mehrmaliger Handtuchwechsel ist inklusive. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit (z.B. liehen sie uns Sonnenschirme für den Strand) und gastfreundlich. Den Fußweg zu den Tavernen oder zum nächsten Strand (5 Minuten) konnten wir (60+) problemlos bewältigen. Die steile Anfahrt zum Quartier war eine Herausforderung, aber machbar.

Ubyrovani skvele, sice trochu kopec, ale to si zvyknete. Na velmi dobrou plaz je to max 10 minut. A pani majitelka Menna byla uzasna. Vse poradi, zajisti a je velmi napomocna. Proste top sluzby.

O nicem nevim.

Meena gave me a very warm welcome and after a stressful couple of days before my holiday started I immediately felt more relaxed. She gave me great tips about how to get around the island, the not to be missed highlights, and remained available for help even after I had moved on to the next part of my holiday. Even though I was a single traveller - I was given 12ltrs of complementary drinking water - which was great as it is heavy to carry up the steep hill to the apartments.

The WiFi was not always reliable - apart from that it was a perfect stay.

O experiență de neuitat la Villa Anna Maria! Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și primitoare — te face să te simți ca acasă din prima clipă. Camera impecabilă, curată și îngrijită, iar priveliștea a fost pur și simplu superbă. O locație care te cucerește complet. Dacă Booking ar permite o notă mai mare de 10, cu siguranță ar fi meritat-o! Cu siguranță vom reveni!

What a beautiful part of the world ! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the view from the hotel is gorgeous over the mountains and sea, we watched the sunset over the hills every evening.

Skvelá poloha, všetko blízko - supermarket, reštaurácie, pláž, autobusová zastávka. Ubytovanie poskytuje skvelý panoramatický výhľad. Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým, čo je počas pobytu potrebné.

Great apartments with good facilities , kettle and kitchenette in room number 8 lovely sea view balcony .. tea and coffee left for one cup on arrival. Many of the facilities seemed new . Shampoo and shower gel provided , good size apartments and bathroom with curtain ., tv in room. Modern rooms very friendly staff , quite a steep hill and steps up to the apartments but well worth it , would definitely return .

Kein Fenster im Bad zum Lüften

Super Gastgeber, Willkommensdrink und alles über die Insel erklärt. Der Sohn der Gastgeber hat eine Mietwagenfirma, ein Auto wurde uns zugestellt und abgeholt, auch ein Taxi vom und zum Flughafen von Mena organisiert. Alles reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag gereinigt und neue Handtücher, sogar Strandtücher haben wir bekommen. Der Paraskevi Strand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, waren nur am ersten Tag dort, weil ohne Auto, es gibt definitiv schönere Strände.

Wir waren zwei Familien, daher siehe andere Bewertung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben bei einem Willkommensgetränk viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub auf Skiathos bekommen. Die Wohnungen waren gut eingerichtet und sauber, Selbstversorgung ist mit der Küche problemlos möglich. Der Blick von der Terrasse war wunderbar. Einzig der Anfahrtsweg ist eine kleine Herausforderung (nach der Hauptstraße teilweise steil), aber trotzdem machbar.

Nice sized room with comfortable beds. Good sized shower and plenty of hot water. Everything we needed to make snacks, and breakfast. They did service shop so we had food in our fridge before we arrived. Nice balcony, we could sit out on to see lovely view over the bay of A. Pareskevi. Anna Maria and Menna both lovely ladies, very kind and helpful. Provided us with umbrella when wet and walking routes etc. There is AC for heating when it got cold as well. We were just later in season and unlucky having 3 wet days out of our stay of 10. Also, soft warm blankets. There are lots of good restaurants and bars on the main road below. Recommend Jimmy's. No sound up in our room but the birds. Beautiful views all around us. Good place to visit the rest of the island as central. Near bus stops 15 and 16 and buses about every 10 mins and around 2/4 euros to travel.

There is a quite steep road, 180 steps to get up to the apartment, and then another 80 proper steps. If young and fit, no problem, but probably recommend car if not. It was our challenge to climb up road bit in one go without stopping. There is good parking at the top near the apartment. .we had a great time staying there.

Clean and simple.

Google maps sent us up the wrong and very steep hill to get to the property. Written directions would have helped.

Perfect spot for what we needed, fantastic views. Menna was the perfect host and even did a little shop for us as we were on a tight schedule.

The kitchen is a little small but was fine for what we needed.

This property is ideal…… however if you have some mobility issues or fitness concerns the walk up to the property can seem daunting.

L’acceuil est vraiment for-mi-dable! Le logement est ultra propre, la salle de bains de bonne taille. Il y a juste ce qu’il faut pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable. On vous conseille sur que voir dans l'île. Vraiment top!!! Le tout autour d’un café.

Najviac sa mi páčili hostitelia, boli neuveriteľne milí a láskaví. Ubytovanie sa nachádza na kopci, vďaka čomu je odtiaľ krásny výhľad, aj na more, bonus k tomu sú vyšportované lýtka 😉 ubytovanie je jednoduchšie, ale čisté a malá kuchynka bola vybavená všetkým potrebným. Výborná lokalita, blízko pláže, autobusovej zastávky a výborných reštaurácií.

