Las cabañas son de diseño y super lindas. La cama es muy cómoda, y la habitación bien calentita.

Pagamos esta habitación específicamente para poder usar la tina de agua caliente durante las 2 noches. Llegamos la primera noche y el agua de la tina estaba hirviendo, literalmente imposible de utilizar. Le escribimos a la encargada y nos indicó que no se podía agregar agua fría, sino únicamente apagar el termostato automático. Esperamos aproximadamente una hora y el agua no bajaba de temperatura, por lo que salí a buscar un palo para poder mover el agua y acelerar el enfriamiento. Aun así, no fue suficiente. Continué buscando alguna solución y encontré una manguera a lo lejos, que conecté al grifo para poder agregar agua fría. Fue lo que finalmente nos permitió utilizar la tina; de lo contrario, no hubiéramos podido usarla. Consideramos que tener que resolver por nuestra cuenta un problema básico de la habitación no corresponde con el precio que pagamos por el alojamiento. La atención y la solución recibida tampoco estuvieron a la altura del precio de la habitación ni de lo que se ofrece al reservarla.

Moderno, limpio y funcional… zona muy tranquila para descansar y a 10 minutos en auto del centro

Aka Patagonia è un posto bellissimo fuori dalla città, molto tranquillo e intimo. La colazione è curata e abbondante, lo staff gentile e attento ad ogni necessità o richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Las instalaciones cómodas, con todo lo necesario. El desayuno muy completo, en un espacio amplio y tranquilo, con una gran vista. La atención perfecta y muy amena.

La temperatura del hot tub no se logró ajustar, por lo cual no pudimos utilizarlo. El camino estaba en malas condiciones.

Beautifully designed little apartments. We had one with the hot tub and it was really nice and relaxing. Great setting with the mountain views. Nice breakfast in the dining room. Really cool place, we loved everything about it.

Liked the separation between rooms, rather like cabañas but unified by a central elevated board walk.

There is no protection from the wind when entering the room. The digital key failed for a couple traveling with us. They were exposed to the wind the whole time, in the dark, while trying to find a solution. After about 15 minutes this problem was resolved by the manager who lives offsite.

Nice place, great value for money. Unique hotel with parking space.

El lugar, la tranquilidad y las personas, muy acogedoras y preocupadas. Las habitaciones son un lujo para descansar y disfrutar de la paz del sur . El desayuno espectacular.

Es un poco alejado del centro, es algo que nosotros sabíamos y queríamos, pero hay que tenerlo en consideración al momento de ir , de todas maneras en el hotel te dan todas las facilidades, contacto y ayuda para poder moverte por puerto natales.

Super confortável. Café da manhã ótimo em área bem equipada e com horário flexível.

Nos encantó el lugar con Mi Esposa la tranquilidad, el orden que había la limpieza. El desayuno muy bueno la verdad es que nos sentimos muy cómodos. Además la atención bastante buena. Es un lugar que sin duda Regresaremos. Lo Recomendamos 100%.

Our stay at AKA Patagonia exceeded our expectations. The location is very convenient to the airport and city with a 10 min Uber ride. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. The dining room was a beautiful space where we were able to hang out, read, and play cards. The breakfast was so generously sized and beautifully plated. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

We had a couple small issues - the wifi not working, the heat not working - and both were attended to promptly. We didn't have any issues calling Ubers but recommend you do so about 10-15 minutes before you need them to arrive.

O local é lindo, super aconchegante e confortável. Funcionários cordiais.

O local não possui um serviço de restaurante (como nos hotéis). So é disponibilizado o insumo para você fazer o seu café da manhã. A noite chegamos as 22h do passeio, e o centrinho ja estava fechado, e não conseguimos comer nada, se tivesse algum tipo de alimentação no local, iria ajudar muito mais no conforto do hospede.

No me gustó nada pues cuando llegamos no había agua ni luz … no pudimos quedarnos allí …

Magnifica opción si quieres estar cerca de Puerto natales sin estar dentro del pueblo. El hotel es muy íntimo solo hay 6 cabinas la arquitectura es nordica muy sobria y acogedora donde se conectan las cabinas/habitaciones con el comedor/recepción a través de pasarelas de madera. Las cabinas son super acogedoras y equipadas con todo lo necesario y el comedor principal está abierto 24h para poder hacer uso de él con cocina y salita de estar para leer o relajarse. Muy buen desayuno (no hay horario) sino que cada huésped recoge la bandeja a la hora que necesite. Calma, tranquilidad y a solo 5-10min en coche. Personal encantador y muy atento

No me gustó nada de hecho llegamos y no había agua ni luz mal ubicado las habitaciones estrechas y sin servicios.. de hecho no nos quedamos allí y no hubo forma hasta ahora de que nos reembolsen algo de dinero

The room is clean and in a good size. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is self served with good selection.

We stayed during the summer , sunny day. One wall of the room is a glass wall. The room was very very hot It felt like a greenhouse / aquarium. No window, just a door to get to a small yard. We had to go out of the room. At night we had to leave this door a bit open for air. A cat entered the room in the middle of the night. . The shower drainage was slow so the floor was all water after shower. Location is 15 minutes from city center by car

Estilo moderno

Ubicación pésima, no es igual a como se ven en las imágenes. Baño con el piso roto, se hunde el piso. Desayuno para prepararse uno y no ya servido. Fea zona y valor caro para lo que te dan. Mal acceso, calles no asfaltadas y llenas de pozos.

