Reviewed Aug 7, 2023reservé dos habitaciones y cuando llegué solo tenían una. y que ya no tenían disponibles con Airea acondicionado. confundieron mi habitación y fue la peor noche y apenas iniciaba mi viaje ya que no pude dormir porque en esa avenida pasan motos y motos además del calor. ni siquiera tuvieron una atención para contrarrestar su falla.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2022The hotel is historic and in a very convenient location to historic landmarks and shopping. We felt safe and overall comfortable. However, the facility is poorly maintained. For example, there was no hot water and when we questioned the lack of hot water they asked that we run the water for about 30 minutes and that did work but it was a waste and inconvenience. Secondly, the room did not have an ironing board but they provided one that was probably a few years old as it was torn and covered with a dirty sheet and was teetering. Staff was great and location awesome, but the facility was less than expected.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2021What a truly charming hotel - like stepping back in time. Being over 100 years old, the charm was obvious. The hotel had an elevator with, get this, a elevator operator! Too cute. The parking was off-site and the streets in the historic district are cobblestone. Charming, but difficult to haul luggage. Overall it was a very quaint hotel splendidly located. For the hot water, let it run - it will come!

The water was not warm but not cold and the water pressure was ok. The hotel is undergoing renovations in the patio on the 3rd floor and will be an amazing addition when completed.

The reason I didn't give them excellent rating was due to the parking structure not available the full 24 hours and the rooms need to be updated. The staff was excellent very professional, very sweet and helpful! I will definitely stay here again. Great AC and hot water almost all day....
