HOTEL LiVEMAX Chiba Chuo-Ekimae

Das Hotel befindet sich an einem zentralen Ort nicht weit vom Bahnhof, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die wichtigsten Informationen und Hilfe mit dem Gepäck bekommen. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, hat aber alles, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt brauchen könnte. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

化粧用の鏡がお部屋に欲しかった

隣のレストランは多いです。 電子レンジがあって、便利でね。 家族用のルームがあって、良かったです。

部屋はちょっと ちっちゃい、トイレもそうです。

・千葉市の繁華街内にあり、夜の街（飲食店街・ネオン街）を利用する人に最適の立地です。 ・目の前にセブンイレブン等があり便利。

・繁華街内の立地で、夜の街を利用しない人には不向きと感じました。ホテル周囲で客引行為をする立ちんぼが複数見られました。 ・大浴場なし。 ・エントランスホール等の共用部は狭く必要最低限のスペースのみ。 ・リブマックスは新しいイメージがあったが、ここは設備が経年劣化している印象。

Beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, restaurants konbini, centre commerciale, monorail. La chambre était plutôt propre.

フロントさんの接客良かった。 部屋もキレイでした。

ベッドからTVが見えなかった。

房間隨不大，但舒適，隔音也不錯。窗簾的遮光性也很好。搭配價格實在令人難以挑剔。而且有微波爐！地點對面就是車站商場，吃喝都很方便。

不過電視的規格有點老舊，無法投放手機畫面有點遺憾。房內沒有除濕機也有點可惜。馬桶對於我來說有點小，還好可以每天請求清潔。

身分証明の為証明書をお見せくださいとのことで免許証を渡したら、若い女性社員が自分の顔の前で免許証を裏、表ひらひらさせながらしたので妙なことをするな思っていました。二間借りましたので鍵のカードが２枚と説明書などあり、免許証もあると思っていましたがなかったので、翌日（10月17日返してもらってないことに気づき、カウンターにいた、男性社員に免許証を返してくださいと言ったら、日本人の方には身分証明のお願いなどはしませんと言われびっくり、その次の日（10月18日）女性社員に免許証返した貰って否ないといいますと、前日と同じ日本の方には身分証明などしませんとことで前日と同じでした。ビデオカメラが付いていますのでそれを見せますと携帯電話に移行したものを見せてくれました。そのビデオ画像にもびっくり自分たちに都合の良いように加工してありました。その画像は私が入口から入ってきてカウンタの外ですでに用紙に記帳しているところ、カウンター内では私が最初に女性社員とは似ても似つかない、小柄で丸々と太った女性で名前も聞かないのに私の名前を言いながら書類を探す姿でした。なんとバカバカしい、加工した画像がありました。あきれて、ばかばかしく何も言えません。あの防犯カメラはお客様の為でなく社員を味方にするカメラでした。又その夜、近くの交番へ免許証なくしましたと届けました。Bookingさんもこのホテルだけ斡旋しな方が良いと思います。・・・免許証は２０日（月曜日）近くの免許証試験場で再交付して頂きましたのでご安心ください。ただこのような事件がないことを祈っています。

The staff was friendly, but the room itself had mold on the ceiling.. neighborhood was a little bit sketchy, but nothing terrible.

ロケーションがとてもよかった。ランドリーが安かったし、やりやすくてとても助かった。エレベーターもすぐきてストレスフリーでとてもよかった。スタッフの方達はとてもよかったし、色々すぐ対処してくれて助かりました。

部屋の雰囲気がちょっと暗かった。照明、ベットと枕があまりよくなかった。

JR千葉駅からは少し歩く

部屋も十分な広さで快適です。 アメニティが少し少ないかな。 ただ立地もよく便利なので全体で満足。 カギの紛失は高すぎ。

以前も書きましたが、千葉中央駅から近く、千葉駅までC-oneの中を見ながら行けるので買い物・飲食に便利です。 ホテル周辺もコンビニや飲食店等が多いです。 お部屋は全体的に落ち着いた印象で、水回りの設備も新しく綺麗です。 電子レンジとポットがあります。 部屋着もあり、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。 今回のお部屋はドアを開けたらすぐベッドが横たわっていて、快適な１人暮らしのお部屋みたいでした♪