Ignore any silly negative reviews on here; the place is fabulous. A few tips to assist prospective guests: 1) Ubers are easy to request even though the property is not in downtown Puerto Natales. The property is a 9-min drive from PNT airport. 2) Breakfast is prepared at the communal dining area so there is no time pressure. 3) The hot tubs make it special. Expect a night under the stars in your outdoor private hot tub. 4) Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Francisca who went out of her way to assist us. She is delightful, kind and extremely helpful.

More trees would be nice.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful place to stay. I would stay again just for how stunning the place and the views can be. Absolutely stunning, breakfast was delicious as well!!

Hot tub was not usable, acid green. Never seen that colour in a hot tub before, which is a shame because I paid extra for a room with a hot tub. Getting there from town is a bit of a trek, it is an unpaved road and steep so hard to get to and from town.

It is such a beautiful cabin. The views were amazing. Breakfast diy in the dining room. You can cook your own eggs. If you like cats there are two that wants lots of attention. Nice place to just chill and relax after hikes.

If you don’t drive, you will need to uber. The walk into town is 90 mins its a nice walk by the coast. However going up to the cabin the road isnt paved yet so very very dusty.

La infraestructura, ubicación y comodidad del alojamiento.

El servicio de atención al cliente deja bastante que desear. Arrendamos este alojamiento por su calidad y servicio de tinaja de hidromasaje, sin embargo, la segunda noche, la tinaja NO funcionó como debía. La temperatura del agua jamás estuvo caliente, es más, nunca llegó a estar tibia. Me contacté con el alojamiento, quedaron en solucionarlo y no fue así. De hecho, aún estoy esperando que se comuniquen conmigo por la compensación del servicio pagado que jamás funcionó.

We had a great stay at AKA Patagonia, rooms are nice, specifically with the hot tub. Staff is friendly and breakfast great - the lounge area is also excellent. Close to town and the airport - ideal!

Excellent experience at Hotel AKA. The architecture is beautiful and the view is incredible. We had some travel inconveniences due to the weather, but Alexandra, the recepcionist, was always there supporting us and helping coordinate everything, which truly made a big difference. We are very grateful for her kindness and dedication. Highly recommended

הג׳קוזי היה מטונף אחרי הרבה חוסר פעילות כנראה, החדר התחמם מאוד במהלך היום כי כל הקיר שפונה לשמש היה חלון ולא היה איך לקרר אותו.

Staff and how well they took care of our needs. Including having our luggage transferred to a new hotel after our 4 day hike in Torres del Paine.

La tranquilidad

No había personal presente en el lugar, tuve problemas con habitaciones y solo obtuve ayuda vía whatsaap, no me gustó el servicio y por el valor que cobran es mucho mejor ir a un hotel. El desayuno te lo dejan en un estante con el número de habitación, un desayuno súper básico y simple. Considero que cobra un valor desproporcionado para el servicio que entrega.

Nicely appointed, good quality accommodation and well administered. They have reception from 15.00 to 22.00 but didn't realise this at first.

Out of town, but was close to airport.

Very kind staff, rooms are nice and clean. The shared dining area was also very nice. We arrived a bit late and the receptionist was there with everything prepared for us.

The location is a bit out of the way and is down a rather bumpy dirt road. There’s not a staff person on site 24/7 either.

Very cosy, modernity designed rooms

Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und fühlt sich sehr gemütlich an. Außerdem ist alles sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es einen leckeren Frühstückskorb für jedes Zimmer. Es gibt außerdem einen sehr schönen und modernen Aufenthaltsbereich, der von allen genutzt werden kann. Wir würden diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt hier.

El agua de la ducha mojaba todo el baño. Faltaban perchas/ sillas o algo para poder dejar los bolsos, la ropa.

La habitación hermosa y muy bien calefaccionada. En general las instalaciones muy bonitas. Me gustó el desayuno y las areas comunes. Está alejado de la ciudad pero llegan uber sin problema.

Los alrededores no son muy bonitos, pero no depende del hotel, ellos intentan que su espacio esté lo mejor posible. Lo que si fue un problema es que fuimos en invierno y al desayunar en el area común nos morimos de frio.

We were given incorrect room information, which left us sleeping on a couch in the lobby the night (struggling to stay warm) before our full day trek. The entry code we received belonged to another guest’s occupied room, raising serious safety and privacy concerns. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not consider staying here again.

Me encantaron las instalaciones junto con la línea de cosmética sostenible, el desayuno, distribución de espacios y las tinajas!

Después de cierto horario recepción y/o servicio al cliente no se encuentra disponible. Tuvimos inconvenientes y no fue posible comunicarnos para asistencia con la tinaja que estaba apagada. Por el resto, todo maravilloso.

Away from downtown noice

Cabaña muy linda y con todas las comodidades que ofrecen , utilizamos una cabaña con tinaja que estuvo siempre encendida con el agua caliente lo que le dió un plus extra a nuestra estadía. El área de cocina compartida tenía todo lo necesario para poder comer sin problemas. El desayuno era muy rico y tenía todo lo que uno podria pedir. Cabaña ideal para ir a relajarse y desconectarse de la rutina.

El camino para llegar es de tierra y está en malas condiciones.

The houses are very interesting and the design beautiful! The beds are very comfortable and the space is more than enough to spend a day in Puerto Natales!

The shower drain was not working at all, which caused a lot of water to accumulate and I didn’t manage to take a shower! It needs maintenance urgently to be fixed!
