Stunning hotel in a great location. Beautiful bedroom. Breakfast could be enjoyed under lime trees in a lovely Jasmin filled garden. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, professional and attentive. The small rooftop pool was much appreciated in the heat!. The bodega tour was excellent.

The staffing at the rooftop bar was limited and sometimes not present at all.

We have stayed in Jerez several times before but this stay was a birthday treat for my father and was definitely a little bit special. Views from the room and the pool were lovely. Staff were also a credit to the hotel. Loved the breakfast setting and the breakfast focusing on local specialities from the area and that you could walk into the bodega.

A few more sunbeds by the pool and dressing robes in the room.

It was good quality food although I found it underwhelming and wouldn't book an evening meal there again. The location of the restaurant is beautiful and breakfast is taken there which is superb

We liked everything. Amazing Breakfast in the garden; beautiful rooms; wonderful staff, great reception. Stunning architecture. Just perfection. Expensive but worth it.

Pedro's Restaurant for dinner was not as special as we were expecting and expensive for adequate but underwhelming food. Tiny, tiny other niggles: Low room storage; coat hooks by door would help. Parking extremely limited, although one Disabled Bay very close. 3-4 steps outside to be wary of re luggage.

The perfect relaxing boutique stay, our second time at the hotel and just as good as the first. From check in to breakfast to dinner the whole team are amazing. The pool is simply breathtaking and our room (10) large and comfortable with amazing views over the cathedral. Really well located. Breakfast is simply beautiful in the gardens with a great curated selection. We will be back next year for sure

So nothing has changed, and thank heavens for that. This is our second time here, and it’s just the best boutique place to be in Jerez. Not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else! The staff are brilliant. Engaging, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast in the gardens as ever. Again we had room 10, our perfect room with the perfect view of the cathedral. The roof top pool has the best views, and whilst there could be a few more loungers in the day that’s the only small suggestion we have! Just a perfect place, a 5 min walk to the action, yet super quiet and super comfortable.

Stort sett alt hotellet var fantastisk fin arkitekturen og design, er midt i byen. Rommet var stort og veldig komfortabelt. Laura i resepsjon var helt fabelaktig, maken til service har jeg aldri sett 10/10 hun var behjelpelig med det meste vi spurte om i tillegg siden vi dro før frokosten åpnet, fikk vi 2 frokostpakken med kaffe ❤️

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bodega Tio Pepe. Before we arrived the receptionists were very patient with all my queries. On arrival we had complimentary coffee and biscuits while we checked in and although it was hours before the official check in time our room was ready for us. We chose a superior room and it was perfect for us. We had an interior terrace furnished with sofas, umbrella and lots of greenery with huge glass doors so our room was very bright by day and dark and silent by night ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, modern and very clean. There is clever Tio pepe branding around the hotel. Breakfast was a delight, sadly it wasn't warm enough to sit outside but inside was fine. Everything is served to you by efficient staff - fresh orange juice, local dishes - the ham muffin with tomato jam was excellent and the omelettes are the best I have ever eaten. and fruit and pastries as well. The roof top has chairs and sun loungers and we didn't have an issue getting one. The view over the cathedral is very atmospheric and the little bar serves well priced sherry in the afternoons, try a "Croft twist" for something different. The location is great as it is a short walk to most of the sights of Jerez and if you need a taxi reception will call one and they are inexpensive. We took advantage of the complimentary Bodgea tour and upgraded to taste some extra sherries, a fun afternoon! Our only disappointment was the hotel's restaurant wasn't open in the evenings. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The welcome and the staff throughout were wonderful, especially when I needed to visit a hospital - they were so kind and really went over and above. The rooms are beautifully appointed with super comfy beds. The pool area is gorgeous with the most amazing view of the cathedral. We will be back!!

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast is ordered from a menu rather than self served from a buffet, so a limited choice, but perfectly adequate. As we were staying for ten days, we were asked if there was anything else not on the menu that we would like. The hotel location is excellent, between the Cathedral and the Alcazar, quiet but close to the old centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to arrange a trip to a neighbouring town.

