Hyatt Regency Cairo West

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Cairo West, and I would like to take a moment to specifically recognise three gentlemen who made our experience truly special: Amr, Youssef Raouf, and Youssef Romany. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly professional, kind, polite and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and willingness to assist made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. What touched us most was the thought and effort they put into making my daughter’s birthday special. They arranged a beautiful balloon and birthday cake setup in our room upon arrival, which was such a lovely surprise and meant so much to our family. It was a thoughtful gesture that immediately made our stay feel personal and memorable. They ensured to give us two rooms next to each other as we were a family of 5 and needed two rooms. Amr, Youssef Raouf and Youssef Romany are a wonderful reflection of the hospitality and service that Hyatt Regency strives to provide. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are genuinely grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, special and memorable. We will certainly remember the kindness we experienced at Hyatt Regency Cairo West and would be very happy to return in the future.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, really go out of their way. Special thank you to Manar for sorting out beautiful room decor and liasing with us to get a two bedroom suite. The pool was also amazing, the pool lifeguard Mohammed was incredible, every day filling up our little boys pool no questions asked.

Albergo stupendo in un’ottima posizione. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa dotata di ogni comfort. Cibo di colazione e pranzo ottimo, la cena purtroppo non l’abbiamo provata. Il personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni necessità. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo tornerei qui sicuramente.

The facilities and cleanliness are at the highest levels. The staff is beyond friendly. They genuinely want to have our stay be better. The hotel was already lovely and thanks to Manar Mohamed, Ali Mohamed, Ahmed Ragab, Abanob and Amr, they made it beyond what we expected or had in mind.

Camera ampia e struttura molto accogliente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità della camera prima dell’orario standard del check-in. Un’oasi di tranquillità dopo giornate molto intense.

The hotel looked modern yet classy. It was spacious, open and light inside in the lobby and restaurant area. The pool and outside area looked peaceful and had a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. The entire staff consisted of warm, helpful, lovely people who made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely a place to come back to and one I’d recommend to everyone visiting Cairo.

The property was absolutely amazing! Never felt more safe staying somewhere and felt like royalty with the amazing level of service and pristine facility. Breakfast service, rooms, pool and all other facilities were incredible! Would highly recommend to everyone if they visit Cairo.

طلب اكثر من يوم تنظيف الغرفه كلمت وبلغت الاستقبال ولم ينظفو الغرفه ويوجد موظف بالاستقبال شفت المساء وكان اسلوبه جدا سىء طلبت خروج متاخر على الساعه 6 المغرب على الساعه 4 العصر تم دخول الموظفين من الاستقبال و امراه لابسه بدله سوداء علينا الغرفه رغم اننا واضعين علامه عدم الازعاج وغير لائق دخول الموظف بهذا الاسلوب وكان اسلوبه سي وقد بلغت خروجنا 6

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het Hyatt Regency Cairo West. Het hotel is modern, nieuw en ligt op een ideale locatie voor een bezoek aan het Grand Egyptian Museum en de piramides van Gizeh. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgt ervoor dat je je direct welkom voelt. Het ontbijt is echt een hoogtepunt: enorm veel keuze, alles vers en heerlijk. Ook het zwembad is geweldig om na een dag sightseeing lekker af te koelen. De poolbar en de uitstekende service maken het helemaal af. Voor onze uitstapjes naar Oud-Caïro hebben we de laatste dagen in Zamalek verbleven. Die afwisseling vonden wij juist erg prettig. Rondom het Hyatt is, behalve het museum en de piramides, weinig vertier, terwijl Zamalek een levendige wijk is met veel restaurants en cafés. Beide locaties hebben dus hun eigen charme. Wij zouden het Hyatt Regency Cairo West zonder twijfel aanraden aan iedereen die Caïro bezoekt. Het is een heerlijke, rustige en 100% veilige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de piramides en het museum.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The food at the restaurants were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and consistently high quality. The room service team was prompt, professional, and always attentive to requests. I would also like to commend the reception staff for their exceptional hospitality. They were welcoming, efficient, and always willing to assist with any inquiries, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. A special thank you to Soha Saad, the Guest Relations Agent, for her outstanding professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference to my overall experience. I would also like to recognize Ahmed from the housekeeping team for maintaining the room to an excellent standard throughout my stay. His hard work, friendliness, and attention to cleanliness were truly appreciated. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. Stayed at Hyatt Hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient and close to everything needed. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.

On the downside, the AC in the room was very loud which affected comfort during the night. Also, the bathroom setup lacked privacy as there was no proper door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, and the bathroom space itself was quite small.

The hotel was clean and quite. It is perfect for family stay. We had fun in the swimming pool. We tried dinner at their restaurant the food was good better than the breakfast. The staff were nice and the toom was ok we hoped for a better view.

There are several things that I feel need some improvement like: - The cleaness of childrens swimming pool ( it wasnt clean) - The breakfast buffet some was oily like the flafel. Some fruits were not fresh it tasted strange. I could find anything that was yummy and amazing it was average buffet.

Ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd. Goede pastrys, een kok die je ei maakt zoals je wilt en vriendelijke staff. Niet opdringerig.

Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn. Ik hoorde op een nacht de buren praten en dat was erg storend voor mijn slaap. De dagen erna was het rustig, maar ik denk dat er toen geen buren waren.

The staff were exceptional throughout our stay — professional, warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the food was excellent, and the overall service truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Cairo, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended.
