Familiengeführtes Hotel, herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir hatten ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer mit großzügigem Bad. Die Lage ins Skigebiet/zur Gondel ist gut, schön auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel.

Die beiden Saunen waren tipptopp, nur der Ruhebereich ist etwas beengt.

This is a really nice hotel, in a great location a short walk from the Nasserein ski lift. Thanks to Andreas (hotel owner) and John (chef/breakfast provider) who both made our stay so comfortable. Great Breakfast and conversations!

Great communication before arrival. I had a few questions and they were all answered promptly. Breakfast was good (thx John) and Andreas as an owner was very cheerful, attentive and friendly.

From the staff to the room, everything was perfect. Check-in was easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful on every aspect of our stay. I would stay there again and would highly recommend the property to anyone.

The breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and very well presented. The dinning room was lovely and comfortable and cleanness was of the highest standard. Lovely warm ski store was also provided with separate entrance which we found very convenient. Room was cleaned and bed lined changed every day during our stay. A packed lunch was prepared for us on our last day, which was appreciated.

A nice quiet location but only a short 5 minute walk to the gondola/Intersport hire shop/ski depot storage. Really friendly staff. Lovely sauna. Yummy breakfast. A nice bakery opposite. Parking onsite.

Gut gelegen, wenige Minuten zur Gondel. 10 Minuten in den Ortskern. Das Frühstück ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Sauna nach dem Skitag ist Top. Etwas klein aber es hat für uns funktioniert. Angenehm ist der Skidepot an der Gondelstation.

Es gibt keine schöne Aufenthaltsräume oder einen schönen Ausblick. Der Balkon geht zum Parkplatz raus. Eher ein Hotel Garni. Dafür und für einen Kurzurlaub wenn man den ganzen Tag nicht im Hotel ist, absolut gut.

Great staff, lovely people that were super responsive and always there to help us. One of the best stays we ve had.

Excellent location with easy walk to lift and into town. Welcoming staff and easy parking. Also super close to East st Anton bus station. Also included in stay was ski lockers at the lift. Amazing breakfast, warm showers with good pressure. Extremely clean hotel and nice sauna. We didn’t have bags for the majority of our trip and Daniela helped us translate and call the airline multiple times a day until we received all three bags. Amazing hospitality and cannot thank enough for their assistance.

Beds were a little hard

Perfect place for a ski vacation. The rooms were bigger than expected and we could make the beds into 4 singles which was nice for 4 guys. The staff could not have been better to us. Excellent with directions or providing help. The breakfast each morning was great and hearty which helped with our ski days. We had an early flight out and a staff member offered to pack up a bagged breakfast since we would miss the prepared breakfast. It could not have been better for us.

Not really anything I did not like about the property or the room.

The staff were so kind, helpful and genuine. It was like staying at a home more than a hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

Sauna hours were from 5-PM, would have liked it to open earlier, stay open later.

the hotel is ok but the view towards the gas station and parking lot was an unpleasant surprise. It would have helped if this was described at booking stage so we can make an active choice. very basic rooms and interior

Hotel was clean, warm and looked to have been recently refurbished. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great choice and good quality buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a great location, only a very short walk to the Nasserein lift and bus stops. Mattress on bed was also very comfortable.

The pillows were thin and could do with being improved.

Hotel staff was super friendly and kind, the room was clean, location was on the far end of town but still close to the ski resort. Was nice to be able to store our skis by the ski slope for free. Seems like this was a nice budget friendly option. We liked the bakery across the street for breakfast

Our room was very small and there were not of a lot of over the top amenities, pretty basic hotel with a sauna. In the US I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel

the location is not in the center of city, yet not far from the lift, in walkable distance. staffs are super friendly and helpful, very prompt response on messaging. You can ask interesting ski route from them, very good recommendation. Breakfast is good in quality and variety too. Room is also good and clean, bed is comfortable. Worth every moment in St.Anton.

I traveled with a friend for a week of skiing, since I hadn’t been for years I contacted the hotel before to organise the ski hire and lift pass- the messages were answered promptly and the infos were very helpful to organise a pleasant stay 😊 The room was spacious and quite and very clean. The service in the morning was perfect and the staff went the extra mile to have a beautiful breakfast served-for me who normally doesn’t have breakfast- I ate a lot!! The sauna area is spacious with 2 saunas I mainly used alone…. A quite relaxing area with a lounge feeling included- great after a long day skiing! Coffee/ tea available throughout the day 🙃 The city centre with all the entertainment and many great restaurants is only a short stroll away- so it’s easy to get home after the all essential après-ski… we‘ll be back!

hotel was fantastic just a little bit to far from town so if you want to eat drink after skiing you have a good walk home at night which wasnt appealing

Breakfast is very good, wide selection of choices. Hotel location very good for the Nasserein lift and facilities. The St Anton ski area is extensive and well-organised.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly at Alpenland and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Breakfast selection is good with many choices. We rented two private suites for the family and happy with the space of our accommodation. Cleaning service is very good, staff is always smiling and willing to help with any queries and provide assistance. Our stay is good, only one minor thing is the bed is too hard (we woke with sore back every morning), and the pillow is too soft.

Breakfast at the resort was excellent - couldn't falter at all. Plenty of choice, variety and a nice little champagne on NYday. The location was great, easy walk to bus, nice bakery across road, easy walk to town and to ski lift. Loved the free locker rental at lift for all ski equipment - this made life so easy. Loved the size of facility, only three stories so no crowds or waiting for lifts at all. Sauna was put to great use and always nice to relax. Rooms were always presented clean and tidy - even with 3 x 20 year old children !!

We chose an apartment without kitchen facilities which did mean eating out all the time. This was fun and something to be aware of though, especially after long hours of Apres :)
