Spacious rooms

Apart from the common space (e.g. reception and rooftop), the actual condition of the property is significantly different from what is shown in the photos. Cleanliness needs improvement overall, except for the bed linens. The flooring is of low quality and has visible damage, including holes. There are also holes in the walls. We booked a unit with a small splash pool, but the tiles were coming off and there was a noticeable buildup of dust. The outdoor dining area is also poorly maintained, with some chairs damaged. The only positives are that the space is relatively large and the price is affordable.

긴 연휴를 이용한 첫 남쪽 가족 여행이었어요. 여러 도시를 도는 여행이었고, 통영 숙소는 '호텔 피코'는 게중 가장 비싼 숙소였기에 은근히 기대를 하였죠. 하지만, 숙소에 발을 들이자마자 실망이 너무 컸답니다. 주차는 이중으로 주차해야했고, 리셉션에서는 말린 생선 냄새가 났어요. 방에 들어서니, 중문이 있어서 소음은 어느정도 차단되어 좋은 점이 있었지만 그것 뿐이었어요. 방안에는 모기들이 가득했고, 욕실의 실내화는 더럽고 찢어지고 낡았었으며, 물때가 가득했죠. 심지어 냉장고는 좁은 곳에 갇혀 있어서 엄청난 열기를 뿜어내고 있었어요... 물을 계속 제공해주신 점과, 간단한 아침 제공해 주신 점은 좋았어요. 하지만 또 가거나 주변에게 추천하기엔 어려움이 있어요. 가성비가 별로인 것 같아요. 가격을 좀 낮추셔야 할 것 같습니다.

The property is a little tired but it’s clean and in a great location. You can walk to the port easily to explore the islands and there’s numerous restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fine and appreciated. The hotel owner helped us get a taxi to another city. Great value for money.

They placed room diffusers in our room which were cloyingly sweet but once we removed them it was fine. Also, the bathroom is a wet room so it can be slippery. Use the sandals provided. My dad didn’t and slipped in the shower.

It's a decent hotel for a good price. Room was fine and clean, not too small. All in all good. Very nice rooftop terrace.

Breakfast is included, but it would be better if it weren't. We got cold toast bread and jam. There was supposed to be a soup, but there wasn't. No tea, no coffee. Just water or milk. Just don't offer eat so people will know that they should go find sth. for breakfast.

チェックイン時に困ったので、無人でも対応できる流れを検討してもらえたらと思いました。

Location was great - we stayed during the week so it was quiet. Not sure how this compares to weekends. 5 min walk to the ferry terminal for a day trip to the neighbouring islands and some of the main attractions like the Turtle ships. The only hotel we stayed in during our trip to South Korea which offered breakfast as standard. It's a small, early window for breakfast. You could get something hot (I think it may have been a beansprout soup?) but there was also brioche bread and frosties cereal available.

The bathroom had a light damp smell to it, most noticeable after having showers. We did return from a day trip to the room and it smelt a little like smoke. We weren't sure if the smell was coming from another room or outside.

Posizione ottima. Il porto centrale è letteralmente a 5 minuti dall'hotel. Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario presente.

Non c'è il vetro della doccia, di conseguenza si tende a bagnare tutta la stanza del bagno.

조식이 있는줄 믈랐는데 프런트 직원이 콩나물국밥 맛있으니 꼭 먹으라 하시더군요. 시간 맟춰 내려가 콩나물국밥 주문하니 바로 끓여 그릇에 담아내주는 방식이었어요. 국물은 마트 조미료 맛이고 계란풀어 밥이 말아져 있었습니다. 근데 밥 양이 너무 적어서 밥 좀 더 주실수있냐 물으니 추가는 안된다는 단호한 답변...ㅠ 밥 솥이 바로 보이던데 제가 무슨 얻어먹으러 부탁하는 기분, 편치 않더군요 그래서 흥건한 국물 남기고 근처 식당에서 다시 조식을 해결해야 했습니다. 주방 아주머니 참 생각 할 수록 야속하더군요, 손님 대하는 태도나 밥 한 주걱이 그렇게 아까우신지 여기 콩나물국밥 수준은 걍 집에서 내가 대충 끓여 먹는게 나은 수준이니 참고하세요. 차라리 조식 서비스 없이 밖에서 사먹었어야 그래도 불편한 기억은 남지 않았을텐데 안타깝습니다.

