L’accueil de Stratos et Theo est exceptionnel : leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions m’ont fait sentir comme à la maison dès le premier jour. Tout est pensé avec beaucoup de goût, de la décoration de l’hôtel à la chambre, conçue avec une attention aux détails que je n’avais encore jamais vue. Le calme des lieux est également très appréciable. Et mention spéciale pour le délicieux petit-déjeuner préparé par Aleksandra. Un grand merci pour votre sourire, votre gentillesse et toutes vos attentions ! J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux et je reviendrai sans hésiter. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés à Corfou. Acanthus Blue is a wonderful boutique hotel. It has a great vibrancy and close to Old Town Corfu. The staff are extremely helpful and know how to make a great G&T. The breakfasts are superb. Certainly the best we have come across. Acanthus Blue is comfortable and wonderfully clean a credit to the whole team.

Das Hotel ist rundum ein Volltreffer. Wunderschön renoviert und ausgebaut in super Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück bekommt man jeden Morgen kleine selbstgemachte Kuchen und Tiropita an den Tisch gebracht, frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte und frischgepresster Orangensaft. Man sitzt im Innenhof ganz paradiesisch.

Charmante pension ou le personnel est aux petits soins, on se sent comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table dans un petit patio intérieur très reposant.

Mettre du double vitrage aux fenêtres serait un plus pour se protéger du bruit de la rue, surtout dans les chambres du RDC.

We absolutely loved the atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like staying in a beautiful home than in a hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and decorated with so much care and attention to detail. The team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere without ever being intrusive. The breakfast was outstanding, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it felt like a real hidden gem.

We stayed for 1 night at the start of our holiday but we all said we would love to have stayed longer. The hotel is immaculately presented and the rooms extremely comfortable. Christopher and the team were all very accommodating and the customer service faultless. Our experience was a thorough joy and we look forward to staying again for longer next time. Lovely location - short walk to the heart of the Old Town, but off the beaten path in the bay. Staff are all incredibly kind, attentive and happy to help with any request or need. Breakfast was special and delicious in the back courtyard. Would happily return and will recommend to friends visiting Corfu.

Honestly, this place is incredible, but the staff are the absolute highlight. They are genuinely some of the nicest, most thoughtful people we’ve ever run into at a hotel—they went so far out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a bit of an issue with some noise, and they immediately moved us to a free room upgrade without us even asking, just to make sure we were happy. The whole place is completely spotless, breakfast was amazing and super tasty every morning, and the garden area is beautiful. But seriously, it's the staff that makes this place a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant - very kind and professional. The food was excellent, the room spacious and clean, and the location was ideal. It was nice and quiet as not directly in the centre, but easily accessible via a pleasant walk or very short car ride. I stay in lots of hotels for work (fortnightly) and holidays, and can honestly say the pillows in this hotel were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. A special thank you to Alexandra for the wonderful breakfasts, Daphne for her help on checkout, and Chris on reception who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Wonderful old building so beautifully restored to a very high standard. Stylish and tastefully decorated. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to historic old town centre, yet in a quiet & peaceful area. 3 minute walk to glorious promenade. Staff were very kind and helpful, welcoming us with coffee and pastries. Every staff member, but special reference to Daphne and Christopher, went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable-thank you! Lovely breakfast!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The owner has a special eye for detail, love all of the specialty glass and artwork. The courtyard is lovely.

Conditioner in the shower was out of stock and shower adjustment was in need of repair but was easy to overlook with all of the other outstanding elements in the room. Nothing major.

Appreciated the comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, understated luxury at its best.

Personal service with helpful staff and exceptional service. Breakfast was brilliant with homemade food and a fine choice on the menu. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Well appointed, beautiful boutique hotel some 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Loved how the little touches (the lavender pillow spray, the home made raspberry jam and the exceptionally flavoursome local orange juice for breakfast). Excellent service through and through, effective, discreet and kind at the same time. It immediately makes you feel at home. Looking forward to returning here!

The manager of the property is exceptionally friendly and caring and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant stay! The breakfast is always exceptional and is large - be hungry! I’ve stayed three years in a row.

Walked from the airport to the hotel. Loved the interior design. Very clean, modern. The garden area was beautiful too! The breakfasts were delicious. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with tasteful touches all around it. It is in a great location within 15 minutes walk of the old town in a much quieter area minutes away from the bay and more cafes and restaurants.