Perhaps a few more sun loungers by the pool and some new outdoor furniture.

Had a wonderful few nights staying in this hotel. Really well located. Super friendly service from all staff….including front desk, breakfast and room maintenance teams. Everyone was very happy to help us make the most of one trip. A particular highlight is the complimentary tour of the winery. Small suggestion would be to let guests know it’s the basic package only although it is possible to pay to upgrade to more wines to try and a small selection of tapas. Make sure you do a walking tour of the city too. Loads of highlights. We used the getmyguide app.

Repito siempre q estoy en Jerez, se q es un hotel q no te va a fallar.

Super mooi hotel in het midden van Jerez. Alles ligt op loopafstand. Zwembadje is op het dak en het is er vrij warm maar lekker om even af te koelen in het zwembad. Het ontbijt in de tuin is heerlijk met leuke gerechtjes uit de regio, fruit, eitjes en vers sap en het eten is prima maar vonden we in verhouding wat aan de dure kant voor wat je krijgt. De kamers zijn mooi en comfortabel met een heerlijke douche. Er is een klein koelkastje en je krijgt elke dag nieuw water. Je kunt er een sherry proeverij doen. De cathedraal van Jerez ligt aan de overkant. Parkeren in een parkeergarage die op 5 minuten lopen ligt maar je kunt je koffers eerst in het hotel zetten. Tarief grage viel ook wel mee 27,50 voor 2 dagen. We hebben een heel plezierig verblijf gehad. Het personeel is trouwens erg behulpzaam en Vriendelijk. Het gebouw is prachtig en Tio Pepe is de grootste producent van sherry in Jerez.

Beautiful furnishings in a lovely hotel in a great location. Our bathroom was accessible ( which we didn’t ask for ) and it did mean it was a bit odd. We didn’t have a view either.

The bar wasn’t open on the roof and there were not enough loungers available. There were other terraces not open at all.

Sadly and also quite scary, we had a staff member enter our room at almost 11 at night while my wife and I were in bed. And the apology from management was we made a mistake. Breakfast was just ok, with staff typing to remove your plate before we had finished eating.

Outstanding hotel, in an excellant location. Made to order breakfast served in the gardens a highlight of this hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff attentive and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the square, and a stones throw to the winery, where we enjoyed the tour. Very short flat twenty minute walk to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art.

I can not think of one thing that I did not like.

Classy boutique hotel in Jerez, perfectly located right next to the cathedral and within 2 minutes of the Alcazar and the Gonzalez Byass bodega itself, for which we received a complimentary tour with our booking. A short walk to the Plaza del Arenal with its bars and surrounding restaurants. We were unable to try the restaurant in the hotel as opening hours did not coincide with our schedule, but enjoyed a delicious a la carte breakfast each morning. We stayed here during the Feria which is a colourful and lively experience., the hotel provided a courtesy car to take us there. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff efficient and helpful.

No staff manning the facility on the rooftop so had to go to reception to ask for drinks or ice. An honesty bar would be a lovely idea here.

The location and the Tio Pepe sherry tour was fantastic. We particularly liked where the hotel was -nicest part of the town. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help and provide excellent customer service. Quality of room was good but ours was on the small side. We could have had a bigger room. We saw one with two windows looking out onto the cathedral which looked fantastic.

We stayed after the Ferier and the hotel felt a bit closed. The bar area was scruffy with empty cardboard boxes lying around. The garden which could be a main feature needed care and attention. We received an email offering us 10% discount at the restaurant which wasn’t open on the Sunday and Monday we were there. We asked to have lunch on the Tuesday and it was a very limited menu. If you want the benefit of the restaurant which is clearly very nice then check it’s open when you plan to visit

We did not have breakfast at Tio Pepe. The location of the hotel was exceptional - within walking distance to all the big attractions, located within close proximity to the central town and also to the train station.

