Reviewed Oct 30, 2024The young staff was a welcome thing as they are very patient with guests. I enjoyed that they provided a translation device to facilitate communication since I don't speak Spanish. They are very joyful to serve and have made us feel very comfortable. I also loved that the main door at the reception is locked at all times to enhance security and avoid intruders.
The only suggestion I would add is for the facility to be a little more imaginative with the breakfast😃 While the portions are large and satisfactory, we would have appreciated a bit more diversity once in a while.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2020I bought a ticket and hotel package by ortbitz and upon arriving at the hotel they did not respect the prices they gave me, mentioning that was orbitz equivocation. They charged me a surplus for me and the same as i paid for a guest in the same room, the room did not have Air conditioning and I have to pay more for that, and hard mattress like cement. I will not recommend it. I ordered that they did not clean the room because I had had surgery and disinfected the whole room in addition to the coronavirus, i did not want nobody to touch my things, and to my surprise they entered the room, and the answer from the staff when i ask why? was that they have to enter if I want it or not. BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE IF THAT HAPPENED IN USA THEY WILL RESPECT PRICES .