マグカップとアメニティに化粧品があったら嬉しいです。

The hotel is in an ideal location, with plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores, and train stations all within walking distance. Late-night ramen shops are also just around the corner. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and a baggage drop-off service is available for added convenience. Despite the nearby train lines, the rooms are soundproof, so you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

It’s a small & compact place with all facilities you need. A lots of Sakura trees are around the corner. The price is very nominal.

受付の対応はとても良かったです。 室内ま清潔な環境でした。

お値段と立地はとても良いです。夜ご飯も朝ご飯も食べるところに困りません。 残念だったのは8階の角部屋に宿泊したところ、wi-fi が弱くて使用できませんでした。速度測定をしてもメールがやっとで、Web 閲覧もできないレベル。仕事のための宿泊だったので、滞在中にビデオ会議が2つ3時間ほどあったのですが、全て自分の携帯テザリングで行わないといけなかったのが困りました。

We liked that this hotel was close to lots of dining, drinking, shopping and a central train station that had the Narita Express Line and local trains. Our room was more spacious than the "Henn Na Tokyo" hotel we previously stayed, but the bathroom was more cramped and their mirror was placed so that you had to crouch or sit on the toilet to see your face. Their air conditioner was better at turning on and off to keep your desired temperature. They actually had humans instead of robots for their front desk staff. One thing to note is that this place is close to a lot of girl bars and massage parlors. There were a couple of solicitors that hung out at the hotel's street corner every night. They didn't bother us, but conservative families considering this location might want to be aware of the neighborhood. Our room was on the 5th floor so we didn't hear a lot of noise. But other than that, the location is great for shopping and for being removed from the hustle & bustle of Tokyo without it taking too long to access it within a day.

Excellent for short term stay as I stayed just 3 nights. Lots of restaurants around the hotel so you have options where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Chiba train station is only a few minutes away and you can get a direct train to the Narita airport.

I liked that the room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. And it was about 15 minute walk from Chiba station, and there was a grocery store across the street for shopping. The layout of the room was not great, as the TV is facing the bed, and the desk is on the other side of the wall (you can see photos of the rooms online to see what I mean). The chair also was more like a stool. Otherwise, for the price I paid, it was a decent room

The price was good for the stay

We were notified that they did not do daily cleanings of the rooms which was okay because we weren’t spending any time there except sleeping. But they did say they would do it on the 3rd day but they didn’t. So we had some trash piling up and we had to get fresh towels ourselves.

ホテル内は快適でした。 24時間対応のフロントも安心でした。 部屋も浴室、トイレも清潔でした。 お部屋も上手に配置されていて、過ごしやすかったです。 ズボンプレスもありました。 あると便利ですよね。 （スチームアイロンの貸し出しもあるようです。） ただ、周辺の治安はあまり良くないです。 露出狂がいました。お気を付けください。

部屋はカビ臭く、照明もなんか薄暗いから、居心地はあまり良くなかったです。

ヘッドポードとテレビが同じ壁側ついてるから就職時に寝てからはテレビが観えません。 間取りの工夫で改善して欲しいです。

全体的に綺麗で満足です。駅も近くて良いです。

立地は良いですが、 部屋掃除に難あり。 ベッドメイク時に掛け布団を床においていました。 指摘し、周知しますとのことでしたが、翌日も同じ清掃方法でした。

The property is close to Chiba station. Hotel is also close to 7-11, family mart. And the best part there are lots of restaurant ! I love coco curry house! The staff were friendly and always smiling! Highly recommended! 😍

Location was not far from china station and easy to find. 7-11 right outside and many restaurants in the area. Beds were large and a great room size.

No tea/coffee sachets in rooms... Vending machine downstairs, but not so convenient when you want a cuppa once you are back in your room
