The location was far inside, the staff was not courteous specially the lady at the counter, she was tooo rude... The rooms were not as shown in the images. The kitchenette had only a wash basin and drawers , without any tea/ coffee maker or microwave.. on asking she replied that - didn't you check the facilities before booking.. surprised on her response 😭

Overall, my stay at Passions de Goa was average. The property has potential, but a few improvements are needed. - Ground‑floor rooms need better security as the window locks are missing, making it easy for anyone to access from outside. - Breakfast options are very limited and definitely need enhancement. - The kitchen opens only at 8 PM, so getting tea or snacks in the afternoon becomes a challenge. Some basic arrangements during the day would help. - Parking space is ample, which is a plus. - The swimming pool is quite small compared to expectations. Overall, a decent stay but with scope for improvement.

Great little place very quiet and out of the way

No tea making facilities, there is a microwave but nothing else, no cups, kettle, plates

Rooms are good , clean and spacious. Furniture is also good.

They serve only two small bottles of water for free per day. That's quite less. There is no choice of breakfast. Only very small fruit bowl, omlette or paratha or poha , two toast with butter and jam. That's it. It is wlkable distance from Anjuna beach which is the worst beach of all.

Swimming pool, secure, good plug sockets, good towels, free toiletries, good fan and aircon

Area a bit out of the way and a few barking dogs nearby but still fine to walk there at night

We have always stayed with this property before it’s a lovely place nice and calm

But recently we notice it really requires maintenance. They really need to repair their room showers, and use new linens because it is a good place but it really needs to be maintained .

It’s a place that is quiet with no passing traffic. Lovely to sit and take it easy on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful! Close to German bakery!

I had a room bottom floor right at the entrance where many parked their motorcycles. That was a big noisy at times but no big problem.

The place is nice with a good looking building and swimming pool. A good view from balcony and the area is filled with plants which gives some aesthetic looks.

Main problem is , the lift is not in working condition. We had to use the stairs every time, there is no proper wifi connection. No complimentary breakfast, parking of the vehicles(cars) is provided in a empty red soil space, no got water is given, there is only certain timings for the restaurant in the stay.

Very clean, comfortable modern hotel. Spacious rooms with good fans and air con. Pleasant hotel common areas and nice pool. A little off the main town, but nice and quiet, for a good sleep. I will stay again.

Excellent place with neat and clean AC rooms, swimming pool and cafe. Also ample parking place . Memorable hospitality. The rooms are very large and spacious, spotless with fantastic AC. The chef at the Cafe is the best, and makes multiple cuisines. The Management is the best

Everything was good

Good, quiet (except for the hotel dog) location off the beaten track.

Not enough sun loungers (only 3) around the pool which were wooden and very uncomfortable due to no toppers. The hotel dog (Alsatian) barking constantly! And believe me I don’t mind the dogs in Goa. Never any alcoholic drinks/beers in (a cold beer on return from a day out or waiting for friends to get ready on an evening would have been niice) and they didn’t seem to care to get any after asking every day! The German bakery was a short stroll so just went there instead.

I had to always ask for the complimentary water,the TV wasn’t working ,weak WiFi or no WiFi inside

Excellent location. Great team running the show. Spacious rooms, secure location. Everything you would want as part of your vacation. If you are looking for shopping there are places close-by. Anjuna beach is 10 min walk away. If you don't like to walk, hire bikes and move around million options available

Thank to the Passions de goa for handling us with care our stay was excellent, Rooms were maintained very well , The food was great Highly recommended next visit confirm love to see this people again thank you ..............................

Clean spacious rooms with good balcony views. Kitchenette, but no utensils. Nice clean pool. Parking facilities. Helpful staff. Free water bottle each morning.

Just the big German shepherd dog that seems a little wild. It went for me in the lobby and the staff didn't seem to know how to control it.

Lovely property

Clean rooms and great cafe.

Early check in was request but no reply from the property, it was a waste of time to wait for 2 hours for the room to be ready.

Loved our stay here! The rooms had so much space were very tid, big bathroom. Fresh linen and regularly cleaned. Room service was easy to order too. The bed was very soft and comfortable! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel itself was nice and the perfect to rest from all the hustle and bustle of city life. The main downfall is that no one is allowed to have guest. I feel that if I am paying my hard earned money for a pleasurable vacation. I should be at least able to sign guest on to my room while staying there.

The location, the setup and cooperative conduct of Kapil.

They were short of staff, always resulting in multiple followups and delay in service. Even they had to be called up and followed up repeatedly for basic things like dental kit, bathing kit and cleaning. Also, the room service mobile number was not quick responsive.

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Great large bedrooms with en suite bathroom with great HOT shower and western toilet. The room had excellent air con as well as large opening windows for fresh air, and two very large celling fans. There was also a small additional washing sink in the room with a microwave a large fridge freezer (all clean). The staff are VERY friendly and helpful (even booking taxis) and offering advice. This hotel is immaculately clean, and fresh water bottles were also supplied every day. Good location (bring a torch for night walks!) as no where in the area has street lighting of any note. The German bakery (separate review) is very close by for excellent food. The location is nice and quiet and an easy walk to the nearby spread out village(s) and beach(s).

We had a great time. It's clean, well maintained (especially the pool), rooms are comfortable and staff helpful :) Rent a scooter and you're at the beach in no time.

The 1km walk to the beach passes through the awesome German Bakery.

Breakfast could have included fruit juice. I also expected better assortment of fruits - only pineapple and watermelon were present in the fruit salad.

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting very quiet location in anjuna. The service was excellent & Gaudi on reception will allways attend to your needs. Would highly reccomend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Anjuna.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. Family Suite is big enough to accommodate 4 people

Including breakfast package having only 1-2 breakfast items. It should have been buffet instead with few more mixed varieties. Many dish TV channels were not activated, it should rather be smart TV. Intercom is needed to call for services instead of calling over mobile phones.
