Tolle Sicht auf Skopelos Stadt und das Meer. Ruhig. Äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat sogar nach unserer Abreise meine Sonnenbrille auch außerhalb seiner Anlage gesucht.

Lugnt och skönt en bit från vägen med fantastisk utsikt över havet, byn och bergen. Stavros är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Sängarna är lite hårdare.

Very disappointing experience, especially regarding hygiene and cleanliness.

Savnet at det ikke var en resepsjon men tok tlf som sto ved skiltet og ringte samt satte baggasje på nikolas poolbar før innsjekk. Madrassene var litt harde men imgen problem for the boss fikset det😊

Terasa s pekným výhľadom. Každý deň upratovanie. Príjemný a ochotný majiteľ. Treba počítať s tým, že prístup je náročnejší - dosť prudké stúpanie.

Eravamo sei adulti, la casa offre tutto lo spazio e le comodità. Posizione ottima, abbastanza vicina al centro ma anche tranquilla. Ottima vista dal balcone abitabile, ideale per consumare colazione e cena. L’host Stavros è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi per l’aeroporto. Super consigliato.

The personnel was very kind. It was pet friendly.

The room smelled a lot. The bathroom was particularly ugly and old. The room was small. The kitchen appliances were dirty. There room cleaning was non existent, the beds were not even tidied up after every clean up.

Posizione.

L'appartamento era molto vecchio come arredi, non aveva spazi adeguati a 4 persone, ne in termini di metri quadri ne in termini di possibilità di cucinare (si poteva mangiare insieme allo stesso tavolo solo fuori in terrazza). Per cucinare c'era una vecchia piastra singola, quindi farsi da mangiare in casa (che di solito è uno dei motivi per cui si prende un appartamento) era esageratamente scomodo anche per noi che generalmente ci adattiamo un po a tutte le situazioni. Per dormire c'erano un letto matrimoniale e uno scomodissimo divano letto (al centro del quale si sentiva la spaccatura dei materassi, davvero scomodissimo dormire lì per 5 notti). Alla doccia mancava un vetro per poterla chiudere, cosi il bagno si allagava ogni volta. Fuori gli spazi comuni avevano arredi molto vecchi, sporchi e malmessi. Ma la cosa peggiore era che l'appartamento al nostro arrivo era sporco (polvere sui mobili, ragnatele, lavandino non pulito, etc).

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro (20 minuti a piedi circa), 5 m. a piedi dalla spiaggia di megali Amnos dove ci sono ottimi ristoranti; vicinissima a supermercati e anche ad un ottimo noleggio moto di cui ci siamo serviti. Silenzioso, con una splendida vista su Skiatos town e sul mare. Buona la doccia e ottimi i materassi.

Il patio esterno è in comune con l'appartamento confinante ed è talmento piccolo che di fatto non è utilizzabile se i vicini - come è capitato a noi - lo presidiano. Inoltre la struttura del patio è tale per cui il vicino che sta seduto fuori ti vede dentro la stanza, quindi in sostanza privacy nulla se non si tiene la porta finestra chiusa e le tende tirate. Dovrebbero almeno mettere un divisorio.

Terrazza e vista molto bella. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, ma allo stesso tempo lontano dalla bolgia del centro.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from both the city centre and the beach. Stavros was an amazing host. I got sick during our stay, and he kindly took me to the medical centre, stayed with me, and helped me communicate with the doctors. I will always be grateful for his kindness and support. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Skvělé místo, prostorný apartmán s nádherným balkonem a výhledem. Čisté při příjezdu, úklid každý den, ručníky a povlečení vyměněno po 3 dnech pobytu. Kuchyně velmi dobře vybavená, klimatizace v každé místností. Na pláž je to cca 5 až 8 minut chůzí a do města Skiathos 15 minut. Blízko je také autobusová zastávka č.5. Majitel Stavros vždy pohotově reagoval na zprávy nebo telefonáty.

Malinko těžký výstup do kopce k naší třetí vile, ale bylo zvládnutelné.

Per arrivarci c’è una salita molto ripida. Ci vuole assolutamente un mezzo di trasporto.