가성비가 좋고 위치가 좋음

무료조식제공이 좋긴한데 콩나물국밥에 밥 양이 큰수저 1숫갈양이고 추가밥이 제공되지않는게 아쉬움

Staff molto poco preparato in inglese, a colazione non c'è stato verso di ordinare qualcosa, nemmeno delle uova e ne aveva tantissime nel frigo e c'erano sul menù. Per due giorni abbiamo mangiato pane tostato con marmellata e acqua. Per il resto non abbiamo avuto problemi

친절한 서비스에 만족합니다

La colazione è praticamente inesistente, l'hotel è fatiscente e le camere minuscole.

맛집, 통영항, 동피랑과 가까운 위치에 다른 모텔과 달리 안에 내부 리모델링이 깔끔하게 되어있습니다. 그리고 루프탑에서 맥주 한잔 하기도 정말 좋네요~! 사장님도 친절하세요!

Nice clean room and location good.

Advertised as 29sq m room. More like half that size. Booked this because of the size ..not happy. Fridge didn't work , overheated and all our food was spoilt.

가족들과 방문해도 괜찮은 숙소 아담하고 깨끗하고 심지어 합리적인 가격까지 조식으로 콩나물국밥을 만들어 주셔서 좋았어요 물론 간단한 빵과 시리얼도 있구요ㅎㅎ 인근에 전통시장도 있고 바다도있고 버스도 잘다녀서 뚜벅이들에게는 최고에요 주차장도 넓어서 차기져오셔도 굿 직원분들도 친절하셨구요ㅎㅎ

직원분들 모두 엄청 친절하시고 조식으로 나온 해장국 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 뜨거운 물도 콸콸 잘 나오고 청결합니다. 위치는 뚜벅이 여행자에게는 최고라고 생각합니다. 주변에 편의점 및 음식점도 많아서 지내기 좋아요. 다른 숙소에서 하루씩 묵을까 고민하다가 연박했는데 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 통영에 다시 가게 된다면 또 호텔 피코로 가겠습니다.

I booked deluxe double room and room was definitely not deluxe double. Something wrong with room door and tv was not working properly.overall I sure I got screwed.

The room was nice and clean. It's close and walking distance to everything nice in Tongyeong. The pretty rooftop must have been wrecked by a storm before we got there. I hope they'll make it pretty again soon. The view is nice from up there :)

The breakfast was Korean soup only. They had no coffee, only instant coffee premixed with creamer and sugar.

以前も利用したホテルでした 今回　少し高い部屋になったんですが　思ったより狭かったのが残念でした。

조용하고 쾌적합니다~~

Kamer vond ik, soloreiziger, groot. Prima bed, ruime douche die goed werkte. Nabijheid v ferry terminal vond ik ivm eilandbezoek belangrijk. Is 4 minuten lopen, inclusief de vaak langelange wachtijd bij Koreaans voetgangersstoplicht. Ferry terminal is niet goed op buitenlandse/Engelssprekende toeristen berekend overigens. Er is een tourist informatie maar die was tijdens mijn bezoek aan deze stad nimmer bezet. Ticketmachines enkel in Koreaans of 1 à 2 andere Aziatische talen, dus naar balie maar die zijn niet altijd bezet.

Breakfast option is really not ok. Only korean soup. If one can cook an egg in a soup, why is it so hard to cook it in the water.

At first, I thought this hotel was a decent place to be as our family was only staying for one night. However, the next day, the guy who I believe owns the place was so rude to us (Americans), but so friendly to those who are native Koreans. Also, he accused us of using too much AC in our rooms when the building is too hot and humid. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to any foreigners.

