La ubicación es perfecta, con todo al lado para poder ir andando cómodamente. También hay cerca una parada de autobuses y otra de taxis

El sitio es muy agradable, pero mejoraría aún más si alguna vez instalan cristales dobles (o triples) en los balcones a la calle, pues se oye perfectamente el ruido de la gente o de los coches. Menos mal que no hay mucho, pues es una zona bastante tranquila. Por lo demás, ninguna pega: es cómodo, bonito y bien equipado.

The accommodation is great value for money and located in a very nice part of the old town, close to many food/coffee shops. The staff are also super friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Talvez la cafetera podría haber sido una normal y uno compra su café.

La ubicación, excelente. Los colchones y almohadas de 10, muy comod@. Dispone de sala de lavadoras y secadoras de uso gratuito incluido productos de lavado, aunque yo no lo usé.

El aseo algo pequeño,la cisterna no cierra bien y hay que toquetear varias veces para q deje de salir agua al WC. No hay ventilacion,es planta baja y la ventana del dormitorio da a la entrada recepción,no la puedes abrir,y la del salón es enorme pero tampoco se puede abrir.

Struttura ben posizionata nella città, vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza, palazzo moderno con camere molto comode e spaziose, peccato essersi fermati per una sola notte.

La ubicación es ideal, justo en el casco antiguo de Cádiz, la decoración del apartamento es muy coqueto y es todo muy bien decorado.

A beautiful building and apartment, with great facilities, including a gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 views. Check-in was very easy and our apartment had everything we needed. I’d recommend parking at Reina Sofia, it’s just a 12 minute walk, and is about €8 per day, much cheaper then the local one. The location was great, right by a lovely plaza, and easy to get around.

The only thing that could have been easier was parking, the host recommended the local one (which made total sense) but Reina Sofia is so close and a quarter of the price. Some local recommendations could have been nice too. But it was amazing.

La limpieza que hacen a los dos días, muy mala ni barrieron el suelo , lo dijimos en recepción y dijeron que no entraba...

Sí muy bien decorados,la única objeción es que pondría cerramiento acústico en las ventanas,es una alojamiento muy moderno y actual,las ventanas son las antiguas de la casa y no está insonorizado,es el único punto negativo

il bagno era terribile: era per lo più in plastica (pareti, lavandino, piatto doccia) umido, cieco con presenza di muffa la camera da letto dimensioni appena accettabili per girare intorno al letto bisognava fare a turni la sala/cucina troppo spaziosa rispetto alla camera da letto. era meglio fare il contrario

Me gustó todo de la habitación, toda la luz natural que entra por el gran ventanal y lo moderno y bien distribuido que estaba el apartamento, pero añado las vistas de la terraza superior. Es súper bonita y las vistas preciosas de toda Cádiz. Sin duda, volvería a repetir.

Everything was perfect, great location in centre of the old town, great communication and really helpful, we had the penthouse apartment and wow,beautiful lounge area with comfy sofa,small dining table and kitchen area,Everything you need,very comfortable bed and bedroom, excellent shower with great water pressure,and the best part is the private sun terrace with table &chairs and 2 loungers,loved having breakfast and lunch out there and sun bathing,perfect. Towels and linen chaned regularly, with coffee and sugar and chocs.There's even a separate roof terrace for anyone to use. Lots of pretty squares nearby with lots of bars and cafes.

La ubicación, en el centro de Cádiz, al lado de la calle principal, con comercio y al lado de una plaza con bares, pero en una calle tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario. Cocina equipada. Lavadora en las instalaciones. Lavavajillas. Estaba muy limpio. Camas cómodas, almohadas, edredones. Sofá cómodo. Personal muy agradable.

Falta de aparcamiento. Estaría genial que aceptasen mascotas pequeñas. Falta de espacio para meter la ropa en la habitación doble.

