I would like to let you know that when you operate a homestay and welcome guests to stay, the place should be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the overall environment was very disappointing and not clean at all. The photos shown before booking looked very nice and attractive, but the actual room looked very different when we arrived. The cleanliness and environment did not meet the expectations created by the photos. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and overall condition of the homestay for future guests.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The bed did not feel clean at all, and the floor was so dirty that I could literally feel sand and dirt under my feet while walking. The room was also very dusty. I kept sneezing throughout the stay, which made it really uncomfortable to even rest properly. The bathroom was another level of disappointment — the mosaics and overall condition were so unpleasant that I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable using it. For a place where guests are expected to sleep, shower and relax, basic cleanliness should be the minimum requirement. Unfortunately, this stay failed badly in that area. Definitely needs a serious deep cleaning and much better maintenance before welcoming guests.

Our stay was quite disappointing due to the poor level of cleanliness. The homestay was noticeably dusty, which made it feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The toilet was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards. In addition, the blanket did not seem fresh, as it appeared to have an unpleasant smell and did not feel properly washed. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any accommodation, so this was very disappointing. With better housekeeping and more attention to hygiene, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable. I sincerely hope the owner will improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the property so that future guests can have a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

The Location is great, very close to the beach, and the rooms have sea views. The rooms are very clean and the water heater, refrigerator, and kitchenware are all complete. A very worthwhile place to stay.

Just the environment

The property is not same in the picture, here written Maison seaview , it’s not maison hahaha and the property name is “Glory beach resort “ totally scam , there mention Seaview but there no view of fully sea just half of it , the property is so dirty never cleaned at all I feel so bad I bring my family into a dirty house , with my little son , dirty bathrooms, dirty hall Ac is very slow not cold at all , I pay rm 280 to just stay a dirty house without internet, without proper heating shower , ac not cold no lights at the lobby looks so scared like hunter Apparment ,and more to say . I have some pictures to share , pls don’t get upset if u see this .

The venue floor got a lot of sand.... The environment is not so clean, once enter the venue, 2 of my kids non stop sneezing.. This make me have to check up at night instead of the next day morning.

The washroom not clean. We clean by ourself. Floor bit dirty. It’s not worth for money that we paid. Really disappointed. Not recommended agent for this unit.

The whole house was dusty and sticky. It’s quite obvious the owner did not check the house condition before customer check in. The toilet was so so dirty. There’s dirty tissue on the wall and on the cabinet. The shower area also very dirty. The air cond also not really cold. Less functioning

The host was so helpful but i wish the could fix the house a little bit and clean it very well the place was dusty and not well cleaned for my expectation

Good price, good location

Location is near the beach and PD waterfront. The view is nice can see the beach (but not sunrise, can see sunset perhaps?) Easy check in instruction and helpful staff.

No wifi. The building was old, toilet unable to flush (water slow).

Inside Unit was consider clean. View Not Bad! for those looking for sunset can consider here. But dun expect too much ya. Its old building. You might be hear next door or upper unit sound. near to beach.

Just that the sound insulation was not good. Night until late night very noisy with moving chair sound, early morning 5plus people open loud music - pom pom pom... Quite disturbance. Not really have a nice sleep. And Lift is insufficient. The staircase full with Rubbish every single floor. Maybe owner can consider to change the mattress, Mattress now is not comfy.

It’s at a good location facing the sea, great host who friendly but the facilities is a bit disappointing as the place is rather worn out and building management need to improve other than that it’s a good place to stay

The location is great for the beach, just go downstairs and walk around 1-2 mins you will reach the beach. And, a swimming pool downstairs.

Even can't flush after use. It's a bit weird. We find the solution by ourselves to use the pail to get the water and manual flush. Dear Host, please solve it.

Water issues. No water for both toilet. Only the sink have a water. It's difficult to us cause we need to get the water from the sink.

Accommodation Complaint I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay: Uncomfortable bed – The bed is very old and uncomfortable, with the metal springs already protruding and clearly felt when lying down. Lack of basic amenities – There were no complimentary coffee, bottled water, or tissues provided in the room, which are basic expectations for guests. Inadequate towels – The towels provided were extremely thin and small, not suitable for adult use. Air-conditioning issues – The air conditioner was not functioning well and the room remained warm despite adjustments. The curtains were also too thin, allowing sunlight to heat the room during the day. Dirty private beach – The so-called “private beach” was in a very poor condition and extremely dirty, which was very disappointing. I sincerely hope that the management will take immediate action to improve these conditions so that future guests can have a better experience. Thank you.

🚫 Don’t trust the good reviews here – they’re misleading! We booked an apartment for RM437.58, but were given a cheaper unit worth RM269 with fewer beds. It was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. The apartment was in terrible condition: • Dust everywhere, even under the bed • Poorly maintained and not cleaned properly • Broken sliding door that was hard to open • Worst of all: the shower had extremely low water pressure – the owner even removed the control cap, making it impossible to adjust. I couldn’t even wash my hair properly! Seriously, how do you expect guests to use that? This place is nowhere near worth RM437.58. Do not book this place unless you want to be frustrated and disappointed.

I dont like it at all. Very bad place Ive go so far. Very dirty. Uncomfortable. The staff is not cleaning the floor or sweep the floor. The bedsheet is dirty, with stain and sand on the sheet. How can I let my baby 1 y/o to stay such that place? Im not recommend to who those wants to stay with family, for fun, for leisure. Its very very dirty. The toilet is very dirty. Dust everywhere. Please be honest when you are in business la!

2 rooms and living hall with a/c, bathroom with water heater, view is nice. Beds available for 5 persons, has kettle oven, fridge, iron & board, smart tv

Floor felt sandy, broomed ourselves, no stove/cooking aid, no drinking water dispenser, door lock damage, toilet flush not working properly, toilet door lock broken. Price is more expensive to those similar quality.

2 days I'm stay this unit really wasted of money...my family cannot sleep at all due sound of crickets ( Cengkerik ) really disturbing . I'm checkout early due to this sound . Better owner go and check ur self ...don't other customer also disappointed like me.. paying money

Not worth for the money. 1st toilet condition very bad. Water very slow, the water tap knob difficult to on/off. Toilet cant flush. Main bed in very bad. Bathroom looks very bad & old. Pictures in the profile not same as look. Door all in bad condition. I check in 4pm & check out 6.30pm because of the condition.. my family totally uncomfortable to stay here.
