Przyjechałem za późno, żeby móc się przekonać o jakości kuchni. Śniadanie w porządku. Biorąc pod uwagę, jaki ma się widok podczas śniadania, wszystko smakowałoby wyśmienicie. Hotel oferuje kartę turystyczną na darmowy lub zniżkowy dostęp do bliższych i dalszych atrakcji (świetna sprawa)

Reviewed Jun 4, 2024I had a very pleasant stay. The room and the facilities were great. the staff and the check in were incredibly easy-going and friendly. I even received a Stubai Super Card, including many free activities and cable car rides. It was very clean and tidy. Had amazing views and balconies. Due to its more remote location it was very quiet and peaceful. The service at dinner as well as at the breakfast was exceptional. And the breakfast itself was excellent. Overall I had a lovely stay there and would visit again.
Heating was not working so it was a bit chilly.

Whoever was below room 1, smoked. It was an unpleasant odor and gave me a headache. Not sure if this happens in other rooms or not, as I believe we were staying above the owners living area.

They noticed my husband had an issue with a pillow and changed it without us asking. Very attentive. The food on site is really good and the staff at the restaurant were also very kind and patient with our lack of German speaking. Very attentive.
Perhaps some black-out curtains for the room or a way to reduce daylight coming in.
