The Dinner and Breakfast was superb! The pool/spa indoors and out were perfect.. I only wish I was able to spend more time the Hotel. I could not have asked for a better stay. You will not regret staying at this perfect Alpine hotel.

Accoglienza semplicemente eccezionale. Il personale è estremamente gentile, professionale e attento, con una disponibilità davvero fuori dal comune. Ciò che colpisce maggiormente è la cura nel venire incontro anche a richieste particolari, tutt’altro che scontate, cercando sempre di trovare una soluzione e di far sentire l’ospite realmente a casa. La struttura è impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, curata nei minimi dettagli e situata in un’ottima posizione.

Czystość pokoju, śniadania rewelacyjne, soki ze swierzych owoców robione od reki. Jedynym minusem strefa spa, basen , sauna czynna do godziny 19:00

Ho prenotato la Suite Spa con sauna privata in camera. Pulita, spaziosa, con una vista meravigliosa e un letto VERAMENTE COMODO

secondo me è da migliorare un po' la piscina e gli idromassaggi interni. Plauso alla zona relax e all'idromassaggio esterno con vista.

Wyśmienite i smaczne śniadania z bogatym wyborem potraw. Wszytko świeżo przygotowywane i podawane. Fantastycznie wyposażone spa z bogactwem oferty do relaksu i odbudowy po zmęczeniu.

Lepiej regulować temperaturę w pokojach.

se dovessi trovare un piccolo ( irrisorio ) difetto è che almeno nelle suite potrebbero mettere le smart tv così da godersi ancora di più la camera eccezionale!

Every hotel was very "tight" Also wished the recpetion open and closed earlier/later but the "whole town" is like this

Great location, spacious parking garage! The barman was great and super service minded! Absolutely fantastic breakfast (when you find the breakfast room which is a bit oddly located in the building)

Not possible to enter the restaurant after 20.30 and no other offerings of something to eat (other than chips from the bar) past this time.

The staff are super! The, facilities, bar, room, are clean and comfortable.

We liked the opportunities for our kid. We would definitely go back to this hotel. The room needs a replacement of the laminate floor.

La struttura è curata nei minimi particolari; il personale è gentilissimo, discreto; la camera confortevole e pulita; il centro benessere di ottimo livello, spazioso, pulito, l'ideale Colazione a buffet ottima, abbondante e molto variegata per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Vi è un parcheggio al coperto molto grande ed una bike room per le bici.

Super hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Uitstekend zwembad en SPA en een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ook het restaurant is zeer de moeite waard.

La spa e la zona relax sono molto confortevoli e accoglienti, oltre alla zona giochi per i bambini molto divertente per loro. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e accogliente

The entire hotel team are professionals and supportive. Specially Katy, who handled our stay from A-Z making sure our vacation goes smoothly. Plus the Spa experience is really nice, and makes you sense and feel the calmness of the nature and its aroma of flavors and fragrance.

I didn’t like that the ski room does not have a place to wash skies and boots before your dry them in the lockers. And I didn’t like the indoor parking because of how dusty it is.

Everything was excellent. The Hotel staff is so kind and goes above and beyond for its guests

Clean, comfortable, spa on 3 floors, ski bus at the hotel. Nice view on the mountains from the lounge room! Service was great: the reception was so helpful! Good breakfast with fresh juices & champaign , great dinner! Eager to visit again🙂

Excellent Hotel for a family holiday!

We didnt like that for no reason we were forbiden to use playground for our kids, under the exscuse of hotel stuff how they “made a mess” which was not true. So our kids kept on asking to go and stuff didnt alow them. We are talking about small kids 5-6-7 years old which was shocking for all of us. For this reason i would never go back to this hotel as i personaly found it super rude for the amount of money we paid.

We coudn’t use playground for kids in hotel before 8p.m which is insane because kids are going to bed in that time! So, after skiing when they have to play they couldn’t! And the woman in reception was very rude, which is not allowed in any conversation. We are totaly dissapointed and we will never come back in that hotel just because working hours of playground and woman in front of the reception!!!

