Супер расположение, хочу отдельно отметить администратора Malak, очень помогла с пребывание в Дахабе, замечательный сотрудник, украшение этого отеля.

The hotel's location was spot on, all of the needed resources were nearby. The staff was outstanding especially Malak and Mahmoud. Super helpful and dedicated. They made sure that any problems were solved with a beautiful smile and amazing effort. Malak is always greeting us with a smile, took the extra mile in anything and everything. Mahmoud was acknowledging our needs and worked miracles in silence like an hidden gem.

Wonderful stay! Great location, super comfortable bed, and honestly the best part - the people! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Such a nice atmosphere and genuinely a place where you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with a fantastic location and wonderful people.

Nothing I really liked. They misrepresented the location and there was no beach. It was from the street access through local restaurants and walking people only to find Rocks and rocks and no place to even sit or walk, just to see the rocky non-beach.. I left the second day and I was charged for 2 nights even though I asked for early check out.

We asked for a room with separate beds, they said there was no problem (on booking chat), in fact it was a large bed. The toilet didn't work, there was a strong smell of pee, the room wasn't clean.

Excellent location which for me was the main thing as I was out all day. The staff were ok.

Potentially one of the worst stays I have had. Dirty room, no furnishings that were working, the shower flooded and someone had to mop the floor rather than unblock the drain which caused the flooding. There was dust on the floor. No safe to store valuables in. I didn't even try the breakfast. My friend's room has water dripping down from the roof on to the bed. One toilet roll per guest for duration of stay. Towel unclean.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Lage, aber vor allem mit dem Personal. Mahmoud und Seif haben uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen unterstützt. Die Lage war super und die Dachterasse zum entspannen, Abend ausklingen oder Frühstück traumhaft!

I give Golden Europe Hotel the highest marks. It deserves it! The staff is excellent, attentive to us in every way. They also brought us breakfast in the room. The room where we stayed for 6 nights was clean. The mattress on the bed is quite good. We had a very good rest. The location of the hotel is excellent. We will definitely come back.

Ottima la posizione vicino al mare e al centro. La terrazza, dove si fanno le colazioni, è molto bella con la vista sul mare. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Чудовий отель в самому центрі всіх подій. Швидко заселили і гарний і Персанал Малік дуже привітна і гарно володіє англійською мовою . Все дуже сподобалось і ми залишились ще з дитиною . Сніданок готували прямо для нас і з видом на море 🌊

Supposed to be hotel but not managed and staff did not know how to make breakfast or eggs and was absolutely terrible and didn’t get better, plus a disgusting dirty kitchen and roof top. Room and especially bathroom was dirty, no running water at times and then it was brown.

La posizione, che è sempre ottimale nella piazza principale e popolata di Lighthouse - Dahab.

Siamo stati nel 2024, e il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La struttura non è cambiata, è solo diventata vetusta in soli 2 anni, sembra siano passati 10 anni. La fantastica terrazza per le colazioni è invasa dalla polvere e sostanzialmente inutilizzata. Lo staff è ridotto ai minimi termini, non adatto al rapporto con il pubblico, oltre a non parlare inglese. Ci provano, ma niente...

Брудно, рваний матрац, у вікно нічого не видно — настільки брудне. За тиждень перебування 0 прибирань чи замін рушника. Сніданок (включений у вартість) з 8:00 до 10:00, але я прийшла о 9:30 і ніякого сніданку мені не зробили. На наступний день зробили сніданок з личинкою якоїсь комахи🤢 Воду регулярно вимикали, кран тече, в приміщенні можна палити і всюди дуже накурено. Вночі постояльцям можна кричати, що вони і роблять.

Golden Europe in Dahab was an absolute delight — sparkling clean rooms, great water pressure, and a cozy, well-kept decor that feels inviting. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Perfectly located near the beach and downtown, making everything within easy reach. A peaceful, comfortable, and spotless stay — highly recommended! the roof top was great too

Staff were excellent. Location is perfect super close to the beach and a wide array of restaurants/cafes and services. Room was spacious for 1 person.

Furniture was a bit old. some rusting components in the bathroom but nothing too major. Low water pressure in the tap.

I paid four times the average hotel price for that period, expecting something decent. Instead, I feel scammed. Breakfast was unedible and unsanitary, with no coffee available. Tables were dirty and the food looked unsafe. The bathroom was a disaster: sometimes no water at all, and when there was, no hot water and almost no pressure. Sand everywhere, mold, and a bad smell. The so-called 24/7 lobby is a lie. I waited more than an hour before anyone showed up, even after calling and leaving messages. Terrible value for money. Avoid this place.