2층에는 거미줄 방에는 벽지에는 누런자국들 방안에 전체적으로 먼지들 그리고 에어콘 청소언제한건지 곰팡이 슬어있어요

아주 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요. 비록 작은 호텔이었지만 깨끗하고 좋이ㅣㅆ어요. 다만 접객에서 더 기분좋게 대했으면 좋겠어요. 어차피 써비스업이잔아요.

호텔내 깨끗했고 특히 화장실 샤워기(온수)가 잘나와서 좋았습니다.

It's very noisy at night. Karaoke is nearby and drunk people sang all night long. Room is tiny.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist. Nice and clean room. Rooftop was a good addition to have a seat in the afternoon. Plenty to see in the area around. I liked the Korean breakfast served in the morning.

The room was very comfortable and the window provided enough natural light. We did not use the rooftop area as it was a bit too cold, but had it been a bit warmer we would have certainly used the space. It was a very cozy area with a nice view of Tongyeong. We also enjoyed that the hotel was in walking distance to the main area with the Turtle Ship and market, but also close to many buses that easily get you anywhere around the city.

This was the first place we stayed where we went back to the standard tiny towels. Also our bathroom drain was clogged which caused a swamp in the bathroom, however when I brought this up to management, they immediately came to our room to fix it.

룸도 너무 좁고 디럭스 투윈이라 좀 괜찮을거라 기대했는데 별로였고 주차장도 비좁고 쥔장은 미소가 없네요

사장님이 무뚝뚝한 경상도 아저씨더군요. 조금만 상냥하시면 좋겠어요 4명이라 생수 추가를 했더니 흔쾌히 주시지 않더군요 일정상 조식도 안먹고 나왔는데 ....위치는 시내구경하기에 좋고 건물도 깨끗한 편이네요

호텔 방도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요. 통영 수산시장도 걸어갈 수 있고 주변에 식당들도 많아서 지내기 편했고, 루프탑도 예쁘게 만들어져 있어서 저녁에 올라가 앉아 밤하늘 보며 애기하는것도 운치있고 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔 바로 앞에 코인 빨래방이 있어서 여행하며 가지고 다니던 빨래 하기도 좋고요. 주차는 약간 어려웠지만 차 키를 사장님께 드리면 주차도 알아서 해주시고 첵아웃할 때 차도 알아서 빼놔 주셔서 편했어요. 사장님이 약간 무뚝뚝해 보이지만 이것저것 알아서 잘 챙겨주시고, 아침에 끓여주신 콩나물국밥 너무 맛있었어요. 날이 좀 쌀쌀했었는데 아침에 따뜻한 콩나물국밥 먹고 춥지않게 시장이랑 여러군데 잘 다녔습니다.

하루 묵어 가기에 최적인 호텔. 깨끗함. 파킹도 좋음. 걸어서 시장, 식당 가기도 좋음. 조식으로 콩나물국을 먹었는데 왠만한 식당보다 맛있었음. 주인 아저씨가 무뚝뚝하게 보이는데 얘기해보면 친절함. 많이 웃었으면 하는 바램. 또 올것임.

Really nice room, comfortable and clean. The rooftop is fantastic! We had issues with our car at checkout and the staff was very supportive and helped us with the rental agency until our car was repaired. Thanks a lot again! 10/10 for Pico, highly recommended!

아주 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 걸어서 동, 서피랑, 서호시장 다 가능합니다. 누가 주차공간이 몇자리 없다고 했는데 뒷쪽 따로 공간이 더 있으며, 저녁엔 다른곳과 계약한 주차공간이 더 있다고 했습니다. 아쉬운건 루프탑 편의시설 이용시간이 12시 까지라 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 냉장고 사이즈가 아주아주 작은것 참고 하시고...음.... 다른건 다 괜찮았습니다.
