Manca bidet in alcune stanze, non molto comoda struttura adiacente al resort, dovrebbe non essere divisa da due cancelli ma integrata in un' unica soluzione, da comunicare comunque nel momento della prenotazione 😉

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Nonostante abbiamo prenotato su booking una stanza nel corpo centrale, ci è stata data una stanza lontana, totalmente lontana dalla tipologia di stanza che avevamo prenotato e anche avendo fatto contestazione tramite booking, non ci è stato fatto nessun rimborso!!! Inoltre il bagno era anche senza bidet...

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026È un resort molto curato in tutti i particolari. Lo staff gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere un po' di tempo in completo relax. I miei ragazzi si sono divertiti molto anche con i giochi messi a disposizione: tavolo di ping pong e biliardino.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, mieliśmy pokój zupełnie poza główną bramą, z pięknym ogródkiem, cisza, spokój. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Do plaży na piechotę ok 15 minut, ale parking jest bezpłatny i dojazd do wszystkich atrakcji bezproblemowy. Na terenie obiektu piękny basen i leżaki.

Nonostante gli animali non siano ammessi la struttura presenta numerosi cani di cui alcuni randagi e il personale è accondiscendente alla loro presenza. I cani giocano con le ciabatte quando entri in piscina, urinano sulle auto nel parcheggio e abbaiano tutta la notte. Se avessi saputo avrei portato il mio di cane che sicuramente sa come comportarsi in un resort. Il prosecco è servito con ghiaccio e l’acqua calda finisce presto la sera.

Reviewed May 22, 2026La chambre était spacieuse, propre et moderne. Petits-déjeuners très bien avec une barista qui fait le café ! La piscine était également très bien et les transats confortables. Environnement très calme et reposant.
Le personnel ne parlait pas toujours anglais. Il y avait un chien (Martino) qui appartient à l’hôtel et qui se promène librement dans l’établissement. Il n’est pas méchant mais parfois dérangeant quand on se déplace en voiture ou qu’on ne veut pas l’approcher.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Las instalaciones. Al ir con una niña de 4 años, tener una zona de parque y piscina me parece genial. Está bien ubicado para conocer Siracusa y Noto. TV con Netflix y buen wifi. Tiene una buena playa a 15’ andando. Puedes hacer uso de un pequeño GYM por 3€. El desayuno muy bien y el personal muy amable.
Por poner un “Pero” la terraza de nuestra habitación era compartida con otra habitación.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Очень приятный спокойный отель в тихом месте. Мы отдыхали большой семьей и остались довольны. Спасибо за заботу. Есть детская площадка, теннис, минифутбол. Разнообразный вкусный завтрак, который внимательно пополняют, если что-то заканчивается. Персонал на завтраке милейший.
Из минусов, уборка номера требует большего внимания. Стикер на дверь с просьбой убрать был порван и не крепился, в итоге наш номер не заметили, убрав только соседние. Мы просили сами об уборке и пришли к нам только в самом конце. Мягкие матрасы. И отзыв относительно этой части острова - в начале апреля днем все заведения для обеда закрыты, все просто вымирает. Учитывайте этот факт при планировании путешествия

Reviewed May 18, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr oder andere Lärm. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend Groß. Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß. Der Pool war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Hund war sehr aufmerksam und hat einen immer freundlich begrüßt.
Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Die Säfte waren abgelaufen, das Obst schimmelig und die Gebäcke alt. Servicepersonal versteckt lieber hinterm Tresen als mit den Besuchern in Kontakt zu treten. Allgemein war das Sevicepersonal nicht dem Gast orientiert, sondern eher für sich. Reinigungspersonal knüllt nasse Handtücher zusammen und legt diese in die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn eine schwache Blase haben, wird man nachts häufiger geweckt. Ebenfalls hört man die Gespräche der Nachbarn.

- das Zimmer war leider recht klein und stickig, Luft kann nur durch die Tür (quasi an der Einfahrt) hereingelassen werden - das Bett war sehr durchgelegen und weich - in der Nebensaison ist der Pool geschlossen (obwohl ganzjährig in der Beschreibung steht) - die Nutzung des Spa´s ist in der Nebensaison weniger zu empfehlen, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, wurde mir lediglich aufgeschlossen und kurz erklärt, kein Wasser oder zusätzliche Handtücher vorhanden, Spa besteht aus einer Sauna, einem Whirlpool, einer Dusche und zwei Ruheliegen, dafür auch etwas kostspielig - auch die Lage und Größe des "Resorts" konnte mich nicht überzeugen

Lukt i rummet som orsakade hosta och allergisk reaktion. Enda ”fönster” var en glasdörr så om man ville vädra bort lukten så var man tvungen att öppna dörren. Var svårt att köra ut från hotellet till motorvägen. Vore bra att ha en vägspegel på andra sidan vägen för att se trafiken, stor risk för krock. Två lösa hundar sprang på hotellområdet. (Antagligen ägarens). Ligger lite off från strand, restauranger och affärer. Måste ha bil

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Bardzo przyjemne miejsce do wypoczynku dla tych, dla których od bliskości plaży czy restauracji ważniejszy jest spokój i przestrzeń. Miejsce jest zlokalizowane na uboczu. Pokoje nie są zbyt duże, ale jest to rekompensowane przez rozległy teren wokół - można sobie usiąść przy stoliczku przed apartamentem, wykąpać się w basenie, pograć w pingponga. A to wszystko w otoczeniu pięknego gaju cytrynowego. Warto również docenić śniadanie w formie bufetu - nie jest zbyt wyszukane, ale jest wszystko co potrzeba (no może przydałyby się jeszcze jakieś warzywka, np. pomidory).

La prima notte non andata bene per un cattivo funzionamento del climatizzatore ma la mattina dopo ho fatto presente il problema e lo hanno subito risolto. Presente colonnina di ricarica per la nostra auto elettrica ma il costo a kw addebitato troppo elevato decisamente sopra la media

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025A lovely place even though we came in winter the breakfastwas really nice , staff were really helpful, and the offered us a toast as we are used to it where other locations dont. The ac in the room is really good, parking was easy and even the self checkin.
We had 1 flight of stairs with the baby stuff and pushchair we prefergroundfloor, but still worth it

A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz, kicsit unalmas... Egy kávé gép jó lenne ( de kérésre kaptunk kávét) . A szobában lehtne több börönd tartó ( 1 db van ), illetve a fürdőben nincs polc.