Hotel vingut a menys, menys. Té diplomes de Booking i Tripadvisor que ara no els tindria ni de fallo. Res funciona bé, excepte l'A/C. Brut, deixat. Teníem l'esmorzar gratuït i el primer dia no ens el van preparar. El menjador està en una terrassa feta caldo i la cuina també està desballestada i bruta. Ens vam refiar de la puntuació i no té gens de nivell. No et netegen l'habitació si no ets present

La posizione strategica per immergersi in dahab, l'hotel è abbastanza attrezzato (per quello che serve) e lo staff è molto disponibile. Ad accoglierci c'è stata una ragazza molto carina e sorridente che ci ha spiegato tutto il necessario.

Excellent location, supporting reception, they help on the spot, very close to the best restaurants in town, taxis are also nearby, very close to the sea side, 3 minutes with the taxi to the bus station, quiet hotel, good prices. I cannot ask for more.

The toilette and shower utensils are useable and clean but little old. It would be good to replace them. Internet was not working during my station but I heard it was just a temporary issue. Overall I like this hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with helpful, on-the-spot reception support. Its proximity to top restaurants, nearby taxis, and the seaside is a major plus. The 4-minute taxi ride to the bus station adds to the convenience. Furthermore, it's a quiet hotel with good prices – truly exceeding expectations.

The room was not clean at all when we arrived, and the linens were not wahsed properly with leftover traces of hair and stains on the bed and towels. When we requested better cleaning, they changed it with the same unclean sheets. In the morning, we requested the room to be cleaned and put out the sign of cleaning. No one cared at all. We complained to the receptionist and her reply was that the cleaning guy's shift is from 8am to 8pm. It was 7:40 PM at that time!!! The next day, we asked the receptionist for someone to clean the room, but still no one came at all. And when we said that there is no toilet paper and the floor is wet since the shower is broken! She gave us a mop to clean it for ourselves!!! What an absolute joke. The breakfast was awful and late. Last but not least, we booked a garden view, and our view was a backyard with trash thrown everywhere. Sadly, this was our favourite hotel in Dahab with the best staff, food, and amazing location. Now, it's not even a good motel.

Ideal location next to the sea and many restaurants. Nice comfy reception full of books (I would have used it more but people were often smoking there). The size of the room was good and, although the hotel is close to all the bars and restaurants, my room was quiet. The staff was friendly.

I don’t know what happened to this hotel. I’d stayed here twice before and had a much better experience. Maybe the ownership or management changed? Back in the day, the owners were a kind young couple from Egypt and Germany. Don’t get me wrong—it was never the Hilton, and I didn’t expect luxury. I know it’s budget-friendly, and you get what you pay for, but the furniture and rooms have deteriorated a lot. I also noticed many dirty corners. On my first night, I found the fridge full of mold. It happens, I thought, and tried to clean it myself. But there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I asked at reception, and the man couldn’t find any in the supply closet. To his credit, he went out and returned 10 minutes later with a pack of two. The sink and soap dispenser leaked, creating a slippery mess that kept forming. That's dangerous in a bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, and the area behind the WC clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Why offer “Please clean my room” signs if no one comes to clean? I hung mine daily—no one ever came. I just hoped for fresh towels and sheets. One evening, I returned to find no water. They hadn’t noticed the tank was empty. The receptionist called the supplier, but because it was Iftar (breaking fast during Ramadan), the truck took 2 hours to arrive. Fair enough, I understand it was Iftar time. But even then, I waited another hour for water because someone forgot to activate the system (probably the pump). The curtain rail was broken, so I couldn’t open or close them properly. They stayed stuck, blocking light during the day but letting in enough to wake me in the morning. Routers were close to the rooms but all WiFi passwords they gave me did not work. I gave up in the end.

Nothing about it was good the service of the staff was very poor and they don't clean they're bed sheets and lie along with it saying they used perfume and it's was cause the yellow stains on the bed sheets.

Specially the safebox looks like not a safe box also the hotel is not refundable I have bought a check in for 3 days and left the same exact day. Very poor not recommended.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lighthouse with everything within easy reach. While the hotel has great potential, it would really benefit from a major renovation to enhance the overall guest experience.

The view and proximity to the lighthouse area is always a plus at this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years- however this time was different. I was told that management had recently changed. I voiced each of the concerns below directly with them during the stay as well. Communication: I requested airport pickup when I booked the room. The airport pickup was confirmed. I requested details about the pick-up (cost and confirmation) and was told by the staff that details would be shared the day before arrival. I never heard back from them, despite reaching out again the day before the trip. There was no one at the airport and I had to make other arrangements. Cleanliness: When I arrived, the room did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sheets needed to be changed on one of the beds, one towel had been provided (for a triple room) and it didn't look like the room or bathroom had been vacuumed as the floors were very gritty. A minor point, but the sea terrace room I booked had a door to the terrace that could not be opened/used from the room itself.
