Das Zimmer klein ohne extra Sitzmöglichkeit. Die 2 vorhandenen Aufbettungen empfand ich als störend. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht ausreichend öffnen. Der beißende Geruch von Putzmittel im Bad war widerlich.

De la gară am schimbat metroul de trei ori, iar pentru a ajunge la aeroport am fost nevoiți să mergem pe jos 20 de minute până la Potsdamer Platz pentru a lua trenul spre aeroport. Locația nu e cea mai potrivită pentru cine se deplasează cu trenul sau avionul la Berlin. Altfel, totul ok.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Bonito y cómodo hotel a pocos pasos del metro y del parque Gleisdreieck, permitiendo alcanzar cualquier lugar céntrico en transporte público o caminando a lo largo del parque. La habítación es espaciosa, con mucha tecnología, impecablemente limpia. El desayuno tiene excelente relación calidad precio, con mucha variedad, muchas opciones veganas, y café de Starbucks.

The name suggests it is part of Potsdamer Platz- it is not. 2 train stations away! The air conditioning was very average The Venetian blinds were not working as they should. Towels need replacing they are worn. Late checkout would have cost €21 - ouch!!

Das Zimmer war etwas eng, aber für ausreichend, da wir ohnehin wenig Zeit dort verbracht haben.

Excellent use of the space in the room - lots of hooks & places to put things and such clever hangers. Wish more hotels would copy the idea. Very reasonably priced basic restaurant (& excellent coffee/bar) on the premises.
No kettle or fridge and parking was 25 a day not 20 .

Brak lodówki, czajnika, kawy, herbaty. Nie było szklanek ani w pokoju ani w łazience. Tylko papierowe kubki. Bateria w umywalce chodziła bardzo ciężko (trzeba było użyć sporo siły żeby odkręcić wodę). W prysznicu brak możliwości regulacji ciśnienia - woda albo nie leci wcale, albo leci pod bardzo wysokim ciśnieniem, co bardzo utrudnia kąpiel, zalewa całą łazienkę i nie jest ekologiczne.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I liked the location, really near the metro station. The hotel was very modern and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was super comfortable. We were very happy that they had a room with lockers, so we could leave our bags safely after checkout.
The pillows were okay, but not amazing. I didn't like the way they do the beds; during the night, I was always uncovered, but that is personal. The cleaning staff got stuck in our sink, and we couldn't unlock it to let the water go down. The breakfast was not included.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und mit U-Bahn Station direkt nebenan. Das Haus ist gross aber das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl und immer frisch und öffnet schon sehr früh unter der Woche. Besonders hervorzuheben der gute Kaffee und die Croissants. Es gibt auch Räume mit 3 und 4 Betten. Die Zimmer sind klein und funktional, aber für ein Wochenende genau ausreichend. Wir durften nach Abreise unser Gepäck dort lassen das ist wirklich super.
Besser wenn die Fenster zum Hinterhof hinausgehen diese geschlossen halten. Bei offenen Fenster gab es Nachts auch mal Lärm.

L'albergo è pulito, confortevole e consente la possibilità di custodire i bagagli in comodi armadietti con chiusura elettronica in attesa di avere la stanza o, alla partenza, nel caso si abbia il tempo di visitare ancora la città prima di prendere un treno o un volo per il ritorno a casa. La colazione offre sia dolce che salato ed è molto varia. Il personale è disponibile.
Unico aspetto negativo, ma in questo caso, il giudizio è molto personale, è che non ho trovato comodo il cuscino fornito in stanza, ma veramente poca cosa rispetto ai fattori positivi

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Die Lage ist einfach super. Man ist sehr zentral, zum Potsdamer Platz kann man bequem laufen, der U-Bahnhof ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt und im Park hinter dem U-Bahnhof findet man auch schöne Plätze zum ausruhen, genießen.
Die Getränke an der Bar haben teilweise sehr lange gedauert, ich nehme aber an, das war der Neueröffnung geschuldet.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay which recommend only for a short stay
There were a few things that could be improved. The room was quite noisy because of the trains passing by frequently throughout the day and night. The room also did not have a kettle, coffee maker, or refrigerator, so the only options for coffee were to purchase it from the hotel at a relatively high price or use the rather expensive vending machines. The shower had problems from the beginning of our stay. The staff did try to fix the issue, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was still not working properly until our last day. Finally, although the room was cleaned regularly and was generally fine, the overall standard of cleaning could have been better. Overall, these issues did affect the experience somewhat, despite the hotel’s many positive aspects.

