Reviewed Sep 1, 2026My stay completely exceeded expectations! The high floor offered an incredible view, and the room itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities—including Netflix. A huge shoutout to the helpful security guards who guided me when I first arrived. Most of all, the host was hands-down the best I’ve ever had: proactive, caring, and constantly making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026連泊で利用しましたが、タオル交換と一緒に水もいただけて助かりました。清掃の方も愛想のいい方ばかりでしたし、楽しそうにお掃除する姿もみかけました！お掃除ありがう！と伝えたいです！匂い以外は、満足です！
1部屋がカビ臭く、連泊したらその匂いが取れず困りました。人と会うため、ららぽーとで洋服買いました…その部屋に当たった方は何か対策した方がいいかもしれません。探し物をするため、マットレスを動かしたら色々なものが落ちています。

ベッド頭上の窓のカーテンが微妙な丈で、朝4時過ぎから陽の光を顔に受け、眩しくて目が覚めた。もう少し長かったら、良かったのにな〜と思った。後、照明がつけるか消すだけで、暗めにしたり調整できない。ベッドサイドにある照明も明るすぎた。 朝食付きで予約したのに、朝食無しになっていた。食べなかったから、チェックアウト時に一応聞いたら、朝食分は返金してくれた。

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026I'm not sure how I ended up booking two TWIN rooms both with single occupancy, for a two person stay, but the hotel would not let me amend my booking the day before my stay. So bear that in mind. That aside, Ten out of ten. Would stay again. Welcome drinks, shampoo selection, bath salts, big, comfortable, clean room. Restaurants and kombini nearby. All good.
It would have been nice if the hotel would have let me amend my booking to a two person twin room, instead of two twin rooms with single occupancy. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

お風呂は家庭のユニットバス仕様なので 椅子や風呂桶が無くて 洗髪や身体を洗うのにとても不便だった

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026思っていた以上に綺麗でした。 立地が良かったのもありイベント前後での利用がとても楽でした。 ららアリーナでのイベントのため、ららポートまでの無料バスもあり、歩けない距離でもなく便利でした。
二泊三日で予約していたにもかかわらず一泊二日としてデータ処理されており、こちらから言わないと二泊三日の料金のまま一泊二日しか出来ないところでした。 そのあたりがチェックインの際に時間もかかり、改めて予約するホテルを探さないといけないのか？とヒヤヒヤしてとても怖かったです。 結果としては問題ありませんでしたが、もう少し謝罪いただけたら嬉しかったです。

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 チェックアウトした後も荷物を快く預かってくださり戻った後もコーヒーを飲めたり喫煙所も案内してくれました。 慣れない土地で交通機関も案内してくれました。
お風呂の椅子がないと口コミで見てましたが本当に無かったです。椅子があると良いなと思いました。 洗面台が少し狭かったかなと思いますが部屋自体は広くて友人と宿泊しましたがとでくつろげました。

何せ立地が不便！バスはあんま出てないのでタクシー呼ぶか歩くかになるけど南船橋からキャリー引くのはだいぶキツかったです、タクシーは1100円とかで、配車料金入れたら1600位かな京葉線使いたいと思ってる人はタクシー代も入れてこの宿泊施設がお得か判断したがいいかも
