Reviewed Jun 28, 2026

Hard to fault it. You can slightly hear the trains but we were on 9th floor and it didn't bother us.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The hotel is located right next to the JR station, yet it remains quiet, with little noise from passing trains. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to both Minatomirai and Chinatown.
The only downside is the hotel’s strict check-in policy. I arrived at around 14:30 and was asked to wait until the standard check-in time of 15:00. While I understand and was aware of this policy, it would have been more welcoming if a bit of flexibility had been offered.