Nagyon szép kilátásunk volt az erkélyről, rendkívül kedves és segítőkész a szállásadó, közelben van 2 kisbolt, közel van a strand, a város sincs messze. Az apartmanok jól fölszereltek, tiszták, kellemes hangulatúak, nem steril szállodai szobák

C'è una strada in salita per arrivare dalla fermata dell'autobus n.5 agli appartamenti, forse impegnativa per persone più anziane o con bambini.

We stayed only 1 night, but everything was fine, the accomodation is on a hill which gives you a nice view but in the heat is it a little bit of a challenge:) but the room was great, would come back again for sure!

Avevamo qualche dubbio su Eye Q perché vi si arriva attraverso una salita piuttosto ripida ma nonostante la fatica iniziale ci si abitua subito. La pace e la bellezza dei fiori e dell’uliveto che circondano gli studios e soprattutto la vista mozzafiato di cui gode ogni singolo appartamento rendono il soggiorno indimenticabile! Fare colazione ogni mattina con la bellezza di Skiathos ai piedi ha reso la vacanza ancora più speciale. Stavros e la moglie (le chiedo scusa non mi ricordo il nome) sono osti gentilissimi ed attenti e hanno risposto tempestivamente ad ogni nostro bisogno. Per esempio abbiamo noleggiato una macchina (consiglio Tourismatic - fantastico!), e dopo la richiesta di un ombrellone ci hanno subito portato due da usare per tutta la settimana! Torneremo di sicuro!

Non c’è niente che non mi abbia piaciuto ma se devo proprio chiedere qualcosa in più suggerirei rispettosamente a Stavros dei ganci nel bagno per gli asciugamani, ma è una sciocchezza e comunque tornerei lo stesso. 🙂

It was a short drive in to town and to neighbouring beaches. The owner was extremely hospitable and accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very clean and had a lovely view of the port from balcony

Bellissima location ottima posizione, vicino market, bus stop x le spiagge e in 15 minuti a piede centro città e porto

We loved the perfect location. Far from the rush of the city center, very close to the beach, lots of good restaurants, markets and even a rental of quads and scooters. Also very close to the bus stop number 5, it was very easy to get to the apartment from the airport. (I would like to add that to get around with the bus is also very easy in theory, but in reality, the bus is very often completely full and doesn’t even stop. I recommend renting a scooter or something to get around if you don’t like to spend time waiting on a bus stop) We appreciated a lot that we could checkin early as our flight was early in the morning. We were afraid of the “hill” based on the comments, but it’s really a short walk uphill, so even with our carry-on luggages it was ok.

We would have appreciated more kitchen equipment and to know in advance that we should bring our Nespresso capsules so we can make coffee in the machine. And that we should buy bottled water on the way there. But the lady provided us very kindly with one bottle of water and some Nespresso capsules. All of us had back pain from sleeping on the very hard mattresses. Nevertheless, we stayed just 4 nights so it was okay and we enjoyed our time.

I arrived early by taxi so called Stavros on the phone. He arrived within minutes and made every effort to welcome me, show me the apartment and answer my questions. On check out day I managed to forget my medication. Again, I called Stavros and he immediately jumped into his car and delivered them to me at the Airport.

Die Lage war gut, der Ort Skiathos war zu Fuss innerhalb von ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht, 2 Badezimmer. Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und generell gut ausgestattete Küche.

Wir haben den Owner nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Eigentlich hätte ich gerne ein bisschen Infos bekommen.

Ho prenotato tre appartamenti per alcuni miei familiari e si sono trovati benissimo! la vista è meravigliosa e gli appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario. Vicino alla struttura c’è una fermata del bus che permette di girare molte spiagge dell’isola, anche la vicinanza a Megali Ammos è un grandissimo punto a favore! Il proprietario Stavros è una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e reperibile. Mi ha aiutato nell’organizzazione del soggiorno dei miei parenti ed ha aiutato loro una volta arrivati alla struttura! Consiglio davvero di soggiornare qui!

Wi-Fi was non existent until it got sorted the second day I was there. Apparently it's been an ongoing issue. Very much up an incline so not suitable if you have mobility issues

Location was nice away from hustle of Skiathos town but close enough to walk there. Was great to have use of pool at Nicholas apartments.

WiFi didn’t work so hosts replaced the modem which worked for a while but also went off at end of holiday. It didn’t ruin the holiday though or stop me booking again.

THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY WAS AMAZING Stavros & his wife were charming & helpful

A great location close to Megali Ammos beach and a short walk into the main port. There is easy access to the airport from the bus stop nearby and the bus also goes to other parts of the islands. Supermarkets are right there and the kitchen facilities made it easy to have basic snacks on hand and go out to tavernas for other meals. I loved sitting on the verandah and taking in the magnificent view. Vasia and Stavros were wonderful hosts, always around to answer my questions.

The hotel is on a steep hill, like many of the hotels in Skiathos, and there are some stairs so you get the wonderful view. I was very happy with this but it wouldn’t suit everyone.

Prachtige ligging met mooi uitzicht, fijne wandelafstand naar het centrum. Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar(s). Goed en groot bed. Prima!

Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Stavros war sehr nett, aber der Transfer kostet inzwischen 25 Euro pro Fahrt.

Die küchenspüle und das Waschbecken nicht gepflegt und auch im Schrank könnte es sauberer sein. Man könnte die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung mit schönen Details und Geschmack etwas aufpeppen und schon wäre es einladender.

The property is very clean, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. They even offered to pick me up at the ferry and bring me back. The place has a lovely view from a small terrace, which I really enjoyed. It’s located uphill, so there’s a bit of climbing, but the setting is peaceful and the views are worth it. It’s not right in the middle of the city, so it’s quieter, yet still central enough to be near the bus station, with supermarkets close by. The city center is about a 20-minute walk. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Arredi vecchi Illuminazione scarsa Bagno antiquato La stanza non viene rifatta la domenica (e non vengono svuotati i cestini con la carta igienica...) Sembra di essere nella casa della nonna in affitto. Un po' triste, Mi chiedo come si possa definirlo eccezionale.

It's a beautiful island. Definitely coming back

I loved the view from the room and the patio balcony! Was a stunning view down onto the harbor! Room was clean and good sized bed, was slightly rustic on the balcony but in a nice not too tired way. The staff were friendly and it was great to use the near by pool of another hotel.

The only real thing I didn’t like was how steep it was to get up to my room which was at the top, for me I’m a fairly fit 40 year old man but it would be a struggle for some people but it was worth it for the view plus kept us fit! The patio balcony could do with a little sprucing up with the flowers etc.

The Resort has a wonderful view of the sea-side. The position is good, although it is needed approximately 15/20 minutes (by walking) to arrive to the Center. Good cleaning service. The owner is very kind and helped us with transportation to the Airport.

The final part of the street to arrive by car is a bit narrow and we had some problem with It.

Stavros was a great host. Spectacular views over the bay. Very comfortable apartment.

L’alloggio non è nuovissimo ma ben tenuto, la stanza è ampia un matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale entrambi comodi. Eravamo tre adulti e siamo state bene. È da segnalare la posizione poco fuori dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti, posizione molto tranquilla e con una bellissima vista sulla baia. Segnalo anche la disponibilità e la simpatia di Stavros, ottimo host!

Le stoviglie nel cucinino e un po’ l’odore di muffa nell’armadio. Il resto tutto bene!

Dette er ikke et 4 stjernes sted. Gammelt slitt og umoderne rom. Ac funket sånn passe, men spilte ingen rolle om den stod på 18 eller 25 grader. Ikke komfortable senger. Ekstremt lytt! Står at drt er lydisolering, men det er det ikke. Hørte alt fra heftig krangling mellom andre gjester til at noen låste seg inn i annet bygg.

Idéalement situé dans les hauteurs de Skiathos, vue incroyable sur lever/coucher de soleil et à deux pas de la plage pour une baignade matinale. Un accueil chaleureux de Stavros, toujours réactif et aux petits soins.

Der erste Eindruck war ein freundliches Willkommen und mussten aber noch warten da das Zimmer noch fertig (unser Flug landete vormittags). Deshalb gingen wir zum Pool eines anderen Hotels für 5€/Person. Der Manager Stavros kontaktierte uns und teilte uns mit, dass das Appartement bereit sei. Wir kamen in ein gut gelegenem Appartement mit einer tollen Aussicht an. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß mit Kleiderschränken und Badezimmern. Die Küche hatte Töpfe und Pfannen. Ebenso gab es Geschirr, Besteck und Kochbesteck. Perfekt für schnelle Frühstückkreationen.
