Reviewed May 31, 2026We had a wonderful stay! We received a very warm welcome and felt at home right away. The apartment was spotless, comfortably furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The bread delivery service was a great extra and provided the perfect start to each day. In addition, space was specially made available in the garage so that our three motorcycles could be stored safely, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kobelerhof. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Die große Terrasse direkt davor war natürlich ein absolutes Highlight. Von dieser hatte man einen richtig schönen Ausblick und konnte die hoftiere beobachten. Und des Weiteren möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft hervorheben. Vielen Dank für die ganzen Bemühungen das tolle Frühstück und die Ausflugtipps. Es war definitiv nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Besonders das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight – frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Herz gemacht. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The host was very friendly and kind and advised us on what to visit around the town. We also got Tyrol West card that allowed us to use local buses for free and gave us discounts in some places. She also made us very tasty breakfast with fresh pastry and eggs from their chickens. The host even woke up early to serve us at 7 am so we could start our hikes early. I cannot say anything bad about our stay there. Only that we had to leave early and didn't have time to proper goodbye as we had to catch a train to our next destination.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025Very spacious and cozy apartment with a big kitchen and everything you need to cook( even with some extras like spices, Olive oil, sugar., tea .etc.); - Separate bedroom and hallway; - Clean ,warm and well mentioned; - Modern bathroom; - Big wardrobe; - Fast Wi-Fi ; - Secure parking space; - Nice view from the window; - Very friendly and helpful hostess Sonja; - 25 min drive to Fiss - Ladies ( this is where we were skiing); - 20 min drive to St Anton; - Ski and boots storage with drying rack; - There are some chicken and cows on the farm for children to look at;
- No such thing! Literally, everything was perfect and more than expected!

Reviewed Oct 2, 2024Das neu bzw. modern eingerichtete Zimmer "Tramsblick" hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Es war gemütlich und sauber. Auf einer grosszügigen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge kann der Abend ausgeklungen werden. Das Frühstück wurde reichhaltig und liebevoll im privat genutztem Kamnzimmer angerichtet. Die Familie war sehr sehr nett.

For longer stays we stayed 6 nights laundry facilities would be appreciated as there are no facilities available in town. There was also a fairly strong cattle smell in foyer/staircase area. There was also loud traffic noise at times as we had a front unit on the road