From arrival to departure, we had the most memorable experience. Breakfast was exquisite and sumptuous — far beyond our expectations, to the point where we felt guilty for not being able to eat all the delicious items provided before we had even ordered breakfast! The service was excellent and very personable. Every member of the team we had time to speak with was so helpful, kind, and courteous. Rooms — particularly beautiful. Atmosphere — truly special. Hotel — a perfect oasis of tranquillity within minutes of Corfu Town, with a beautiful and atmospheric internal courtyard, bar, and breakfast area ❤️ — and worth absolutely every penny. Wir haben uns im Acanthus blue gefühlt wie zuhause. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück im schönen Innenhof. Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Frühstück wird täglich frisch mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl es sehr nahe am Flughafen ist, war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Es dauert ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt- aber es hat uns nicht gestört. Der Weg führt am Meer entlang mit Blick auf die Festung. War jeden Abend einen schönen Verdauungsspaziergang bis zum Hotel. Wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen :-)

Lovely hotel just outside the old town. Nice walk along the sea front to get into town. Nice outdoor patio at the back for breakfast.

We were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from reception and breakfast but this wasn’t a big issue.

The breakfast was fabulous and the chef is an amazing lady! I cannot say enough about Acanthus Blue - from The moment we checked-in until the moment we departed the staff went over and above to make our stay as comfort as possible. They even - very kindly - made my mother’s birthday even more special by getting her a cake (which was believably delicious) and lighting a candle after breakfast. It is evident that a lot of love went into renovating the place; every detail is gorgeously planned.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli par le personnel de l’hôtel Acanthus Blue (plusieurs attentions de l’équipe pour l’anniversaire de mon mari)! La chambre était très confortable, la décoration et le mobilier sont choisis avec beaucoup de goût! L’emplacement est parfait (20 minutes à pied du centre ville) et le petit déjeuner était particulièrement délicieux (cuisine fine et raffinée, proposé dans la cour de l’hôtel)!

Acanthus Blue This beautifully renovated 18th century boutique hotel in Old Corfu Town is pitch perfect. It has a wonderful covered courtyard garden used for the gourmet breakfast, plenty of original features (including a dazzling array of Murano glass light fixtures) and above all, standout personal service from a team of very dedicated staff. Conveniently located near the foreshore within 15 mins stroll to the Old Town and with many restaurant options close by.

The room was so comfortable and clean. It was decorated in the perfect way for me: wooden floors, white bedding, lovely light and high ceilings and a great modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature. Great products in bathroom also! But the whole feel still had charm rather than an ultra modern room. Close to everything and easy walk into town! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

There is sadly a slight odour in that area of Corfu due to the infrastructure but hopefully the council will fix this soon for everyone!

The hotel is small but beautiful. The decor is thoughtful and tastefully done. I’m an interior designer and I was impressed by the attention to detail. The staff were phenomenal and genuine. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of home baked goodies. It’s in a good location to reach Corfu town within a 10-15 minute walk and a short drive from both the airport and the port.

The hotel is in a fairly noisy part of the neighbourhood, you could hear a lot of cars, dogs barking and people walking past at night.

Our 3rd time of staying and didn’t disappoint, wonderful hosts, the best breakfast you can imagine, peaceful location, very clean

Beautifully renovated house. Spotlessly clean. All the staff are lovely. So kind and attentive. Extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations etc and boat and car hire - which given it was the end of the season saved us a great deal of ringing round! The breakfasts were superb. Tasty and filling. Hot items cooked to order. We never needed lunch! A good night’s sleep, not much noise after 10ish. A very easy and pleasant 10 minute stroll along the seafront to the old town. But plenty of bars and restaurants round the corner also. If we are visiting Corfu again, we’ll go straight back here.

I felt like a visitor at somebody’s home who wanted to treat me like family. The staff are so gracious and the surroundings are so beautiful. They have breakfast, which is sublime and you couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Our experience was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the cozy, personal atmosphere created a comfortable and inviting environment.

Lovely hotel. They were super accommodating to my needs as I don’t eat gluten and dairy. They had many options for me at breakfast and made me feel very welcome. The hotel is well located. I could walk to the old town in a few minutes, it’s surrounded by great restaurants and close to the old fort.

The only way to get to the higher floors is via stairs. The wonderful staff do carry luggage up though. Maybe not the best place if you have mobility issues. I also had trouble with my toilet. It didn’t flush well. Probably not a usual occurrence.
