Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Localização, disponibilidade, simpatia e prontidão dos funcionários na resolução dos problemas. Camas confortáveis. Existência de ar condicionado em todas as divisões principais e pátio para refeições ao ar livre.
A casa está a precisar de manutenção. As portas das divisões estão empenadas fazendo muito barulho a abrir e fechar. O mesmo acontece com as gavetas dos móveis. Quando chegámos foi necessário pedir pratos porque só havia para 4 pessoas. Tivemos de comprar talheres. A luz do exaustor não funcionava. O frigorífico estava cheio de gelo. O ralo de um dos duches entupiu tendo sido necessária uma intervenção técnica em virtude da água escorrer pela parede do armário no piso inferior. Não tivemos limpeza durante a estadia, apenas troca de turcos e lençóis.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2023The Villa was the perfect size for us as a family of four but could easily have accommodated 6 and a baby.
Definitely needed a car for shopping etc. although Uber prices were in region of 4-6€ per trip to Villamoura or Albufeira.
