Reviewed Sep 17, 2026We chose QC Room when life happened and we missed our flight home. We weren’t expecting much, but we were absolutely blown away. We loved everything! The check-in procedure, the staff, the digital locks - everything was quick, easy and seamless. The shared hotel area with complimentary coffee and cookies? Wow! The room was exceptionally tidy and clean, with separate air conditioning units in both the bedroom and the bathroom. And the bathroom itself felt like a little private spa. The set of amenities didn’t feel like the usual hotel toiletries at all - they felt much more like luxurious spa products. Bathrobes in the room would have been a lovely touch, but this was such a small detail that it didn’t take away from our wonderful experience in the slightest. In the room, we found a minibar with drinks and snacks, a Bluetooth speaker, and wonderful coffee. There was also a balcony with two sun loungers. The room was cleaned and prepared as if we were the most important guests. An absolutely wonderful experience. This wasn’t our first time in San Pellegrino, but now I know exactly where we’ll be staying every time we come back.

Paid parking system. Although the free parking would be the best solution, the paid way can be solved better - cause paying for the parking every time you leave the garage is pretty annoying.

If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the design of the headboard — it is a little awkward, and when sitting up in bed it is easy to bump your head against it.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Très bel hôtel bien situé pour aller aux termes. Chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée, tout le confort souhaité avec un équipement parfait et des prestations à la hauteur, boissons offertes et encas a disposition.
Pas de petit déjeuner possible juste un en-cas et il faut donc aller au village à 5 mm à pied.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026This is a new hotel, all the facilities are hi tech and advanced. The location is right at the center of the city, all walking distance. The staff were really nice and advising, they helped us through.
The self check in process is new and does not run smooth yet, but the local staff helped resolving everything and were very kind.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026It is modern, very nicely designed hotel inside with a traditional facade to fit the San Pellegrino Terme place. Rooms are very cosy, everything is clean and smells nice due to essences produced by QC itself. We had a ground floor apartment with a possibility to be on the terrace. The place had underground parking for a very fair price what was super convenient. We also appreciated very easy self-checkin.
We did not like that we could not stay longer.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva: ho soggiornato qui con il mio ragazzo per un weekend alle terme. La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e silenziosa, oltre a essere comodissima alle terme (raggiungibili in soli 5 minuti a piedi). Le camere sono moderne, curate e dotate di ogni comfort (tutto ciò che c'è nel mini-frigo è incluso nel prezzo della stanza), con bagno spazioso anche se non finestrato. Nonostante si tratti di uno smart hotel, lo staff è presente fino a tarda serata ed è molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!
Due aspetti che, a mio parere, potrebbero essere migliorati (ma che non inficiano sull'esperienza generale che è stata davvero ottima e che ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliare): 1. Offrire la possibilità di fare colazione, anche come servizio a pagamento 2. Rendere la scrivania della stanza un po' più "essenziale": sono infatti presenti diversi oggetti con il cartellino del prezzo. L’impressione è quasi quella di trovarsi in un negozio di design più che in una camera d’hotel.

Comme mon fils est mineur, nous avons du passer nous enregistrer à l'hôtel avant de passer la journée aux thermes car la réception est fermée à 21h00.

Maybe just slightly better communication from the hotel in how the spa works, what you are entitled too. Although both came as a package they felt very disjointed
