Amplios espacios, buena ubicación, un sitio muy acogedor con ventanas insonorizadas, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Completo menaje y lencería. Atendieron de manera oportuna y rápida las solicitudes realizadas.

Todas las camas dobles tienen colchones separados. Las almohadas pueden ser más cómodas. Las escaleras del dúplex muy empinadas y con huecos que generan sensación de peligro, especialmente el primer escalón de bajada.

Mooi en vredig uitzicht op het water. Genoeg zit plaatsen. Comfortabele bedden. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig.

Persoonlijke minpunt is het gemis van een zonnescherm op het heetst van de dag op het balkon. Dan is het heel erg warm.

Overall, the trip was amazing. The host was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely keep this place on the list to revisit.

unfortunately some other items are not as advertised. Our problems began with confusion about payment. That situation was very stressful for us because of poor handling by both Booking and Coral/Coco. The app said in 2 spots that the balance was the total I paid on Feb 13, looking like the taxes etc were included. Then Coral didn’t lodge that we paid anything it seems. After a lot of fuss, I was told just before leaving our Coral and Coco property in Willemstad (booked through Airbnb where we had no confusion with the price or any other problem) that I owed taxes/fees- a shock.Booking’s presentation of balances owed on the app is poor but what added to the problem is Coral and Coco didn’t update their accounting after I made the payment. If they had, they could have notified me before we left on vacation. Nobody wants this stress while they are on vacation. When we arrived at Terrasse, we didn’t have the toiletries (ie Hand soap) which were clearly advertised on this site that we would. We asked the site manager about it and he said there isn’t any. Knowing that we didn’t have a car to drive anywhere to get some, the best he could offer was to use the dish soap. The next day, we rented a car and parked it where the site manager said we could. The following day, we had to wade through a half a foot of water to get to it. Another thing advertised was an airport shuttle for our return to the airport. We asked the site manager about this and he told us no, we’d have to call a taxi. Not even an offer to arrange it for us. We then spoke with Coral and Coco who did arrange it for a fee ($50 we were told and then the driver asked for $55). These small things make a big difference, things that as hosts, they could have been achieved easily

This was a lovely apartment overlooking the Spanish waters, with plenty of space for my family of 4. We loved the huge deck! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

The pool was very cold and not that nice. The location is generally good, but the road getting in/out of Jan Thiel has a LOT of traffic.

Villq was spacious and with amazing view.

The duvet were too small.