The hotel is a beautiful small boutique hotel perfectly situated in Jerez. It is central, and close to the main square, Plaza de Arenal. Easy walking distance to many good restaurants and tapas bars. We stayed in a deluxe room which had a view to the next door cathedral, very dramatic. The room itself was simple but elegant, with a large bathroom with excellent facilities. The room was very clean, and the bed made up each day and toiletries replenished. Breakfast was plentiful and the hot selections were cooked to order and delicious. Local meats, etc were also available to try. The hotel also has a roof terrace with a small plunge pool, a bar and great views over historic Jerez. All of the staff were truly outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. From organising tours in advance of arrival, arranging taxis, recommending good restaurants and just generally being extremely friendly and providing superb service. We had a fantastic 4 night stay here, in what was one of the best small European hotels we have stayed in. If you’re looking for a centrally located, quality establishment then look no further. Thoroughly recommended.

Estuvimos en la feria , nos llevo una señorita encantadora del hotel al recinto, y solo sugeriría que , aun pagando lo que fuera , tuviéramos la opción de contratar con el hotel la vuelta . fue caótico y frustrante el poder volver al hotel . GRACIAS!

The bedrooms all opened out on to the reception area. Consequently it was very noisy at times when people came in to reception and chatted to the staff, or each other or the staff were on the phone. This continued late at night when we were in bed. It would not bother some people but if you are noise sensitive be aware.

Very expensive for the room which was dark, ridiculously small wardrobe space, no wastebin in the room, shower glass screen too short so water came out on the floor. Breakfast room very small with untrained young staff and the manager overworked. Very disappointing for 3,000 euros for two rooms for four nights.

We upgraded to Room 27, which had its own terrace with views over Jerez Cathedral. The room and bathroom were a great size. Very comfortable beds, great lighting and plenty of space in the wardrobe which included a safe. Rooftop bar excellent value. Perfect location next to the Cathedral and easy reach of bars and restaurants.

There were only 4 sunbeds by the pool and 2 deckchairs, so more beds would be an improvement, especially as there was space for more. Luckily we had our own terrace but otherwise this would have been very disappointing. Breakfast was chaotic when busy, we got our yoghurt and hot breakfast simultaneously, so all a bit disorganised.

We recently stayed 5 nights at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe while visiting Jerez for the first time and I'd thoroughly recommend it as the place to stay in Jerez. Firstly, the location is great as you're right next door to the Cathedral and Bodega Tio Pepe is, of course, attached to the building which presents a really charming and characterful pale stone facade onto the plaza in front. Secondly, the staff were superb - really friendly, professional and fun and very forgiving in tolerating my poor attempts to speak Spanish. There was nothing that we asked for that they didn't help us with. Thirdly, the room that we had was excellent - cool, stylish and with a fantastic bathroom and also nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Also, the public spaces of the hotel are also really well designed and maintained. Lastly, the staff serving breakfast were amazing - we had a great start to every day and I don't think I've ever seen a breakfast team as efficient as the one here, they were great in serving and clearing everything with a smile and with style :-) Congratulations to the team that run Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe - it's a lovely place that I'd recommend to anyone looking for this type of stay and I hope to return in the future.

Dieses Hotel liegt an fantastischer Lage mit Blick auf die Kathedrale in der Altstadt. Design und Einrichtung sind traumhaft. Extrem stylisch. Wir hatten das grosse Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und es war fantastisch. Perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Bar. Wir sinergia zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und können das Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe wärmstens empfehlen.

Excelente todo. Lo mejor al lado de la Catedral tan hermosa y nos tocó ver la procesión preciosa del domingo de Ramos desde el balcón de nuestro cuarto. No recomiendo ir a Cádiz, lo hicimos ida y vuelta pero es un pueblo muy pequeño sin mayor chiste, lo único que merece la pena sería la Catedral y ya. Tiene más encanto Jérez.

Por decir algo, me hubiera gustado que el desayuno fuera bufet. Pero sólo eso, todo excelente.