Le prix est élevé certes mais ça vaut le coup car le confort est présent. De plus très facilement accessible car métro a deux pas.
Le quartier manque de commerces,il faut un peu marcher ou prendre le métro qui est à quelques mètres On ne peut payer qu'en carte bancaire, un peu comme dans toutes les grandes capitales européennes actuellement..

Több remek étterem és szórakozóhely található a közelben, a fő berlini látvátványosságok sétatávon belül vannak. A szoba tiszta és rendezett, két főnek városnézésre tökéletes. A reggeli finom volt, gazdag választékkal.
A szoba közlekedő részei kissé szűkek, nem sok hely van, ahol egy bőrönd kinyitható teljesen

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Metro durağına çok yakın olması, gitmek istediğimiz tarihi ve turistik yerlere rahatlıkla ulaşmamızı sağladı. Otel çalışanları oldukça güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Odalar temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Dört kişi konaklamamıza rağmen odamızda rahat bir şekilde kaldık ve genel olarak oldukça keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ulaşım kolaylığı, temizlik ve personelin ilgisi açısından otelden çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Easy check in and nice clean modern bedroom and bathroom. Quite a good size room and cleaners came everyday. The location is good and only a 2min walk to the U bahn station with a few cafes within a 5min walk away.
They was some building work going on opposite the hotel that did wake me up at 7am. Also the pillows aren't very comfortable and could have gone with two.

Es war nicht so sauber (Haare und Fingernägel) lagen auf dem Boden und neben Toilette. Es hatte keine Duschtücher. Das Reinigungspersonal war unter grossem Zeitdruck. Hier wird definitiv gespart. Schade. Check-in ist auch nicht 1 Sekunde vor 15 Uhr möglich.

Hanno preso il bagnoschiuma dalla doccia e non l’hanno sostituito. È il giorno dopo si sono dimenticati di fare le pulizie , lasciandoci sempre senza bagnoschiuma in doccia.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Nice hotel especially for families with smaller kids. People were sitting and dining together when I entered the lounge at 9 pm. Kids were playing together, people did not need to go out but had their freedom on site. Good bar with food and drinks seemed to satisfy all requirements.
The room was quite narrow but for one person and one or two nights sufficient.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026I was misled by the title Potsdamer Platz. Actually the Ubahn you need is Gleisdreiecke, which is a Ubahn and Sbahn away from Berlin Central station. The hotel is more like a hostel, primarily for youngsters. Its OK, the rooms are clean and there's a decent shower. The breakfast is OK. Wouldn't go there again. We did walk to Potsdamer Platz, but were reduced to eating at a place in a vast shopping centre. Never mind...

1. The sound proof of the room wall is soooooo poor that we can hear people next to us talking in the midnight and their alarm sound in the morning. 2. One male staff from the reception gave me feel a very MEAN vibe during the check-in process, which I think make people feel welcomed is a major job for the staff standing behind the reception counter. 3. The hotel doesn’t trained the staff well enough to explain things for customers. As I was asking how does the digital key system work as it was mentioned in the check-in email and the email leads me to download an app especially for the digital keys. The male staff didn’t even try to explain it to me and leaving me still confused about this digital keys thing. 4. The light behind the buttons in the elevator is VERY hard to tell. I understand the hotel choose a smart elevator that only allowed people with room card to press the certain floor, but from my short stay I encountered both problems with card not being able to be read and can’t tell if the bottom has been pressed until I get really close. Overall, I don’t like to leave negative comments but I would say, if I feel welcomed at the reception and the staff is friendly during the check-in process, I probably won’t notice the buttons in the elevator or the digital keys things. I hope this comment will help the hotel to become a more comfortable place for other future hotel guests.

Staff super gentile, posizione eccezionale e ottimamente collegata, stanza super funzionale e accessoriata, pensata per garantire il massimo comfort e la massima sostenibilità. L'hotel dispone di aree comuni, compresa una cucina-ristorante dove potersi rifocillare in maniera comoda e veloce. Super raccomandato!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Was ich äußerst positiv fand sind die zusätzlichen Toiletten im Flur - falls die eigene Toilette gerade besetzt ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ist super - direkt an der Haltestelle Gleisdreieck von der man aus überall hinkommt.