Jedna izba bola krásna veľká a jedna velmi malá, pre deti OK, ale my sme boli 4 dospelí. Malé mravčeky, na ktoré pomohol priložený repelent do zástrčky.

The view from the balcony is amazing! The room is clean and the beach is within 6-7min walking distance. The market and good restaurants are just around the corner. And the host is lovely, friendly, and helpful <3

Nothing to stop us from booking this place again. But the walls are really thin, so it may get too loud sometimes, especially when bathroom is being used. And have in mind that the house is on the hill, so prepare for a good cardio session each time you go up and down :)

Proprietari gentilissimi, camera spaziosa immersa nel verde, con vista spettacolare sul mare, a due passi da una spiaggia stupenda, da buone taverne, piccoli market e dalla fermata del bus (passano ogni 10 minuti e portano in tutta l'isola). Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Salita molto ripida per arrivare e tante scale (fatica ricompensata, però, dalla tranquillità e dal bellissimo panorama). Mancava una macchinetta per fare il caffé.

Anna Maria e il suo staff gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, molto gentili, ti fanno sentire come uno di famiglia. Apprezzata la pace e tranquillità della struttura.

Arredamento un po’ retrò. Letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli. Location posta parecchio in salita ma comunque raggiungibile facilmente.

Ubytovanie má nádherný výhľad do okolia, je vsadené v krásnej záhrade. Vybavenie ubytovania bolo čisté a udržiavané. Menna je skvelá. Je milá , usmievavá, ochotná a komunikatívna. Je veľmi dôležitou súčasťou. S radosťou budem spomínať na poskytnutý komfort, výhľad do záhrady a na more a na milú Mennu.

Tot ha estat fantàstic! L'amabilitat de Menna i Anna Maria, insuperable! Totalment recomenable, en cas de tornar a Skiathos, tornaria aquí segur.

Ubytovanie bolo pekné, príjemné. Najkrajší bol exkluzívny výhľad na hory a more. Balkón bol síce menší, ale pre 2 ľudí akurát. Okolie, záhrada krásne udržiavané a čisté. Ubytovanie je situované nie ďaleko od hlavnej cesty, kde sa nachádza hneď autobusová zastávka č. 16 s pravidelnými spojmi. Tiež je tu niekoľko síce menších supermarketov, ale dá sa tu kúpiť všetko potrebné, základné. Je tu veľa taverien. Majiteľka príjemná, ochotná, milá.

Toto ubytovanie má najväčšiu nevýhodu v tom, že je postavené v prudkom kopci, takže je potrebná dobrá kondička, aby sa človek na izbu dostal, ak nemá vypožičané auto.

Il monolocale bello, funzionale, pulitissimo, vista mare (Agia Paraskevi) e con un bel terrazzino dove far colazione e cenare 🥰 I proprietari, Annamaria e Vasili, pronti ad accoglierti a braccia aperte e ad aiutarti in qualsiasi richiesta ❤️persone proprio splendide! Teo vi ha adorato! Menna con la sua disponibilita’ e i suoi consigli e Bunha (scusa se sbaglio a scrivere il nome) con la sua gentilezza e la bravura nel suo lavoro 🥰 La posizione, ottima per visitare tutte le spiagge del sud (tutte a max 10 minuti), 15 minuti da Skiathos, 30 minuti per visitare Kastro (in macchina). Nei dintorni molti super market raggiungibili anche a piedi e tante locande per pranzare/cenare. Se si e’ in macchina, super market consigliato: Sklavenitis (a Skiathos, ha tutto e prezzi da supermercato) 😉 Sempre nei dintorni moltissime fermate dei bus per chi vuole girare in bus. Se non si ha la macchina, Villa Annamaria e’ proprio su una cima, quindi da considerare una notevole salita a piedi di circa 6/7 minuti in pendenza.. ma ne vale la pena per tranquillita’ e vista meravigliosa su Agia Paraskevi! The villa owner and the villa manager were so lovely and helpful. They welcomed us to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. They gave us tips for the island and even arranged for transportation to the airport. Before we arrived, they even proposed to go grocery shopping for us - so caring. Friendliest welcome! The location is great, only 3min walking to the beach, and there is plenty of space for parking. Alternatively, if you use the public transportation system of the island, the nearest bus stop is also a short 3-5min walking. The view from the room was phenomenal, waking up to the sea view from the balcony was such a great experience. The apartment was very clean and the AC was also great. Finally, we were recommended the restaurant down the street, Jimmy's, and it turned out to be a great dinner experience. The traditional Greek food and staff there are great.

At night we could hear the neighbors well and clear, which was not great. The sound isolation of the apartment was not the best.

Property and grounds are kept so clean. View from the balcony / terrace is stunning and you can enjoy it in peace and quiet. Room plenty large enough for family with 1 child and it is cleaned each day. Owners and Menna who helps out are so lovely, helpful and kind.

Without a car and with a child the journey up the steep driveway / road is challenging in the heat of the day.