A small point is that for the price paid a bit more attention could be given to the furniture and items - weren't 4 cava glasses, weren't 4 chairs on terrace and one or two other similar things.

Had great communication for getting to the place and checking in, and the staff who greeted us was so helpful. And, yes, a great location for a rather short stay in Cadiz.

El apartamento está muy bien. Es bonito, moderno y con espacio suficiente para estar cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, lo que facilita moverse andando a cualquier sitio. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con electrodomésticos de buena calidad y todo lo necesario. El salón es amplio y agradable, y el baño, en general, está bien. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo y estaba perfectamente explicado. Además, el servicio de limpieza fue muy bueno, incluyendo el cambio de sábanas y toallas durante la estancia.

Como aspecto a mejorar, el baño podría ser un poco más amplio. Además, la bañera no desaguaba correctamente porque tenía algo de desnivel, por lo que había que estar pendiente para evitar que el agua se saliera al suelo del baño.

We liked the very central location and the rooftop terrace with great views. We brought or own breakfast up in the morning and it was splendid. The kitchen had all the basic utensils for cooking meals and a dishwasher. The design of the room was nice. The very friendly receptionist Maria greeted us - all went smooth.

- The ground floor apartment really is, like others have noted, a bit dark and noisy. The online pictures must have used intense artificial lighting (and friendly plants) and coming into the place I felt fooled. - The living room has a big old window facing the street. It's high up enough that pedestrians can't look inside but you hear everything that is happening in the street. - The bedroom shares a big window with the inner courtyard where the reception is. This window has no soundproofing and curtains. To me it feld like sleeping almost in the lobby. - The showerhead was moldy. One side of the bed had no bedside table. We had four accomodations in this price category during our trip to Andalucia and this was our weakest pick. In sum, the place photographs well and has a nice rooftop and all the items listed were there, but I didn't really feel comfortable and wouldn't book again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist hervorragend. Per WhatsApp kann jederzeit angefragt werden. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen und Trockner gibt es auch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch das Bedienen der Türen über zwei verschiedene Codes konnten wir problemlos durchführen. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet.

The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy check in process with on site staff. Useful laundry facilities and and a nice roof terrace. Nice location in the old town.

De ligging is top, we hebben het appartement uitgezocht op een eigen terrasje. Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier verbleven. De kamer heeft een goede airco, fijne douche en nette, goed uitgeruste keuken.

De schoonmaak mag er aan denken ook de ligbedden op het terras af en toe even een goed sopje te geven ivm de vogelpoep.

De ligging ( overal dichtbij en strand 15min lopen) het pand zelf is erg mooi, het dakterras en vlakbij een parkeergarage (25€ per 24u) vriendelijke gastvrouw en geweldig systeem voor de deursloten

Douche die was zeer lastig om op temperatuur te krijgen. Duurde echt heel lang voordat die warm werd en moest tussentijds steeds bij gesteld worden. Dat was jammer.

The location is excellent, easy to find and we received a wonderful welcome. The building was quiet, clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fridge is huge and the dishwasher was useful. The showers were excellent. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The beds are huge! Wonderful! The rooftop terrace is lovely. The entry code system is very useful...no keys or cards to lose! We'd have no hesitation in revisiting. We loved beautiful Cadiz.

The TV was a bit strange...despite our best efforts we could only get German channels. The button on the toaster was broken and 2 sets of curtains weren't quite hung properly. We did report about the curtains and toaster button. There aren't enough coat hangers. All minor issues. We visited as 2 couples: one couple found the bed too hard but we thought ours was fine.

Excellent location in the old town. Comfortable unit with high ceilings, plenty of light, well functioning AC, tastefully renovated with everything you need during a short stay in Cádiz. Building offers laundry facilities, new elevator and is exceptionally well maintained. Great guest experience.

The apartment did not live up to the description of luxury penthouse apartment. It was tired and could have been much cleaner. Balcony was dirty, sun beds covered in bird poo. The apartment lacked character. View was awful
