Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport Circle

Great location and good size rooms on

Unfortunately we had 2 issues in the 2 night stay we had. Firstly the check in experience was great but when we got to our room there was an extra bed in the main area which needed to be removed. After contacting reception it was removed. Then night 2 our room was not cleaned.

Superb location near airport Due to our LHR flight cancellation unexpected stay at the hotel for one night Everything went smoothly I guessed

Very close to the airport and the train station

Nothing

Great location! Came in on the train and flew out in the morning. Easily able to walk to and from the hotel. Nice complex as well for restaurants etc.

We spent two nights at the beginning of our trip to Switzerland and one night at the end of the trip. First of all the hotel is in a great location, you walk out of the airport and it’s right there. In Zurich there is a large rail station right next to the airport, so you can be downtown in 10 minutes. The hotel is clean, modern, and full service. The breakfast is pretty extensive and the service is first rate. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Really great hotel. Rooms are comfortable. So easy to and from the terminal. The bar is great. Had an absolutely delicious tiki drink, "More Than A-peeling". Who knew there is a Swiss made rum?

Best airport hotel

No airport/airplane noise; rooms updated and so clean; very friendly accommodating check-in staff. Breakfast offered great variety including things that were new to us.

Lage. Gym.

Minibar nicht bestückt. Sauberkeit Dusche mittelmäßig. Preislich überteuert! Keine gemischte Sauna.

Good property and location

Facilities

The location was wonderful

I did request something I forgot by text, which was one of the listed ways to contact the front desk, and it never arrived. But otherwise, it was fantastic.

Direkt am Flughafen in Fuss Weite, trotzdem sehr ruhig, alles sehr gut

great location, convenience, very new building, room is clean and lounge is well stock. breakfast has variety and staffs are very friendly. definitely will stay here again if visiting Zurich next time

Love the property, so new, room and lounge are very nicely done many choices at the breakfast, great location, close to train station and airport

The last two times I stayed at this hotel the sink drainage was clogged.

The room had so many scuff marks and other marks on the walls and floors. Didn’t seem clean either.

After travelling throughout Europe, we finally found the perfect hotel room. The room was very clean, spacious, good lighting, and so well laid out. Comfy bed and pillows, bathroom very practical with large shower and plenty of bench space. Room and bathroom overall was modern and luxurious. The room also had aircon (we learnt the hard way this is not common in Switzerland but a MUST if you visit during their summer). Staff were also very professional and location is directly connected to the airport including the circle where you have lots of dining options and a supermarket. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, well/located, quiet V nice restaurant

Nähe zum Check in Terminal

Great location, superb buffet breakfast, cordial staff, beautiful interior design and decorations. Personally, I thought the air conditioning was pretty good. It could have been a wee bit cooler but I don't like ice cold air conditioning that forces me to wear a sweater.

Even though you said it was a smokefree property, there was still quite a bit of secondhand smoke in the lounge and the bar. The day before I came home from Switzerland, I got sick because of the secondhand smoke. I wish Switzerland had stronger regulations against outdoor smoking. I also wish the hotels would guard against indoor secondhand smoke. It would have been nice if the hotel had a swimming pool.

We rolled into the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle close to midnight after a long travel day, and Pam at the front desk turned what could have been a rough end to the night into the best part of it. She could tell we were wiped out, traveling with our son, late flight, everyone running on empty and she just took care of us. Fast check-in, even followed up with a request to the suite, and made sure we had everything we needed before saying goodnight. Small things, but at that hour they mattered a lot. The hotel itself is ideal for a connection: an easy walk from the terminal, modern and genuinely quiet rooms, and a great night’s sleep. The suite was spacious. My only nip pick was there was a smell of food but this could be sure ti previous guests. I also did enjoy the spa, gym as well as some plane spotting in the lounge. But Pam is why I’m writing this. That kind of attentiveness isn’t in a training manual — she actually cared that our night went well. Thank you, Pam!

Location to airport, quite rooms

Great location, perfect for staying at the airports d travelling into Zurich.