We stayed in appartment with sauna and it was one of the best appartments in which we stayed ever. Appartment has sauna, jakuzzi, large terrace with cosy beds and amazing view to the valley! The hotel is clean, highly proffesional and very kind staff, breakfast was very rich and colorful. The hotel fireplace room was very cosy with beautiful view to Livigno.

Struttura di ottimo livello, personale gentilissimo, ottimo centro spa.

Ho passato tre giorni con mio figlio nella struttura per il suo compleanno: Scelta azzeccatissima!! Accoglienza e cortesia eccezionale! Spa di ottimo livello! Ristorante bello e cucina ottima!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they helped us by ordering new tire chains. They guided us in taking ski lessons and they provided a contact person in the hotel so that we could arrange the lessons. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, it was small but satisfactory. The lobby had a great view where we could enjoy coffee or drinks. We used the hotel's parking garage for free. The location was close to the center and ski centers, 5-10 minutes by car. There were also buses but we did not take them, they seemed crowded.

The room we stayed was a little small but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed everything, thank you!

Das Hotel war wunderbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber eher klein. Der Spa Bereich ist gut ausgestattet und war nie wirklich voll. Super zur Entspannung. Sehr positiv ist uns der Service und das Personal aufgefallen. Am Abend an der Bar super freundlich. Beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und auch immer gut gelaunt.

We had a wonderful stay at baita hotel. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is very good. Wonderful spa!!!! The spa room with the sauna was great after a ski day. The beds are super comfortable. Very close to Mottolino and San Rocco for skiing. Just perfect.

The regular room didn't have availability for coffee or tea. No hot pot.

Hotel liegt oberhalb von Livigno in schöner Aussichtslage. Obwohl maximal zur Hälfte belegt gab es keine freie Liegen im Wellnessbereich. Wegen einer Hochzeit war das Restaurant geschlossen und es war nachts teilweise laut. Die freundliche Rezeptionistin empfahl uns ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant im Ort, allerdings 20 Min. Zu Fuss entfernt. Unseres Erachtens hätte man bei Buchung auf die Hochzeit hinweisen müssen.

Livigno is a lovely town & the hotel is perfectly located. Great for families with the children’s pool & adults wellness facilities.

Esperienza favolosa :-) Tutto top! Vista magnifica, zona relax fantastica, personale gentilissimo (specialmente le/i cameriere/i sempre sorridenti mattino e sera-->Bravissimi). Aperitivo di benvenuto offerto dai padroni anche loro davvero sempre molto cordiali. Zona bar bellissima con camino e vista su livigno. Ci tornerei domani stesso! Consigliatissimo

Weekend da favola, a parte le condizioni climatiche, albergo all'altezza delle aspettative, personale gentilissimo, cena ottima.Raccomandato assolutamente

Hotel molto bello. Adatto sia a coppie che a famiglie con bambini. Ottima colazione con spremuta fresca e centrifughe fatte al momento. Spa e zona piscina sia adulti che bimbi super!

Mukava lasketteluloma kahdestaan, kivassa hiihtokeskuksessa. Kannattaa ehkä mennä varsinaisen "kaupungin" puolelle, jos haluaa vähän enemmän iltaelämää, ravintolatarjontaa, shoppailua, yms. Täällä Mottolinon/Teolan puolella oli erittäin rauhallista, pelkkiä hotelleja. Hei kaikki omatoimet: bussi takaisin Zerneziin saattaa olla pelkkä minibussi, johon ei välttämättä kaikki halukkaat mahdukaan!! Tyypillistä italialaista julkista liikennettä??!

Ottimo hotel, la spa è valida anche se utilizzano cosmetici di massa e non di qualità. il bagno turco non era acceo nell'orario di apertura e non ho potuto usufruire quindi a pieno del servizio wellness. Per il resto consiglierei ad altri qulora volessero andare a livigno per un weck end
