I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection and very good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily return.

Perfect Location, directly beside of Wuxi Mainstation. Many Restaurants and Shops around. Very friendly staff at the reception and the Restaurant. I will book it for my next trip to Wuxi again.

Although I had a nice room in 17th floor I could still hear the noise from Mainstation. The noise reduction of the windows could be better...

房间大，位置好（利用公交地铁基本可以直达所有我们想去的地方），前台员工特别是Carry 王 很👍-热情能干- smiling and efficient! 早餐品种齐全，中西兼顾！健身设备齐全。

1)早餐口感参差（第一天很好，第二天很失望- 炒菜稀烂如水煮）做面条的中年妇女的工作作风需要检点,有伤四星宾馆声誉！ 2)很希望有self-serviced laundry! 如果将来来无锡没选择这个宾馆，唯一原因是没有”自我服务的洗衣房” (个人喜好，非宾馆问题, as the hotel does have serviced laundry)

A good hotel with a very convenient location. The European-style breakfast was tasty. A nice bonus is the drinks available in the lobby. The staff are friendly — the reception team speaks good English, explained everything clearly, and provided all the information I needed.

Stayed Apr 3-6 2026. Standard Twin Room. Room is very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and the shower water pressure is strong. Staff was friendly, attentive and spoke English. Chloe and Nora were very helpful when we wanted to get to the Big Buddha. Chloe even connected me with WeChat and sent me the bus timing to and fro Big Buddha. Appreciate it!! Hotel is right next to Wuxi Railway Station North Square 无锡火车站. Subway station of the same name is served by Lines 1 and 3. In addition, the bus terminal is also nearby. Stops for tourist bus No 1 (乐游1线that ends at 鼋头渚 and bus No 2 (乐游2线) that ends at Lingshan Grand Buddha 灵山大佛 with Plum Garden along the way are just one floor down from the Railway Station North Square. There are eateries at the Railway Station or u can take subway Line 1 to Sanyang Square 三阳广场 for shopping and food . There is a small pool. But no DIY laundry.

Had dinner at hotel restaurant once. Didn't quite enjoy it.

I spent the night at the Holiday Inn Wuxi Central Station by IHG subsequent to a brief business meeting, after which I returned to Shanghai on the same day. The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to the railway station and proximate to my destination. I employed a taxi to attend my meeting, although the metro system is also accessible. Several dining establishments within walking distance provided considerable convenience. The nearest metro station is Wuxi Railway Station (无锡火车站), which functions as an interchange for Lines 1 and 3. The accommodation was clean and spacious, allowing for restful sleep. The breakfast offered a diverse selection of both Asian and Western cuisine, which was highly satisfactory.

I have no complaints about my visit. Therefore, there is nothing negative to report here. Everything was satisfactory for my University visit to one of my postgrad students. I really enjoyed the breakfast before my all-day meeting.

The staff is really helpful. Phoebe helped me a lot and is very friendly during the stay.

It is a pretty new hotel but already can feel the maintenance is not really good. Layout is a bit weird as well.

部屋が広くて快適。テーブルもソファーもあり一人で使うには十分すぎる設備でした。窓からの景色は駅の屋根の上が見えることを除いては見晴らしがよく、良かったと思います。残念ながらバスルームは、ウォシュレット付きではありませんでしたが、清潔でした。ホテルは駅に隣接していて、2階から接続されていてアクセスが良いです。買い物や食事する場所には困りません。朝食は種類豊富で、地元の料理もあり、料理を楽しめました。ただ、混雑していたためかサラダなど補充が追い付いていなかったのが少し残念でした。

Great location, right next to Wuxi station. Great breakfast buffet, with both traditional Chinese and "western" options. Super affordable when compared to most of western Europe.

Hotel just above Wuxi station. From the exit gantry there are lifts on the left side that brings you to the lobby. Can find quick bite at the station or take subway ride to other part kg the city. Room is comfy and quiet. Breakfast is good.

Excellent front desk staff, very attentive. They added my WeChat and answered any questions I had. They were able to provide basic service in English but were incredibly responsive in Chinese. I was surprised by the level of English service at the breakfast spot. There seemed to be a pool but it wasn't really mentioned or advertised. Rooms were clean. When I asked about water, 4 additional water bottles were brought to the room. Nice staff waiting at the entrance of the hotel to help load and unload luggage.

The only thing I was surprised by was the total lack of any English movies or TV shows on the in room entertainment system. All other Holiday Inns I've stayed at in China have a few English language selections. I understand that the majority will be in Chinese, but it might be a nice touch to add a few English language movies and TV shows to the system.

기차역에 붙어 있어서 빠른 일정이나 이동이 있을 시 도움이 된다. 그러나, 아침 식사는 간단히 먹을 수 있으나 셀러드가 부족하였다.

The hotel is above 2 metro lines and also is next to Wuxi Rail station. So this is convenient and it is near to some places of interest. The staff is friendly. The hotel room is big and they help to process early check in.

Gym and pool are unfortunately closed for renovation. There is a temporary gym. So basically, no t much facilities (as a hotel). They charged extra and would refund later. Still waiting for refund.

The location is right outside of the train station. An elevator takes people from the exit of the train station (B1/B2) directly to the Hotel's lobby. The breakfast is great with plenty of choices. The staffs at reception are very friendly and helpful.

Staff barely speaks english and I had to get 3 different rooms before getting to one that did not stink like cigarette. I booked this hotel for the pool and the gym but they are closed since Feb 2024 until further notice and Booking.com advertises photo of the pooll but doesn’t mention it’s actually closed. I would have booked a different hotel if I had known. Also, found hair and food left over on the carpet from the previous sleeper…
